Best falafal that I have ever had! I also had a rice bowl with saffron rice, chicken, onions, almonds and the sauces that I chose-red pepper aioli and tzatziki. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the bread. I wanted soft fluffy pita and they had thin chewy flatbread. But that was such a small thing compared to the glorious-ness of that falafal and bowl!
Long time fan of Mediterranean cooking and this was by far the best I've ever had. REAL ingredients, fresh, no mixes -- just authentic cooking from a delightful family and the best hummus, falafel, lamb kebabs and pistachio ice cream to be found in a wide regional radius. Will absolutely be back. Do yourself a favor and GO!
As a Turkish, who tried-eat many kebabs around the world I really love this place. It’s really tasty and they have phenomenal sauces. And Elizabeth was so helper.
Delicious wraps and salads from a local restaurant. Use the promotional card they have to get free food every 10 purchases. Pleasant outdoor seating. Only problem is that there is no good place to park so it is better to walk there.
This is an outdoor only restaurant based in an old house. You order at the backdoor and they'll bring it to you. They have too notch kebabs and quality ingredients. Like everything in Austin (and everywhere) prices keep going up, so they aren't the bargain they used to be. They're still well worth the price and here is a tip: split a king size with a friend and you'll get plenty of food. If you ask nicely they'll even cut it in half for you.
Favorite: Large Turk salad with tofu, double vegan spicy red, and a scoop of rice on top. We come to Kebabalicious pretty much every week to split one of these. It's the best salad in town
Great Kebab restaurant that has a wide range of kebab options that’ll satisfy Turkish food lovers! This place has a great lamb Kebab that comes with all the classic toppings; adding fries makes it even better! The service here was also very friendly and quick. I 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a great late night meal after a night of drinking or looking for a good kebab.
Food: Ordered a falafel basket with 4 different sauces. The falafel was crispy from the outside and soft on the inside. The sauces had a wide range of flavours and they were really good too! Drinks: Ordered a can of Pearl-Snap. They have a decent menu of beers to choose from. Location: Very nice! There’s a tent area and an open area with tables. Service: You get a number and they deliver the food to your table. Fairly quick service.
Found a food truck a decade ago and was HOOKED. So glad they opened a restaurant!! Guys, this is hands down one of the best meals I've ever tasted. SO fresh! I will never pass up an opportunity to eat here. Kebabalicous is a regular stop almost every time I pass through town. Love to watch this place expand but stay true to it's roots. (Thanks you guys!! Can't rave enough!)
I ordered delivery and asked for an amount if feta that is widely considered dangerous for your health and illegal in 7 countries and they absolutely delivered. I will forever be thankful to Kebabalicious.
Absolutely delightful food.. Heavenly taste and very affordable too... I have not tasted a more perfectly cooked pita, falafel and even tofu anywhere... Anyone who goes here sounds try their spicy red and kabaam sauce as they were an absolute delight Dishes we ordered : king size falafel wrap, rice bowl with tofu, the hutspa, mezza platter with plain ol' fries and every dish was absolutely awesome
I went here once, forgot what I ordered but I remember it was so amazing and yummy. I came back today and it’s like I found meaning of life again. The most amazing sauce wrapped tender chicken tasty thing ever. Good vibes all around!
Always a go to favorite in ATX and never disappoints. This location is the only brick and mortar in ATX. Limited seating indoors, majority of seats outdoors (covered with heat lamps and pet friendly). Extended menu with multiple options, proteins, wraps, salads and sides. Pictured below is their K fries.
One of the things I noticed was the quality of their ingredients and the care that goes into preparing each dish, so it's no surprise that Christian is able to showcase his skills in the kitchen. Overall, I would highly recommend Kebabalicious to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in Austin. Whether you're in the mood for lamb, chicken, or falafel, the restaurant has a wide variety of options to choose from. And with friendly and attentive service, you can be sure that your dining experience will be a memorable one. So next time you're in the area, be sure to stop by Kebabalicious and treat yourself to some amazing food!
