Impressed, I was in June 30 and not impressed. Meats were dried out and old. I didn't think that I would be back but I received a reward in my app and thought I would give it another shot. Wow what a surprise. Everything was great, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It was like eating at completely new restaurant! After the second round which was much better, I will be back. Went back today after not going for ages due to the decline of the food and we are so glad we did. New management have turned this place around. Our plates came piled with delicious food. Our Server Sadie was just amazing. Attentive, sweet and happy to answer any questions.

Came before the dinner rush. Service was amazing. The store itself is gorgeous and homey. The food came out fast, nice and hot, incredibly flavorful and very filling. Service is top notch. Karen was fantastic! Super funny, friendly and hard working. The prices were also pretty decent! Definitely recommend and will come back (mostly for Karen :) )

I visited this spot yesterday and let me say our server Karen is a true blessing! Her customer service skills were exemplary and the food was delicious! I had the beef brisket sandwich with fries. The meat was tender and the fries were thick! I’d highly recommend Famous Dave’s!

We were delighted to find such delicious food and fabulous service. Jessica and her team were a joy to behold. We got the feast for two and it was fresh and juicy and the service was exemplary. Courteous and professional and true Service with a Smile. Thanks again and we can't wait to come back.

Came in for happy hour and they had terrific prices!! The wings were great (not too much sauce they tasted perfect) and Karen treated us well. We will be back

Terrific dinner with the family tonight, food and service was top-notch, glad we chose Famous Dave's! Our server Karen was on it, kept our glasses full and bellies fuller! So courteous and attentive.

2023 December, party of two. There was ample parking available. We were seated immediately, even without a reservation. The service was good this time. Our server was attentive (though I regret that I have forgotten his name). I have increased my review to four stars because of the excellent service we received. Bon appétit! 😋 _______________________ 2022-06, party of 5, with reservations at 6pm. We got seated right away. Our waitress introduced herself, but no one in our table could hear her soft voice. Our drinks order was taken right away as well. From there, everything didn't go very well. Our drinks came. It took a while for our server to come back so we can order an appetizer. She then came back after about 15 minutes from the time we ordered our appetizers to get our main orders. After another 15 or so minutes, our appetizers came. We asked for soda refills and a pina colada. She came back after another 15 minutes to let us know that our order would soon come, but she didn't remember our sodas and the pina colada. We reminded her again. 10 minutes later, sodas came. No pina colada, so I said, just cancel the pina colada. She left and in 5 minutes served me my pina colada. I said again, that I canceled the pina colada. she took it away. Our dinner came around 7:10pm. We asked for soda refills. She forgot again and had to be reminded again. Our bill came, and she didn't take out the pina colada. She took it out after being reminded again. The food was good, but we were also starving. The service could definitely be improved. _______________ 2022-01, party of 6, with reservations. We arrived on a Friday night. Lots of parking. Mask was enforced when u come in, but not when you are in your table. The facility was clean. We have a reservation and were seated right away. Our drink order was taken and served promptly. We ordered 2 appetizers, 4 adult meals, and 2 kids' meals. The food was all great. My birthday boy was given an ice cream for free. Service was good. Our total was about $120.

I hit this place for lunch. On Wednesday’s, they have sandwiches for $4 including Pulled Pork, pulled chicken, and Brisket. Not a better deal in town! The burnt ends appetizer were great too!

Service was quick, the restaurant wasn't very busy (we went on Sunday at 6pm). The food was good and big portions for the price. I give them four stars because our waitress seemed a bit put out. Not sure if it was us (2 adults and 1 kiddo) or just that she didn't want to be there. We didn't ask for anything out of the ordinary except no salt on our fries. Forgot to order a side of ranch with dinner so had to ask after the food arrived. She just wasnt very friendly from when we sat down till we left. If I could change one thing...don't serve Kraft Mac and Cheese. You have a mac and cheese on the regular menu, make it kid friendly and put that on the children's menu. You're Famous Dave's, you can do better than what we can buy and make at home from a box 😁

Preordered the large platter of wings and they never put in the order. So obviously it wasn't ready when I picked it up. They got it out in 10 so no big deal but whoever took the order dropped the ball and they did nothing to make it right. The wings were good

Honestly, worried about this location with as there were almost no customers when we visited. The happy hour deals are really good; however, the rip tips are somewhat inconsistent. While they were good, sometimes that I’ve been in they were fabulous.

Great happy hour selection. Food was good but not piping hot. Service was excellent. Not much vibe on a Tues night as it was a light crowd.

The beef brisket wasn't as good this time. I haven't been here in about a year. The brisket looked like it was previously frozen and warmed up. Our server was slow amd not too attentive. I had a child and had to ask for a spoon and utensils for her. He was also slow to give us our check.

