The food was very delicious, the waiter was very attentive and the food was piping hot, just the way I like it, the beer was very cold, almost like ice. Highly recommended. They failed in the presentation of the food, with melamine plates instead of china, but that's how picky I am... Don't hesitate to ask for a cut of meat, that's why they are a steakhouse... 👍🏼

It was an excellent place, but the service is declining. I had to go somewhere else because in fifteen minutes they didn't even ask me what I wanted, and they weren't as busy as before. The food was still very good.

The food is good, there's no denying that... but the customer service leaves much (VERY) to be desired. It was slow and incomplete, since our drinks weren't brought until we reminded them that we had ordered them (and it's worth noting that some drinks were missing). I repeat, the food is delicious, but the service doesn't do it justice, hence my two stars, because with service like that... you can't enjoy the food.

I hadn't been there before, and I was so sorry. It's nowhere near the service and cleanliness at Chumari 1. The waiter was distracted and didn't understand what I ordered. Maybe he was new, I don't know. There are some of us who don't like spicy food, so please consider adding variety.

Terrible service. The manager spends her time trying to find clothes to buy instead of stocking the place properly. They never have any vegetables to go with them, and the tacos they serve as appetizers are burnt. Not to mention the barley water, which is never ready. Service is very slow. It seems like they only cater to drunk customers who arrive in the early morning for dinner.

IN DECLINE. It's a shame they've sacrificed the quality of their products. The flour tortilla tacos, besides having less meat, are now served on tortillas that look like paper napkins. The so-called bean tacos are practically empty. My last two visits have been disappointing. The place is becoming increasingly neglected and dirty. It's good that they want to maintain their style, but they should invest in the appearance and cleanliness.
