Brianna was so kind and patient while serving us coffee so late. We had several orders and each was different, and she was able to multitask while preparing everything. She also advised us to do our shopping first if we intended to buy something, we didn’t need to buy anything but I appreciated the warning. I know that our new safety regulations included Brianna having to help us with the sugar and creamer, but she was kind through multiple requests of things. I just wanted to make sure I thanked her for her kindness. She doesn’t know what our family has been through today and all we needed was just some coffee and kindness. Thank you.

So...Starbucks inside a Target early in the morning. Lines are long, a lot of picky people and...staff was doing their best to keep up. The cashier was literally making a coffee and trying to man the register at the same time. Atmosphere was stressful, but it was probably the best oat milk latte I've had in a very long time.

It was really expensive, and the products didn't impress me. Unlike in my country, Colombia, and other places in Colombia, this place wasn't exactly well-kept, clean, or pretty. It's simply a coffee shop in a shopping mall in the United States. If you order a coffee, the prices are a bit high; I'm talking about a cappuccino costing between $7 and $10. There are better and cheaper places to get a cappuccino with a better view and a better atmosphere in Miami.

Morning shift has terrible customer service skills, very rude. Asked for whipped cream and was told that they charge extra for that in a very rude manner. Then when I walk away one of the ladies goes “she’s does that every time she comes here” in front of customers. How unprofessional lol

Very small, poorly displayed on the screens, and the service provided by the saleswoman was terrible, although I'd give her a point since she was the only one there: taking orders, collecting payment, making coffee, and delivering. The line was long. That makes the saleswoman have a bad attitude! I'm not going back.

This is the worst ran Starbucks of all time. The staff here I thought would be nice, since he was wearing heart shaped glasses (Julius), was quite frankly the rudest person I have met in my life, not only to me but the person in front of me (a mom and her children) and everyone behind us too. It is crazy, I know it’s a hectic time of year but this is your job. Starbucks is known for being busy, and still pulling it together and treating people right. This was a wild experience. No thank you.

Wanted to buy a box of the cranberry bliss bars but they only sell them individually. The male employee put them in individual bags and while I was checking them to put them right side up(because of the frosting on top)before I put them in my reusable bag. The female employee walked by me an called me the "inspector ".

While I generally enjoy Starbucks and the convenience it offers at this Target, my experience today at this location was disappointing. After ordering 3 Frappuccinos, the cashier misheard my order and commented in a way that mocked my speech impediment, asking if I was wanting 'crappuccinos.' This was hurtful and unnecessary. People also can't always help if they have a speech impediment. Additionally, I was informed that this location doesn't accept reusable Starbucks cups, which was surprising as I've used them at other locations before and they're even available for purchase on-site. While I understand policy changes may occur, clearer communication from staff and perhaps signage mentioning the reusable cup restriction would be helpful to avoid confusion. Overall, the interaction with the cashier and the unexpected cup policy detracted from my usual Starbucks experience. I hope that such experiences can be avoided in the future for other customers.

Um i ordered an irish cream cold brew and they have the cold brew bullets opposed to pitchers of cold brew. Meaning, there is little to no psychica effort to "make" more cold brew. but the girl decided it would be less of a hassle to instead tell me that they were all out... very not smiley staff, felt like a bother asking for a iced white mocha instead..

Rudest Starbucks employees ever. Most incompetent store too. I waited in that line for 15 min. I get it. They were busy. But for that woman to give me such attitude for me asking for a sandwich? One star only because I have to leave a star .... I had to have my latte fixed 3 times, because she did not read the label. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm still not sure if this is coconut milk... I guess my stomach will tell me later.... when I asked for the 3rd time if it was coconut milk .... The barista said.... Yelled at me "yes! I told you that 3 times....." well it was not the last 2 times... nor was it sweetened or have cinnamon like I ordered the 3rd time.... I gave up. ‍

Asked politely for another one and the lady grabbed 4 bags of all kinds of sugars I told her please without anything, no sugar, she replied it is NOT FOR You and handed me an over-the-top sugared beverage... despicable attendees.