Such a shame. We orded a big christmas meal. The food was great. They forgot the gravey but otherwise it was awesome. The pickup was horrible. They have a girl up front that has no buisness working with customers. Rude and inconsiderate. Everyone else was great. But it only takes one.

I was really looking forward to enjoying Famous Dave's takeout, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. After spending $66, I expected a lot more. The rib tips were a major disappointment - they looked old, were hard as leather, and had no flavor whatsoever. The wings were also a bust, tasting old and dry. On the bright side, the brisket and BBQ were decent, but not enough to save the meal. What really saved the experience was the friendly and positive service from the person who took my order and brought the food out. They deserve kudos for their excellent customer service. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the food, especially given the high price point. Hopefully, Famous Dave's will step up their game and ensure that their takeout orders meet the standards their customers expect. *Rating:* 2.5/5 stars

Disappointing. Brisket was more like corned beef- rubbery, over-salted, and chewy. The chopped pork was half fat, half meat. All of it was dressed in this Frankensauce, with all of its weird ingredients and preservatives. No choice in how you would like to dress your Que.... suspicious. The meat should speak for itself. The place was a ghost town during lunch hours. At least the sides were decent. This ain't it.

It’s chain BBQ, You know what you’re going to get before you walk through the door. The best thing you can hope for is consistency. We ordered the family feast. On of are meat sides had a hair in it from the kitchen. When I brought it to the attention of our server. She acted like “what do you want me to do”. So I asked if she could get the replace that meat? She took it back to the kitchen. Then brought us a new one. Not even a real I’m sorry that happened. I’m sure she didn’t even bring it up to management cause know one ever came to the table. I figure when a customer is spending over $100 they should treat you like that money means something to them.

When we first got there we asked the host if they still had fried pickles and they said yes. Then when we tried to order them the waitress told us they no longer serve them. It was a disappointment and we would have went somewhere else if the host would have told us that in the first place. Since we were already seated we decided to stay. The food was disappointing from our per covid experiences at the restaurant.

Food’s acceptable they just take forever to make it. Why should I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring me lettuce, tomato, and pickles for my to-go burger. New management, same bullshit

Missing multiple parts of orders, repeat requests, finally gave up. The wings where good. Brisket was not. Cornbread was very good otherwise mac and cheese was mediocre. No one at the table was impressed with their food other than the corn bread. Staff was really nice they just couldn't remember more than one request. Multiple items missing. Kept fixing one at a time and forgetting about the rest. I wouldnt care that much but some of it was expensive and the main not just a side. It makes me sad to post a review like this for the staff really not being rude at all. Just a really sad dinner for the price.

This place used to be halfway decent, but it has gotten worse since the last time I was here. I had to chopped pork, we should just buy the barbecue sauce was dry and not tender whatsoever. It had a lot of burnt pieces on it which were chewy, and hurt my mouth. Overall, the flavor was mediocre at best. But what was horrible was the service. It was Sunday evening, and the restaurant wasn't very busy at all, but it took a full 5 to 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged. When we did get seated, we received our food quickly, if you want to call it food. There was no salt or pepper at the table, and I asked for salt and pepper which took them a full 15 minutes to bring me. Then, it took a full 20 minutes for them to bring us a check, and another 15 minutes for them to come pick up the check, and another 10 minutes for them to come and cash us out. Overall, disappointing food and abysmal service. I will not be going back to Famous Dave's, and I cannot in good conscience recommended.

I understand that the cost of food has risen. With that being said, how does that justify giving less food for more money? I ordered an All American feast and a platter of wings with additional muffins. upon inspection, I only received 18 wings for $58.00. WE ARE REALLY PAYING $3.22 PER WING! please tell me I got the wrong order because this is asinine. The rest of the platter is just ehh . Decent amount of fries, a full slab of ribs and just barely a couple ounces of brisket. Again, this is $80.00. The value definitely isn't here anymore.

My husband and I ordered take out from here for dinner. Things have gone downhill with their food. The ribs and brisket were rubbery and bland and the sides were just OK. But the really disappointing (and absolutely disgusting) part was the BLACK, ROTTEN banana we discovered when we went to eat the banana pudding dessert. Their staff had to have seen this when they scooped it into the takeout container, so they are apparently OK with serving rotten food to their customers. My husband had picked it up on his way home from work and it’s not anywhere close to our house so we really didn’t want to spend Friday night driving back across town to sort it out… and honestly I don’t think I trust eating anything from them at this point, anyway. But thanks so much, Famous Dave’s, for letting us waste our money on the super expensive spoiled food! I guess at least now we know you’d not worth the drive or the money. I’m gonna go throw up now….

