Drove through this Arby's this past Sunday. Great service, great food, and they have the three pepper sauce in packets which is a win within itself. Love me some ARBY'S!

Service was very helpful. My children have special dietary needs, although the clerk wasn't 100% on everything. She did well in helping us to know what options we had.

Terrific critical thinking! The person taking our order via drive through just now figured out that I had ordered for kids first, wife second, me third, perhaps from hearing the dialog. She had the foresight to then package my food separately from the wife and kids so that I could keep one bag and pass the other one back. Very surprised and thrilled with the great critical thinking!

This is my go to place to eat. I don't eat bread 🍞 so I get the half pound burgers and it fills me up. I highly recommend! Way better than the other fast food places.

First impression is that it is very clean. The staff does a great job in keeping as clean as possible. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Great place to eat when stopping in Baker.

I had surgery on my Ankle so I'm on crutches. A young man named Alex saw me approaching the door and walked over to open it for me he was very friendly and helped us place our order. Very clean location and food came up fast and hot.

I love this Arby's. I used to go here all the time on my way to Vegas. Because there wasn't any Arby's near us. Now they built a new Arby's a block away so I don't stop by here as much. I do have to mention that this location has the freshest tasting bread of all the Arby's I've visited, which is a plus, because we order the French dip. My favorite Arby's

The food and service here were great. We stopped by while leaving the State line. Only gave it 4 stars on the atmosphere because they AC on very low. It was hot 🔥 in there.

Food was good. The normal and consistent quality one should expect at a fast food place. But the service was above exceptional! Raul was amazing! He has wonderful interpersonal skills! He had great eye contact, spoke clearly, and was helpful. I don't know that I have been that impressed with a fast food worker EVER before!

A friend wanted to stop on the way home from Vegas. Haven't been to an Arby 's in such a long time. Its was actually really good. The seating was much nicer for fast food. But I absolutely love the way they let you pump on your own horseradish sauce and Arby's sauce. It took my sandwich to the next level .

It's an Arby's. Hot and fast. The drive thur person was amazing. I ordered 1 roast beef sandwich. She asked is I wanted 2 for $6. I said no. She kindly asked if I was sure. I said I only wanted 1. She said ok it's $9 and some cents. Of course when I got to the window I said I would like 2 for $6. She smiled and said no problem

This Arby’s is pricy, but we had the best service and best food we have had from an Arby’s in years here today. My wife, my toddler, and my bill came to over $50 but we will likely stop here again when passing through. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

Baker is a great place to stop and Arby's was our choice. It had a clean bathroom and was the perfect place for a quick bit as we kept traveling. We did the turkey club sandwich which was juicy and flavorful along with fries which are crispy and the string style.

I used the drive through windows. My order was taken and delivered quickly. The server was courteous. The food was as good as fast food can be.

Evidently they didn't have what I was craving. Just ok. Great service, clean, not my craving. Not necessarily their problem. More like mine.

Always a great place to stop and grab a slider while going back to Cali or Las Vegas. I don't like roast beef, so if your like me don't care for the roast beef but enjoy a sandwich. The Arby sliders with Turkey, ham, buffalo chicken, and pizza are pretty darn good! They are perfect bite size sandwiches for the long road ahead.

It was good and fresh, fries were fresh, and everything was hot. Drive thru employee was a little rude, but she lives in Baker so I figured that was the reason why.

I tried the roast beef slider this time. It looked good, tasted pretty good, and didn't leave me feeling yuck. This Arby's was the best Arby's food I've tasted in years.

The roast beef and cheddar sandwiches cannot be beat. They were very tasty and well prepared. We also had the mozzarella sticks which were very tasty.

The Super Star burger was very good. The Guacamole Bacon burger was also very good. The restaurant was reasonably clean, however, the trash can was over flowing.

Fast, clean inside, and hot food but took off a star because the staff was really in their own world too busy talking with each other to pay attention. I had to keep repeating myself to girl who took my order.

