Like the name says shakes and burgers. Good burgers, good shakes, fairly high Austin prices but the environment, sense of cleanliness for a burger joint is it a very very high standard and I think if you were to take a burger joint and a bistro with Austin expectations Burger shack is what you get. It's one of our regular spots.

I just had the bacon avacado burger, but it was a great burger. You can clearly see it is real beef by looking at the patty, it has more a patty melt look than a 'burger puck.' Burger was delicous.

Shoutout to the manager Athalia I believe her name was, she helped out majorly! Def deserves a raise! Also huge shoutout to Ron for the awesome service! Super friendly and helped with everything we needed!

Love the cleanliness of this location and the staff are always friendly. Austin helped us out and he was very attentive with picking up trash/refilling drinks. Ordering is simple

Great dining experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone was nice, friendly, polite and helpful. Food was hot and fresh! Fries had the perfect crisp! Burger could use a tad more seasoning but was still good. Clean restaurant and restrooms. It’s like that Chick fil et experience but on a Sunday ♥️

Had the pleasure of visiting the Shake Shack right after a Toastmasters Club meeting. Our group of 8 got our orders quickly. The cheese fries were a hit! The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich was full of delightful flavor without the slight heat ruining it. If you are a spicy-wimp like me you'll love this one. I personally loved the fifty/fifty, Lemonade and Organic Tea blend, perfect for these extreme humid summers. Everything else on the menu looked great! The seating was comfortably spaced with both contemporary chairs and tables as well as raised barstool tables and chairs. It is well lit but the natural lighting and open design of the floor really enhance the space. Looking forwards to making this a once a month favorite!

Supper simple yet incredibly tasty burger. This is a large restaurant, good aircon. We had a great time Highly recommended, very consistant high quality food.

One of our group called ahead to inquire about food allergies, and after having a nice chat with the store manager, Ranferi gave us 10 free burger coupons! So nice. The burgers were great and the milkshakes were thick and creamy. Definitely will be coming back with a group. Free parking in the garage, open seating and friendly staff = A+

The front desk girl treat me amazingly warm and kindly and then the manager shows up and he is even more kind and offers me a free soda , definitely they are putting lots of care for this business, 100% recommend and my burgues where also super good

It was busy but the self serve kiosks made ordering through the line quick and easy. Location was clean as well, great visit as always.

I just have to shout out Donavon at Shake Shack because that was genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. From the second we walked up to the counter, he was warm, patient, and completely present. He didn’t rush us, even though it was busy, and he took the time to answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations. You could tell he actually cared about making sure we had a great experience, not just getting through the line. When our order came out, he checked back in to make sure everything was right and if we needed anything else. It sounds simple, but that kind of attention makes a huge difference. He was upbeat, respectful, and just genuinely kind the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who turns a quick burger run into something memorable, but Donavon absolutely did. Shake Shack is lucky to have him. Give that man a raise.

Shake shack has become one of my favorite burger joints. So far every time I've stopped by to grab a burger and fries or satisfy my sweet tooth with a shake, the food has always been really good. The service is decent but they could be a little more welcoming and smile.

Nicest restaurant visit I've had in Austin in a while. Seriously. I've gotten used to (understandably) tired employees with vacant looks and in general not-so-great service. My wife and I ordered some burgers and fries and three different people helped us out, smiled, checked on our table and asked us if we needed anything, how the food was, and actually look like they cared. Lorelei was outstanding on Sunday evening after ACL. She was attentive and present throughout the entire dining room, personally checking in on every table to ensure guests were well taken care of. The entire staff handled the post-festival rush with impressive efficiency and genuine smiles. Despite the crowd, the line moved quickly and our food arrived in no time.

Got there no line but after getting seated line was to the door. Burger was awesome well seasoned with soft bun. Strawberry shake was good but pricey. I'm a big fan of crinkle cut fries .. they had those to. Had a regular burger this time the mushroom burger was pretty good on a previous visit. I would recommend either if you are checking it out for the first time.

Food and service were excellent! But the entire meal was disrupted by a door that loudly slammed shut every single time anyone came or went. Fix the door, please!

Nice old school food. I had a cheeseburger w bacon and a hot dog and got to try my wife's chicken sandwhich--which was the best thing I had. The chocolate peppermint shake was really good too. Nice casual seating, plenty of TVs and beer on tap. Great place to get out of the rain.

Great Shake Shack in a tragically bad location. The parking situation is just weird, with no clear safe way to get from the parking to the restaurant. The local burger looked dumb, but maybe in the future they will have something better / tastier to offer.

Got the double bacon cheese burger and bacon cheese fries. Burger was good and fries were different. The burger didn't get my attention for $10 liked I hoped. The cheese didn't taste like cheese that came on the fries. The meal wasn't a disaster for the shake helped. Can I see myself here again... Nope

After waiting what seemed like an unusually long time, my order was delivered to the table. The burger was small, but very tasty. The bun was very soft and delicious The lettuce was, as the picture shows, tiny and completely wilted I was unable to bite through it, as it slid off the burger in one chewy mess. I enjoyed the fries (warm, not hot) and thought the portion was fair for the $4 charge. Overall, I would like to give it a 3.5 star rating if that was possible.

First time out, burger flavor was good. Size was small for the price. The Lockhart link sandwich looks good, Have not tried. Place was busy but still could have more attention when it comes to cleanliness, I had to clean my own table and so did a few others.

I usually love shake shack, ordered via lunch drop and the burger was rare/med-rare. Inedible for me. If you can’t take in a bulk order and cook everything properly then please don’t accept large orders. This left me without lunch all day at work.

I love hamburgers. this isn’t the place to get one. Hamburgers are tiny and super greasy. Customer service was a bit above terrible. walked I and didn’t get greeted until maybe 5 min of being there. Front desk rep was talking to coworkers the whole time. They allow dogs which is cool until the place starts to smell like wet dog. Probably not coming back here unless I get free coupons. Not worth paying their prices. Hamburger was poorly made. Look at the burger I received and see if it’s worth 8$ just for the entrée.

Edit!: Horrible! got rid of the dairy free shake for no reason! No reason to ever go back. The plant based shake is very good. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The fries got cold and kinda gross quick.