I’ve heard so much about this place.. We finally got a chance to come to this awesome place. Myself & 11 other ladies came from Htown & we got to experience Kebabalicious. We had the pita dish w/hummus for appetizer; saffron rice & veggie falafels for lunch! All I have to say is BEYOND AMAZING..each & every bite was delish!! We had received some unfortunate news, so we couldn’t enjoy the full experience but we will def be back!! The only downfall was, they charge service charge for a large group. So, if we had ordered seperately, there wouldn’t have been a service charge..right!?
How have I lived on the east side for 2 years and been overlooking this place. Got the Boss Fries and beef & lamb king wrap. Started with the fries and was surprised at how they managed to stay crispy even while smothered with that meat, sauce, and cheese. Super good. Not soggy. King wrap was a hit as well. The portions are… ‘proportional’ to the price, which is rare to find. The wait wasn’t too bad and the service was great. Can’t wait to go back.
Cool little hole in the wall, delicious beef & lamb kebab salad. Variety of sauces, fresh greens. Friendly helpful staff and affordable. Don't plan on sitting inside, there are like 2 uncomfortable "tables" in this tiny joint, but plenty of seating outside, as well as other stuff to do like a ping pong table and occasional live music. Highly recommended.
Their XXX spicy sauce has a complex and delicious flavor! Great outdoor patio, indoorish area as well! They provide water and flavored - self service.
Ok, I've been going to Kebabalicious on and off for 15 years living in Austin. From the food truck on Nueces to later on the restaurant; this place is definitely the best doner kebabs the area has to offer. Originally, I only had Kebabalicious after a long and hard night on 6th street and needed something to help me for the next day. Once they finally opened a storefront I had to try it sober just to make sure my state of mind and taste buds were telling me the right thing. For sure, these kebabs are good no matter how much or little you've had to drink. I highly recommend this place and will keep coming back as long as they keep everything tasting great.
INCREDIBLE. Mediterranean food done right! The Boss fries are perfectly crispy. With their special delicious sauce, every fry has sauce. It’s not just the top I mean it EVERY FRY has some sauce. Topped with this seasoned steak that tastes amazing. The Spoiled Brat. My goodness this is a must. It has everything and also that special sauce. I can’t believe how good the falafel is, best one I’ve ever had. The staff is so nice and helpful. Love this place.
Definitely a place to bring friends to: tastes good, has messy food, and awesome staff! I had the chicken kebab and it was great. Same price point as Chipotle but so much better. Better than Cabo Bobs but a little more pricy. All the above together puts Kebabalicious above others for a wrap if that’s what you have a taste for.
This place was delicious! I ordered the Spoiled brat and K Fries and it did not disappoint! Great food and great atmosphere. Will definitely come back!
There is almost no other option you should ever pursue when seeking out Doner on east 6th. As for the price increase? Look, you’re not going to pay street cart prices for a bowl this good. You’re just not paying for street cart quality food. This is a brick and mortar that has many more financial burdens than your average cart, and if that price is too much for someone to handle, go get that cart kebab, king. (Although I will say, paying almost 10 dollars for the K-fries makes my chest hurt a tad.)
I am going to call it the OG for how long they have been serving delicious food. They were highly recommended by the family who have been dining here for over a decade. Loved the food. Its filling. The sauces were soo good and the red pepper sauce was truly refreshing. Loved it. Will definitely visit again. I am still wondering how crispy the falafel was.
My wife and I were craving Mediterranean food. We were heading back to our home state VA from the keys, but we couldn’t find any nearby but found Kabobalicious! it was about an hour away from our route and we are glad we made the trip because this place is amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Haydee and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She was so hospitable, kind, and welcoming the entire time. At the end of our meal, she even gave us free waters, which was such a thoughtful touch for our trip back home. The restaurant itself was spotless and had a very comfortable, inviting atmosphere. You can tell they take pride not only in the food but also in the overall experience. Great service, great vibes, and excellent food we’ll definitely be coming back when in the area and highly recommend everyone to check it out! Thank you, Haydee, for making our visit so enjoyable! Oh I almost forgot, their chocolate cake was amazing too!
10/10 recommend to everyone! Service is incredible, the portions are VERY generous, and the food is cooked to perfection. The staff makes it such a fun experience for my 2 year old and give such a warm family vibe. Absolutely fantastic restaurant!
