Honestly should be shut down. I ordered through Uber eats and got cold food, half my order missing, and no refund. Currently hugging the toilet because I decided to order food from here when even taco bell would have been better. Health code violation is a business model apparently. Next time I'm stuck at work with no food, I'm going to dig out food from the trashcan outside and it'll probably be safer to eat.

Totally got my order wrong no cheese on the cheddar beef and charged! I was 20 mins till home check your order! Also, did their signature roast beef AND Cheddar shrink by half! Will not be returning! Why does Arby's always mess things up! 🤬

I ordered a meal through the Arby’s app for in-person pickup. The guy at the window seemed unsure about the order or was not familiar with mobile phone or app order so I showed it to him on the app. He seemed slow and there was another person working in the kitchen, and it took them a very long time to make my order. When I finally received it, the food was cold. It’s not the same Arby’s of yesteryear.

Employee doesnt know how to key in gift card . Waste of my time going there . Also their system doesnt let you use promotions from their app. The north store zero issues ...

I wanna order arbys on uber rn but know if I do the order is going to be messed up. I have tried leaving feedback in the app but haven't noticed a change. Please fix the issues at this location it’s beyond normal error and it’s like someone is acting with malice towards the orders. The last five orders I’ve made have been consistently wrong and missing items or I have had the wrong item sent. I received French dips without the dipping sauce every time and vanilla shakes that should’ve been chocolate shakes, only ketchup when I only asked for arbys sauce and no aju sauce. I want to order here but am taking a break so my order will be right. I hope this helps management find out who it is. The orders that are wrong happen on the dayshift I order between 12 and 2pm most days I order but the last time it was a 4pm. Idk if they can staple the extra bag the aju sauce goes in outside of the main bag but think the drivers are not seeing the small bag when they pickup the order. Or it isn't being put out for the driver. Again hope this helps.

I've been here three times now and each time the wait has been exceptionally long (even though no one else was there) and I've been missing food when they finally gave it to me. Every time I tell them, they roll there eyes and hand me a random sandwich (not even what I ordered) and brush me off. Never going here again!

Terrible customer service by the so called manager. Placed an order thru the drive thru. Got to window and presented coupon. She was very annoyed and let me know with a big sigh and said I should have told her I had the coupon. I didn’t realize that. She started to hand coupon back to me and charge me full price all because I didn’t let her know before I got to window. I said I wanted the coupon price. And she said she didn’t have to serve me. Ridiculous. All this time she was being very rude. I apologized for not knowing and she said it messes up their bank. Terrible service. Get it together.

The food is... Fine... When you can get it. The service is terrible. No indoor dining, drive-thru and walk-up only. Wait times in the drive-thru can exceed 20 minutes. I usually cut it after 10 minutes. Staff presentation is terrible... I've seen them burping, coughing, and picking their nose while handling food. They usually look pretty slovenly, with poor attire and attitude. I cannot recommend.

Arbys is one of my favorite food places to go when im crazing a nice roast beef sandwich and some amazing curly fries. I go to the location on airport Blvd since it's closer but since I was closer to this location I figured I'd stop by and get what I always get. I don't complain about wait times as I work in the food industry and understand but the food? I don't know why but it was horrible. The meat looked yellow and tasted expired, the fries were over cooked and I was given a medium when I ordered a large. The drinks were okay but the sandwich disappoints me the most. I don't know what's wrong with this location but I won't be coming back and if i get food poisoning I know who im blaming.

Was happy to see that this location was finally open again. We ordered the 2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches for our family and asked to add cheddar sauce on all of them. ( I had seen an add for the beef & cheddar that were 2 for $6, but I was told that wasn't available at this location.) Got home and not one sandwich had cheese, but as you can see I was charged .69 (plus tax=.75) per sandwich. It would be nice to contact someone to see what my options are to get a refund on a product I didn't receive, but there isn't a number listed on the receipt or website. If there is any resolution I will update my review. If there is no resolution then I will definitely drive the extra miles to go to the Buda location.
