The wait time was good, 25 minutes maximum, considering we were the only table. The dishes are beautifully decorated, but the flavor doesn't do them justice (at least the ones I ordered; on the other hand, the shrimp wrapped in cheese were very good, according to my companion). In my opinion, they were a bit bland, lacking a bit of salt, but perhaps that was the chef's original idea. I think the micheladas were tamarind, but I ordered it plain with clamato. The broth also lacked a bit more flavor. I don't think the bread and butter that accompanied the broth is a good match, but I say all this personally; perhaps others will find it a good combination. Overall, the place and the food are good and reasonably priced, a very good concept, never before seen in these parts.