I've been here twice now and have been happy both times. I ordered the char-grilled chicken wrap (larger size) and it was enough to split between two people. The first time I visited, I got the less expensive chicken option and didn't feel like it was worth a re-order. I've ordered the falafel shot both times and have been really happy with the quality of the falafel and the flavor of the sauces.
place is great! best falafels ive had in the area so far :) i got the crispy tofu in a wrap, but i definitely recommend the falafel more after trying it from my moms salad. great place to hang out and have good conversations, i bet the vibes are immaculate at night after a couple of beers w some buds
This restaurant is a rare find, excelling in food, service, and ambiance. Halal Options: Only the charcoal chicken and steak are halal; beef and lamb are not.(at the time of visit) We arrived around 8 PM when it wasn't too busy. We ordered the chicken bowl, quesadillas, chicken strips, and K-fries. The food was served almost immediately and was fantastic. The bowl and fries were bursting with flavor, the chicken was crispy, and while the quesadillas were good, they could use a bit more seasoning. The ambiance is delightful, featuring a charming, well-lit seating area with plenty of space. The staff is friendly and cheerful, making for a pleasant dining experience.Overall, this restaurant is definitely on my list of favorites!
Kebablicious is one of my favorite eateries! If you are looking for scrumptious sauces with flavorful meats then look no further. We went there on a Friday around 4:00pm. We were able to grab a table right away without any wait. They are super dog friendly so if you have a pupper you will have no problems. We got a chicken bowl with red sauce and taziki sauce, beef lamb wrap, side order of French fries and baklava. Everything was on point. We had a guest visiting us from out of town and they loved the food so mission was accomplished ! They also sell decent selection of beers. We tried one of their hazy IPA from the menu which was delicious. Overall great place to grab bite.
Awesome kebab and wrap place with some fun and inventive dishes. The Boss Fries are massive and so, so tasty! Definitely good for two people (or one near-starved human). The falafel is also great, and the veggies are very fresh. Loved the sauces and hummus as well! Hard to go wrong with Kebabalicious. It’s definitely worth the trek and the price!

One of my favorite places to go during lunch but you need to get there before the lunch time rush. There is a small area to order so you might be in a cramped line like sardines for some time. Parking is tricky since it's very close to downtown. If your good with that, you should be fine. The falafel is always great and their ingredients have always tasted fresh. I ordered the falafel rice bowl at my last visit but I was informed when being served my food that they were out of almonds. No extra anything was added to compliment the lack of ingredient. Ummm, okay. Not the best, approach to a reacurring customer. Thanks. At least the food was good. Overall, it's a place you have to try.
Let me just start with I am very well traveled and have eaten kebab all over the USA and even in the UK at this point. While this places food is good I cant say its the best beef & lamb kebab Ive ever had. Truthfully I think its easily forgettable. Things that would elevate it for me: 1. I got the regular beef & lamb rice bowl and added additional lamb. (Trying bot to carb load but knew I was hangry lol) Honestly, had I not added the additional meat I would of left disappointed. 2. The meat its self lacked the flavor profile of other similar places I have had. 3. Pretty pricey in my book for two bowls with double meat it was $40. 1. The good rice was so flavorful! 2. The red sauce is delicious and made up for the lack of meat flavor some. 3. The staff is friendly. 4. Hardly any wait time at all. 5. Ample clean tables and seating to immediately dive in.
This place is super tasty, but WOW the regular size is too small. Be sure to order the "King" size if you're looking for a filling entree. The menu is really interesting with lots of cool ingredients/options, and everything is sourced locally! The price point is rock-solid and the ambience of the outdoor eating area is quite nice.
This was our last meal in Austin before heading home and it was good, but not the spectacular meal we were hoping for. The K-fries were amazing - exactly what I wanted. But my rice bowl and my husband's wrap were just ok. You order at the counter and at 8pm on a Monday they were sold out of the char-grilled chicken and red bell pepper aioli (what he wanted) so that was a huge bummer. I got the falafel and it was a little heavily fried for my liking. We eat mostly vegan when not traveling and in an effort to ease myself back in, I got the two vegan sauces (not including regular Sriracha) and they're serious when they say the XXX sauce is very spicy. The atmosphere is cute and there are toys for kids and a covered ping pong table.
