IT LOOKS LIKE A TAPAS BAR. It is, but don't be fooled, it's much more than that. We decided on tapas, and we weren't wrong. They offer a very good selection and variety, the portions are generous, they don't skimp, and they're very well cooked (the only drawback being the broken-bone potatoes). The tapas selection was outstanding. In no time, the place was packed... ON A WEDNESDAY! That's when we saw the light: in addition to a host of delicious-looking tapas, we were able to enjoy the toast with ham (as expected), but also a very tempting steak cut into strips on a hot stone, or some grilled pig's trotters, which were breathtaking. While the dessert wasn't as homemade as we expected, it was good. The service was absolutely perfect, with a very polite and efficient waiter, who served us with almost no wait (thanks also to a well-oiled kitchen, which kept the entire restaurant operating smoothly). A good place for a good dinner; don't be fooled by its appearance. The only negative note was the poor quality background music (coming from the TV), which at times, due to its excessive midrange and treble, was a bit annoying. The price was fair, considering the quality and quantity. Highly recommended. As my companion told me, it's very difficult for an entire restaurant to go wrong; it was packed on a weekday.

We once ordered fideuà to take away and really enjoyed it. A generous portion and very tasty. We went for the set menu on Thursday for €19.90, which included soupy rice with lobster. The first course was rice, followed by bread, a drink, dessert, and coffee. For starters, we ordered salad and croquettes. The ham croquettes were excellent and quite large. For our main course, the rice, although it took a little while and they apologized, was very good. We each had five generous portions, and there was a huge amount of lobster, not just the typical bits… (the depth of the casserole dish isn't clear in the photo). Highly recommended!

Local con decoración actual. No es muy complicado aparcar. Buen menú, varias opciones a elegir, el precio ronda los 14/15 € con café, tienen otro menú de unos 25€, los platos son completos, te ponen pan tostado con tomate directamente, algo no habitual pero indicativo. El servicio muy correcto y agradable. Disponen de una buena terraza delante. Una buena opción si se está por la zona.

We went on a Saturday for a vermouth. We had a glass of white wine, a Kas bitters, some bagged potatoes, and some steamed mussels. The total cost was €19.20. The place was clean, pleasant, and the service was good.

Good bar for dinner. Friendly staff. The sangria was made with cava, but it seemed very simple to me; I think it was just lemon and cava, and that was it. The portion was very generous. We ordered squid tentacles and patatas bravas, which I found very expensive: 10 euros for the tentacles and almost 8 euros for the patatas bravas. The portion wasn't that generous. The entrecote was very good, cooked to my specifications, and the roasted potatoes were perfect. The only downside was that the waitress made a mistake and didn't serve all the dishes at once, so we had to eat in two shifts. There was a DJ downstairs. Everything else was perfect.

To go for some great and good tapas. Very attentive and fast waiters in the service. The bravas and the cutlasses are very good🫠 and the mussels too! I recommend booking because even during the week it is full!

Well, to be honest, I was quite surprised. We went for dinner on a Thursday and they had a Thursday night menu with a DJ. There were about five starters and grilled sardines as the main course. It was really good, I liked everything.

Es la segunda vez que vamos y las dos veces muy bien. Buena atención, muy buena comida, patina en los postres, pero precio-calidad insuperables.

La comida sabrosa y gran cantidad por ración pero no diempre tienen todo ennla carta. El espacio agradable, familiar y amplio. El servicio muy atento y amable.

I'd heard great things about this place, but honestly, I was disappointed. The fried eggs were just okay, the ham was burnt and almost inedible. We left the pintxos almost untouched; they tasted more like curry than anything else, and were quite bland. The Galician-style octopus... nothing special. The Iberian ham toast was very, very good, though. I wouldn't recommend the goat cheese one; they use less ham, and it's not as good, plus the cheese doesn't melt properly. The service is good.

This place has changed a lot. It's not what it used to be. The patatas bravas are more like "al caliu," and sometimes I'd catch something that crunched like sand. The fried eggs leave a lot to be desired, the ham tasteless, and the potatoes were overcooked. We almost left all the tapas. By the way, we saw cockroaches at the beginning of January, although they were small, and they told us they had fumigated. It's hard to believe. I accept octopus as "cuquis," but the quality of the food is not. For the record, I'm from the neighborhood and this isn't my first time here, but I think it will be the last.

Buena atención, para las personas que comen mucho platós con cantidad,.. He ido por un compromiso, pero no quita que hay muchas personas que les gusta. Yo escribo como lo he visto y comido. Por eso recomiendo a las personas con apetito y excelente servicio, atentos y amables...

He ido a las 13h a comer con mi mujer y he pedido 2 bocadillos de jamón y me dicen que a esta hora no sirven bocadillos de jamón. Que cosas. La próxima vez les pediré guisantes con jamón ya que se llama restaurante el jamón.

I used to go more often, but the service leaves much to be desired. They take ages to serve you (especially on the terrace). The last time I was there, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and now they don't allow dogs inside, which they used to. It's a shame that a place that looked promising has gone downhill so much.

Today, November 11, 2022, I tried the seafood platter. The quality, quantity, and price were just right. It was nice not to be oily with garlic and parsley. What I didn't like at all was the young waiter, who was very rude and didn't pay attention to his job. For my salad, he brought me vinegar in bottles and capsules; I had to ask a waitress for the oil. Sparkling water without ice or lemon. He brought the seafood platter without having cleared the empty starters for a long time. He went to another table to serve glasses of cava. I asked for plates so he could serve the seafood platter, which was getting cold, and he almost glared at me, asking me very rudely if I needed anything else. If the same employee has to serve me next time, I'll get up and leave. I don't think I'm the only one complaining about this person. As for the employees, they are very efficient and do their jobs very well.
