Awesome room, VERY cheap, free water, great (VERY adjustable) sound system, and you can even change the key of songs to your liking!! Song options are very limited but for the price of $5 per hour per person they can get away with it. Would go again!

Had such a great time there! Ended up getting one of the private rooms with a friend for 2 hours! It was about $15 per hour and they had a bunch of songs to select from. While the room was pretty small, it was perfect for just 2 people. I can’t wait to go again.

Not the best Karaoke bar in the city but I still love it here. The bar staff is great. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is super LES but what else can you expect :). Only removing one star because they were missing some great classics and newer hit songs.

Everything was great with bartenders and overall as well. Except when the night was closing down. I tried to go to the restroom and security said "not tonight." I literally begged to be able to go and he wouldn't budge. Only thing that got him to budge was me unfortunately (and uncomfortably) having to tell the man I had my period, and if he wants me to bleed on the seats instead of letting me go, I would. Suddenly he was left speechless and I was allowed. It shouldn't have to come to this. The rest of the staff was wonderful, but I would never come back here because of him. But really, what can you expect from a man on a power trip, right?

2/7 night: Female bartender was acting really sus about the pricing of the drinks. At first she said my tequila sunrise was $9. She said there was a $20 card minimum and so I gave her my card and left my tab open. Then I asked my friend if he had any cash so i can pay my tab in cash instead of card, and she saw that interaction and called me over to the bar and gave me the dirtiest looks? I was confused. She then said my tequila sunrise was $11. And then she and the other bartender blatantly talked about this interaction in front of me, which made the mood sour. Still not sure what happened, was it a crime to change to paying cash? Would like an explanation for this sudden price discrimination

I’m not picky at all, but our experience at this place was terrible. Even though we were paying customers, we were treated in a clearly discriminatory way, were kicked out of the karaoke, and the staff was extremely rude. On top of that, we were given a misleading offer and ended up being charged more than promised. I do not recommend this place at all. It’s much better to go to Koreatown, where the vibe is cooler and the people are genuinely friendly.

We chose this place expecting a fun night and it was a mistake. From the moment we arrived, the security was unnecessarily hostile. At first the staff was fine, but everything changed when the owner showed up: rude, dismissive, and a treatment that made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against An unpleasant experience from start to finish. I don’t recommend it; there are much better options in Koreatown with a better vibe and genuinely friendly people.

This place doesn’t deserve a single star. The owner is extremely rude, treats you like garbage, and even cuts your hours to fit another group. And that’s not even mentioning how hostile the security is from the moment you arrive. Don’t waste your time or ruin a night with friends here. I’m not picky, but don’t pay for such terrible service. As other reviews say, the owner is clearly discriminatory and the treatment is unbearable.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. The security is rude from the moment you enter, and the owner is even worse: hostile, rude, and discriminatory. They charge for everything per person, yet treat you like garbage; they can even cut your hours if another group shows up. I will never go back or recommend it.

U need a new doorman who knows how.to.check age . If you are a guess please walk away when he s acting stupid for the sake of peace. My 3 times here and its been lame time after time. You must upgrade this. I love karaoke but not that I experienced. It's an entire experience from starting to end and u don't have it together with key elements of hospitality from the beginning to end. Up ur game.it happens. Time change u change with it. Bouncer’s on a power trip. Came here with coworkers after work, and he refused us all entry because he insisted that one of my coworkers, visibly tired after WORKING ALL DAY, was drunk. We were fully sober and cooperative, and tried to explain to him that we had just gotten out of work. He got very aggressive and refused to back down, so we left. Owners, your staff’s attitudes are costing you $$$. Will not be coming back!

Usually love this place…but Mark was bartending and ruined the night. He was rude, looked miserable, and after paying for a song waited 30 min to then enter into the system. Literally watched as he picked and chose who would go. Not a fan. Not recommending this place if he’s behind the bar. Sara is great! And Wayne the bouncer is the best. But if you see Mark behind the bar just say yourself the trouble and walkout.

I recently came Saturday April 26th at 12:41am for two drinks and got charged an extra $5 the next night… i did NOT leave a tip, it wasn’t A1 service and it was pretty crowded so i didn’t feel the need too. Bar tender was great vibes... Security guard on the other hand... Two words: power trip. Was told outside drinks were not allowed, the vibes were off to a bad start. I asked what if I empty the bottle as I need the bottle. "It's the rules/policy" okay. I don't mind at all. I'm just confused, not even just an empty bottle ? Was told to put it on the ATM, don't know where that is. I try to leave to take it outside and throw it away and then was startled being yelled at by the security guard to put it on the ATM. They expect me, a young woman in NYC to leave my drink unattended in a hallway... Then continues to yell at me as I am confused because I don't know where the ATM it and he's saying I'm combative. You don't get to have a bad attitude and expect me to react like you just gave me 1million dollars . You can tell me what to do with my water bottle in your bar, you can't keep directing me to do whatever you say after I start to step outside. Unfortunately will not be coming again.

Attention, fraud! We had a nice Saturday evening at the bar until it closed quite suddenly and all the staff became very unfriendly to us. More than an hour before we had ordered 5 songs (10$). None of these songs were played. When I said this to the staff, I was rudely told that we should leave the bar immediately. After persistently asking, they pressed $2 into my hand and told me to get out of here. An impertinence and sheer fraud. Too bad, it could have been so easy. They would simply have to close the song list in good time before the bar closes and say that they can't accept any more songs. Perhaps that would be a measure for the future so as not to alienate any more customers… Besides this, the bar was okay. Prices are high, but not higher than in comparable New Yorker bars. They had a station where you can get free water all the time - that’s nice.

I was here Halloween night 2022 with some friends. I’ve been here once before but that night will be my last visit and here’s why. The owner was at the bar. He was being rude to several different people. One example was that my friend was dressed as beast boy from the teen titans and the owner accused him of wearing black face and singled him out in front of the crowd using a microphone. It ruined his night. His hair and skin were green. It came off extremely malicious. There are too many other good karaoke bars where you can spend your money. I don’t recommend coming here.