This is my favorite place for Gyros in Austin good Beef and Lamb!! You can get different selections though. One day they featured a farm to table Venison Gyro was freaking awesome!! Don't order the King Size Gyro wrap though unless you've skipped a meal it's a ton of food!! They also do punch cards so you get rewarded with free food ;)
Kebabalicious is a must-visit spot for anyone craving delicious and satisfying doner kebabs. With a solid 4.5 rating, this place serves up expertly seasoned meat, perfectly cooked and wrapped in warm pita. Whether you choose chicken, beef, or lamb, each bite is packed with flavor. The fresh veggies, tangy sauces, and generous portions add to the overall delightful experience. The restaurant’s casual vibe and friendly service create a welcoming atmosphere for both quick bites and relaxed meals. If you're in the mood for a tasty, hearty meal, Kebabalicious has you covered.
Been coming for years and it's always ranged from fine to fantastic depending on the day. I was disappointed to see the preferred online ordering system chownow (since phone order is pretty impossible now) had everything marked up 15-20% over actual menu and all other platforms (doordash / eats / etc). Will assume it was a mistake and not deliberate to take advantage of people who don't know better.
We were in town and this restaurant was recommended by a buddy of mine....so we stopped in. Don't judge a book by its cover. The restaurant looked like it was a house (and is)...but it's done well. The atmosphere was decent and so was the seating. We were there over Thanksgiving and it made sense why it was so empty/quiet (I don't mind that) We ordered the food and didn't have to wait much to get it. The food tasted fresh and all of us liked what we got. The food is priced decently too. I was hoping for a little more flavor but this is definitely not a deal breaker. I would still recommend this place to anyone in the mood for some Mediterranean food

Long time customer, been coming here for years now. This was the first time I've been back in around 6 months and the price has gotten ridiculous. Around $21 for a rice bowl before tip. I used to pay ~$15 not even a year ago! Great food, nice staff, but very disappointed in price gouging.
Been coming here for 6+ years. I just recently filled my 5th or 6th punch card where you buy 10 meals, get one free. I went to turn in my card to get my free rice bowl, and they upcharged me $2.16 for some reason. I've been grappling with myself whether to leave this review or not and ultimately decided that I should. Beware that "free" apparently no longer means free. I'll probably keep coming back here because the food and service are usually good, but it's kinda lame that they now charge $2.16 for a free meal that I earned by spending a bunch of money. Also, the prices have almost doubled in the past few years, which is wild.
They keep running out of tofu :( really wish this didn't happen so much.
DINNER REVIEW Came to Kebabalicious because I was still hungry after a less than stellar food truck experience elsewhere. I LOVE middle eastern cuisine, especially of the fast-casual variety, so I was excited about this given the reviews. I went with my Turkish friends and they pointed out that nothing about it was authentic (though the name "Kebabalicious" doesn't particularly scream authenticity). The staff was very friendly though. I ordered the Turk Salad with beef and lamb. The meat was good but the salad itself didn't add much. The spicy red sauce was great though! I wish I ordered a wrap so I could get a bite of everything all at once. I would come back but I would have to try a wrap before I gave this place any more stores.
Disappointing. If you know Middle Eastern food, this will be bland and Austinated. The server was cheery, the ingredients fresh, shaded deck, but the food is basically meh. How about some urfa pepper, sumac, cumin, cardamon etc? Real Turkish (eg) food is mind-meltingly flavorful. They don't even have any Middle Eastern beers like Efes.
The food was good, but definitely not worth the price. Two items came out to just over $43, which felt steep for what we got.
15% service charge added for orders more than $50!! Just be aware. I give this a 0/5 if I could. \n\nFood was ok. We ordered wraps with beef/lamb and tzatziki sauce. Tzatziki sauce was bland and in…
Only outdoor seating, nothing indoors still and the few fans don't really make a difference in the temps. Food was good, portions are small considering the price is $12.75 a wrap and if the tab is …
Food is awful apart from the sweet potato fries which are just frozen store bought fries that are overpriced here. I ordered the lamb and beef wrap and the pita was hard as a ROCK I couldn’t even chew it down. Fries are salted like you’re in a salt water bath tub - place is overpriced and the staff is rude. Take your money to Halal Bros they know how what’s up! this place was so disappointing.