I ordered the pick 1 meat, Chicken meal and the chicken was raw. I was completely disgusted. I called the restaurant to let them know, so that no one else would have to deal with the same issue. The first person that answered the phone told me they had no idea how to deal with the situation and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, which I said yes too. That is when the real issue began. The manager called me a liar and told me she personally checked ever piece of chicken and that it’s ok for the chicken to be pink. I told her, even if that is the case, I am really not comfortable because it looks entirely to pink to eat. She responded with “well.. we’re open until 8, so you can bring the chicken in for me to look at” and that was it. To make matters worse the beans were in runny water (zero flavor), and the cornbread was so burnt it was crunchy and inedible. This place is not worth it and I will not be back. I’ve been to other Famous Dave’s in the past with great food and always left satisfied, but I guess it depends on where you are. Please do not waste your time at this location.

I'd prefer to write a positive review, so I'll start with the wonderful front end staff. They were great, timely, friendly and attentive. The food on the other hand was (somewhat) inedible and was way over priced at that!! 20$ for 2 meats. Wow! Bring on the meat!! Um..not much meat on the plate, but I got bread!😕 My plate arrived with the meat unexpectedly smothered in bbq sauce, which was not mentioned on the menu. I can't eat bbq sauce (allergies), I just wanted meat. So I returned my dish and then received a plate full of FAT! The pork was ok, I expect some fat in pork. The brisket was so fatty I could not eat it. I work in the beef industry and I am not a picky eater, but this was gross even for me! The sweet corn was not sweet but more like the field corn we harvest for livestock. I ate most of my pork and that's about it.... for 20$. Bummer. That will be my one and only stop at Famous Dave's.

Stopped by on a Friday around 1pm. Not very crowded, lots of open tables. Not sure what was going on but we stood at the front reception area for over 5min+ and NOT a single person talked to us, said we'll be right with....or anything. The bartender made eye contact but said nothing. A server also made eye contact, said nothing. We left after 8mins of standing around. If you are looking for bbq and a place that has decent (any) service......go somewhere else, this place is awful.

The absolute WORST place Ive been in years. Paid $20+ tax for two toasts with a bit of meat in them. Their ribs claim to be award winning, ordered the 9 bine order, left 7 couldn't even take it home. Their bloodymary is horrible and server was bad too, to quote her "I think there's a margarita special but don't quote me on it" Manager comes over "Corporate basically told us to figure out how to cut corners because prices of meat are high so we have to try to give less and overcharge a bit. If you're not happy you tell me what you want me to do??"... Sooooo bad, terrible service. As an example qe frequently visit Texas Roadhouse, their prices went up and we are GLAD to pay because we know their quality remains and their service is amaizing. Will never come back, $100 bill for a terrible experience, first time in decades I rather leave the food, pay and walkout left $30 worth of ribs that didnt even take to my dogs. Weather this is indeed Corporate greed or bad management, there is just too many other places that deserve your business a lot more.

I came here because i thought it was Smokin Dave's. I messed up...different Dave. Apparently, this Dave doesn't know what good bbq is. The guy at the counter was trying...but maybe a little training would be helpful? That's all the energy this review is worth. Ate 3 bites of a lb of brisket and the rest is trash.

Ordered rib dinner to be delivered. I ordered 6 ribs and 5 were trash. They tasted like they were left over from the day before. The smallest rib was fine. Reviewed on Grubhub and the response was sorry, try us again. It seemed like an auto response, however if it wasn't, the responder should be fired.

This service was good was very well taken care of. It was quiet. The ribs we ordered was all dry For both ribs. Burt ends was tough as nails. All I can say is the service was good, but the food was terrible. Only thing that I thought tasted right was cornbread.

Went to this FD location on 07/06/2025 and boy, was it a big let down. Nobody was there eating and still had the worst customer service experience ever. Nothing like being seated and then barely being acknowledged. I was able to get an adult beverage but after that we were ghosted. I had to ask another server to get our tab so we could pay for the drink. Our original server did comeback so we could pay our tab. I didn't tip the server because I didn't feel she deserved it after ghosting me. It was awesome to find out she tipped herself after looking at my bank account. We wont be going back there anytime soon.

Well I tried to go to Famous Dave’s today. I walked in and sat at the bar. A girl came by and gave me a menu when I sat down. I sat and waited for a bartender for about 15 minutes. I think I was the only person in the entire restaurant at noon. I finally left when a couple people walked in to get seated and they waited for several minutes at the front. One person went walking through the restaurant trying to find an employee anywhere. The funny thing is they have a big sign hanging out front that says “under new management”.
