I celebrated my birthday at Bollo with friends and it was a spectacular experience. The appetizers are incredible, especially the burrata with confit tomatoes. The provoleta was also excellent. The pizzas were all delicious. But the best part was the service: the staff were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Aroon, the manager, who was attentive to every detail and made us feel incredibly welcome. He's a total gem! And the place itself is a 10/10: warm, inviting, and perfect for a lovely time. I highly recommend it!

I love the place, especially for the atmosphere. I love that it's a small warehouse with a beautiful garden in front. Plus, the service guys are always very friendly and have great energy. This place is ideal for individual pizzas. Whether you're in a group or as a couple, this place is great. The dishes are plentiful, from salads to meat dishes to pizzas, and are of good quality. We've ordered very good appetizers like the fritters, but then we struggle to finish dinner. There's always the option of taking some pizza home for breakfast the next day. Regarding prices, the dishes are reasonably priced these days. The appetizers are expensive. The place fills up pretty quickly, especially around 9:30 p.m. There are parking spaces in front, but it fills up quickly since it's shared with another restaurant. To your left, there is a quasi-vacant lot with parking space, where there is usually a lady looking after the cars.

A very good Italian-style pizzeria, with an interesting variety of pizza flavors, and excellent appetizers. The atmosphere is very nice and the service is very good. The value for money is excellent.

A 10/10 experience, very friendly service. The prices are reasonable, and the pizzas are large and filling. The polpetta and pesto pizza came with 12 meatballs, and they didn't skimp on the sauce or oil. The four-cheese pizza was delicious, exploding with textures and flavors. I recommend ordering the empanadas as a starter; the shrimp one is delicious!

I loved this place, which I've been wanting to try for a while. The pizzas are incredible, with an excellent flavor from the sourdough and the sauce. The ingredients are generally very good. We ordered the stracciatella, and I highly recommend it. The pesto gives it a great touch. The tiramisu was delicious! Super smooth, made to my liking. The industrial-style atmosphere was very cool. The service was impeccable. We had a very friendly waitress who gave us insightful instructions and good recommendations. I already want to go back! The prices seemed appropriate for how delicious our meal was. There were three of us, and we ordered two Neapolitan-style pizzas, two fainas, one draft beer, one water, one lemonade, one coffee, and one tiramisu = 18,000 pesos. September 2023.

The atmosphere is cool and the waiters are super attentive, but the food, well, exquisite is an understatement. We ordered some fritters as a starter and were surprised by how creamy they were on the inside and crispy on the outside. We were going to share a pizza (between two, but we preferred to choose two different flavors to try). The oyster mushrooms and kale pizza is spectacular. The crispy kale and the oyster mushrooms in butter are insane. The four-cheese pizza is a one-way trip, with melted and gratinated cheese. They especially added olive oil to the edges of the pizza, and I enjoyed every bite. The pitcher of lemonade with mint and ginger is a surefire option, and the tiki oasis (signature drink) takes you to the beach because it's fresh and sweet. I loved that it comes in different tikis and the girl at the bar makes them in ceramic. Beautiful. In short, good quality, abundant, and well-decorated. 10/10. I'm updating the photos because it's still just as amazing as it was a year ago🫶