Got food. The beef and lamb kebab meat was very hard and suspected to be old. Am disappointed as we normally get pretty good food here.
Sad to see they are using unfair practices like per customer dynamic pricing. My partner had the EXACT same things in her cart as I did and her subtotal was $8 less. Glad we caught this. They have great falafel and chicken but just sad to see them trying to game their customers. I'll email you the screenshots if you'd like to see.
Skimped my wrap because I didn’t tip. Literally a service where you walk up order and they drop it off. There were no veggies but a mouthful of onions, ordered tzatziki and got none. Compared mine to my friends and others meals came out very different and a full wrap. Kitchen staff in the back kept staring at me through the window which was clearly obvious. Meat was definitely questionable and COLD. Whole bites of straight onion. Quality of meal you order is based on how much you tip. Maybe the owner should make real Mediterranean food and pay their employees a livable wage. Go try KISMET OR HALAL CORNER & WINGS. The quality and quantity match the price you pay and for the most part have always been consistent for a big plate of food. It’s 10 minutes from whatever this place is.
Used to live in Round Rock and would drive 15 miles to get king hutspa, their falafel wrap. The price kept increasing from 10 to about 16. Now they got rid of king. And smaller size is 16! Sad to say, I ll have to stop going.
I got the pure Lamb and rice dish with white tzaziki sauce and the red spicy sauce tonite. The white sauce and red sauce are terribly done. The pure Lamb is under seasoned and tastes bland with no sauce on it. Then the red sauce and white sauce made it take worst. Why does ur white tzaziki sauce taste like its expired and gone bad? Why does your spicy red sauce taste like you used expired tomatoes to make somehow a crappier version of Taco Bell sauce? I'm a huge halal, gyro, kebab fan but I was disappointed by you guys. It was $13.00 for the Lamb, rice and sauces but should have been $6.00 for how bad it was. Go to Halal Time food truck 1 block down the road, u can walk to Halal time from kebabalicious. Halal time's Lamb over rice is way better than kebabalicious for $10. I'm unhappy with my kebabalicious. I'd ask for a refund but I know they're a small business during covid. I never want to take money from small local businesses like that. The food tasted sour and not fresh. It tasted like It was going bad. I was gonna give it to my neighbor's dog but I don't think its good enough for dogs. I threw the rest in the trash. Maybe in the future I maybe brave enough to try kebabalicious again and give them another chance by buying a different dish. But it tasted so terrible. So I don't know.
Had a coworker place an order for the office but he accidentally added a sauce that I cannot eat. Well too bad because they don’t answer the phone to help solve any customer service issues
I used to eat at this place more frequently, visited them after a long time again and me and my friend both got very bad food poisoning afterward. Their food sanity (with what seems to be a new team) has clearly changed for the worse and their price has increased noticeably as well and wouldn’t go back or recommend anyone to eat here. Their ability to handle cooking ingredients and not let them grow bacteria needs to be seriously questioned.
When someone calls in a togo order go ahead and start making the food. If you start making it after they arrive what was the point of calling it in ahead of time.
Very unprofessional, left my food on the counter where people pay instead of handing me my food. The last at the counter had an attitude, giving racist vibes. It a Muslim woman and was looking forward to trying a halal spot.
With tax and tip this TINY bowl was almost $20. Plus I had to pay for parking to get it. What a rip-off! Literally just rice and some meat for $20 out the door. Apparently they don't think there are any other Middle Eastern food vendors in Austin. I've been a customer with them from way back in the day when they were just a food truck. I won't be coming back.
Long time Customer, NEVER coming back! The quality and quantity of food do not justify the price. Used to be for just a couple dollars more, you could get a king size bowl, with good portions. Now they got rid of king-size option! 😡 $20 for a tiny bowl is not OK when the atmosphere and environment is a dirty shack with outdoor seating. And you have to pay extra for street parking! NEVER COMING BACK HERE. There’s too much good kebab options to come here, and overpay while still leaving hungry 🤬
