Great atmosphere, friendly employees! I'm glad to see this place is finally open. The cheddar garlic bread is so good! They have plenty of different items on the menu, including sandwiches, all day breakfast, etc.

Had a great breakfast sandwich with sourdough and a coffee. Blueberry muffin looked good to that I took home for my wife. Must have been good since she didn't want to share.

First time here, and it exceeded expectations. Their garlic cheddar biscuits are amazing, I got a ham and egg breakfast sandwich with it. We just moved to the area and this will be my new coffee shop for sure!

This is my go to lunch place just about every Wednesday. You get so much food for a great price, plus it’s healthy. I cannot rave about this place enough, I love everything about it. Food is always ready on time, perfectly wrapped, great service, and most importantly - great tasting. Their cookies are huge & they are amazing. The sea salt caramel cookie is my favorite. It has sea salt flakes on top, oats, and it’s bigger than my hand. Side salads are big portions & so cheap. I get at least 2 each time I order - along with my sandwich. All of their sandwiches here are amazing & you get to choose the bread for any sandwich you choose. Every sandwich & every bread choice is so good. You cannot go wrong with this place & they have never disappointed me. I have lunch for 3 days & spend less than $20. It’s so filling & so worth your money. Give it a try!

FOOD - Absolutely delicious, flavorful and lots more options for sides/drinks. SERVICE - Very welcoming and they make sure your order is accurate. ATMOSPHERE - Spacious, quiet and have outdoor seating. Would be nice to have some music on so we don't hear everyone's conversation.

I hail from Arizona, so this restaurant here in the DFW area is the same equivalency as a kneaders restaurant in the Phoenix, Arizona area and I'm glad I discovered this one. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. As for the menu, their piña colada smoothie is organically delicious!

I love GHBC! The bread is always delicious and the service is wonderful. I typically grab a loaf of sourdough, which is consistently great. I also got a sandwich last time that was surprisingly wonderful.

Cute, small bakery and cafe. They make fresh bread of many variety including sour dough, rye, honey wheat, garlic cheese, and more! Great place for a quick lunch bite! Friendly staff as well.

First time here and the cappuccino and raspberry scone was very good. The cappuccino was the right temp and the flavor was really nice. Not to strong and mild flavor. Really good. The raspberry scone was different but looked more like a dropped biscuit but still delicious. The choice of sconces vary depending on the day (see the menu) but there are a variety of baked goods. The seating was nicely spaced apart and outside seating is an option. All the tables and chairs were very clean. There’s also a couch or high backed chairs for seating. The music playing is nice and mellow. Nice for conversation, reading or whatever. Excellent customer service I should mention because without that I wouldn’t have been mentioning all of the above. Check it out!! By the time I decided to write a review this was all that was left to show.

1st time going and glad we finally stopped in! Charming dining area, great to relax and drink your coffee. The breakfast burrito (minus bacon) and breakfast sandwich were really good. Bought a loaf of honey wheat bread to take home too. Delicious!

This was my first experience here. The biscuit was superb! Such amazing flavor! The muffin was moist and delicious! I was most looking forward to the burrito and I was most disappointed in the burrito. It weighed just over 4 ounces and held a single unscrambled egg, undercooked, limp bacon, a smearing of avocado and some scattered red onions but no green chilies. For nine dollars, I expect a LOT more. There can not have even been a dollar's worth of bland, mediocre ingredients in it! on the other two items, you hit it out of the park! Keep working on the burrito and keep up the great work!

The food here is always good. But I do have one complaint: the seating is awful. You’re right up against another table, and it feels like you can’t have a conversation with someone here. I wish the Alliance location would make the store cozier with better seating like the one in Southlake.

The coffee is great!! The avocado toast hast the right size, really hood bread, but seriously lacks flavor and/or garnishes. The other sandwiches were really good. I absolutely recommend the bread. It is pretty much amazing!!
