Well, this was my first time eating here and just for reference. In cases, warm people at home spicy, their food is because I'm not one to like spicy food. I don't have the I don't have anything for it the mouth that tastes the field, nothing and they should have won me because I ordered the case as you know, so spicy, my son ordered the grill cheese burrito, it was so spicy for the both of us that way you couldn't even finish, I ended up having to throw it away, and it really bums. Me up because it's not very cheap there. I guess it could have been a lot more but it definitely could have been a lot less. To say, I won't be eating there again.Other than that, it wasn't bad tasting.Whatsoever , it would have been excellent if it wasn't so spicy

The ai order taker is the worst. I had specifications to my order and it just wasn't getting it. I ended up ordering something that I didnt even want because I couldn't figure it out. I would have gone inside if I didnt have a sleeping baby in the car. Super bummed that I couldn't talk to an actual person to order my food.

Had to wait more than 15 minutes, whatta disaster 😩 Employees were NOT attentive & acted as of they really didn't care. Sad tbh...I love TacoBell, this one is one you'd avoid if you're going for FAST FOOD 😆 🤣 😂 9

This taco bell in Auburn Maine use to be fantastic, what happened to you? the last 5 times I have been to this Taco bell they have been rude, had very long waits, and in the end the order is always wrong please come back to me I miss you Taco bell I miss what we had.

On 2/24/26 Waited almost an hour for a door dash order while I sat there and watched people come and go with there food. Employees are lazy and rude do not recommend eating here

Coming in at 10:30pm and having someone come up to me and say “it’s gonna be atleast a 20 minute wait” is insane. Do better

This location has gotten so bad. Last week the line wasn’t moving at all so I left. Today there wasn’t a line. Still waited over 20 minutes. Got to the window and they didn’t have my order and told me it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes for 4 tacos…. The cashier was also hacking all over her hands, window and register. Really gross.

This is so unbelievably gross, I have LONG BLONDE hair And 40 minutes for two things? You’ve got to be kidding me, shut down or hire new people, I’ve worked with food my whole life and have never been to a location as incompetent and unhygienic as this one

I have been here for an hour and I have still not gotten my food. The manager is very rude and has yelled at multiple other people here simply for asking about their orders. The place is disgusting as well there is trash and soda on the floor and pee on the floor of the bathroom! And on top of that the drink machine is mostly missing labels and all the drinks are almost fully watered down I had to try 3 different drinks until finally landing on a plain mountain dew which is not what I had originally wanted at all and it is this gross neon yellow color that makes me not want to drink it I tried a few sips and now I feel sick. I’m still waiting on my food which better be amazing after this terrible experience!

Holy crap I’ve been waiting at this drive thru for an hour. 10:20 AT NIGHT. Everyone in line kept honking and yelling. Once I finally got my food, the lady working there window didn’t even apologize for the wait. AND THE FOOD WAS COLD AND KINDA GROSS. Don’t waste your damn time at this place

Taco Bell be sooooo fr. That’s what I get for sour cream? 🤣 plus your window employee who looked at my drinks and waited for me to drive off and when I didn’t she slammed the window open and then handed me them 😂 do better fr your foods too gross for you to be acting like this

Check your bag before you leave the drive thru. These people are terrible at their jobs. Also the Pepsi is always dead. Just straight soda water with a hint of syrup. Prob the worst fast-food location in Auburn.

The food was good as usual, but the service is what I did not care for and that is what I am consistently noticing mainly during the late-night shift. I am waiting on my Dash order at the desk with two employees ignoring me and then the third who was the guy at the window who told me to come in to grab my order when I was given my order through the window 3 days prior when it was a Dash order as well and was never told by those employees that I have to come in next time. I have dealt with waiting in the drive through lane for over 30 minutes and my order missing an item or two a few times and luckily, I check before I leave. There needs to either be better management during this time or they need to have a manager actually there during this time since as I said there has been a consistency of issues during the late night and I have dealt with nothing like this during the day.