Not too crazy over their jalapeno poppers... Poppers with cheddar cheese are gold. More flavorful. However, your wrap was delicious, cheese sticks yummy and my hubby loved the float.this sandwich though on this picture 😍❤️😍 you must try

My chicken sandwich was pleasurable to swallow, I will not lie, but the fries leave a bit to be desired. I like my fries SALTY. I want to be DEHYDRATED when I’m done eating fries. If you AGREE with my previous statement, DON’T ORDER THE CRINKLE CUT FRIES. They are HOT AND GOOD but leave a lot to be desired in the seasoning department. They have the meats, but I’ll be DAMNED if they have the seasoning.

The beef and cheddar I ordered was good. The restaurant was a bit chilly inside. My bad for not wearing a jacket i guess. The service was good. Nothing spectacular to warrant five stars but nothing bad either.

Food was pretty good..they have a big menu with lots of delicious choices...the staff were kind and helpful. The dining room needed attention and the restrooms were nasty filthy...there was very little wait even though we arrived at 1230 on Sunday afternoon..we will stop here again

Took longer than expected for someone to respond at the drive thru lane. Once order was placed it was fast and efficient. Employees were kind and made me feel like I picked the right spot to stop for iced tea!

The prices are higher than most fast-food restaurants, but with the exception of the dry bun on my sandwich, the food was good. The facility was clean and comfortable and Daniel did a good job taking and helping us with our order.

For a fast food restaurant. Clean bathrooms, clean and presentable seating. Cushions are old so you sink into the booths, recommend the tables and chairs. Food was hot and fresh, and quick.

On the drive back to LA from Las Vegas and we stopped to eat here in Baker. Over the years of driving to and from Vegas, I have not stopped in Baker very often. The stars aligned and the family and I were hungry when we arrived here. I enjoy Arby's, I don't eat it much because there isn't one really close to where I live. I have to drive at least 15 minutes and with kids that is too long most of the time. I got the standard Beef & Cheddar with regular fries. My wife got hers with the curly fries. The pricing at this one were a bit higher but they kind of have you since the next stop is about 30 minutes away. This is kind of out there so it makes sense. It was a nice place to stop, eat, rest and use the bathroom. The bathroom was ok, it could have been cleaner but wasn't gross.

Service was good food was good. Wanted to dine in but it was way to hot inside the restaurant so my family and I ate in our vehicle with the AC on. Felt bad for employees and customers as it was over 100° degrees outside and it felt hotter inside the restaurant than it did outside. There didn't seem to be any AC in the building. Cal-Osha heat illness prevention program should be implemented for employees working under these conditions.

Baker, CA.. you'll pay $9 for just a basic roast beef sandwich. Everything is so expensive at this location, they get away with it because there isn't much around, 40-70minutes in either direction to the next city/town. We bought dinner for 5 of us and the food tasted stale, buns were dried out, roast beef dry and didn't look like the normal meat that you get at any other Arby's. There's no customer service either!

Yeah it is okay but they are sometimes inconsistent. Sometimes I go in there and the fries and food is hot and fast. Other times the food is kind of cold. Last time I went, for example, I got the wrong sandwich! Didn't notice until almost on the freeway. Had to drive back and then they gave us the right one. But before that, we went through the drive thru and everything is fine. So I don't know it's a 50/50 chance of good service. But you know everyone has their off-days.

So this is only a 3 start as I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a number 6 at the menu and she confirmed the order of a number 6 and was told I would be given the amount at the window. They told me the amount at the window. I paid and got my card, receipt and order handed back all together. I pulled away to find it was a number 1 which aligned with receipt. As it was what I paid for I didn’t want to go back through the line. I will ask them to repeat my order moving forward, so learned my lesson. Out side that, they were a friendly group, food was fresh as heck and pretty good just not what I was in the mood for.

A section of the store was blocked off, but there were no signs to explain the closure. As customers, we did not know and were not approached kindly about being in the area. This is why service was a 3. Food is pricey due to location since this is the Arby's for a long time. Be prepared for paying double the cost in home towns.

At 121° outside, be prepared for a warm restaurant. Bathroom has no air, felt like breathing hot lava. Food prices were more than any Arby's. Taste was consistent with what you would expect.

My husband's chocolate shake was not blended at all.

The food was fine, what you would expect. The price, however, was extreme! Just under $20 for a sandwich, fries, and a med drink...OUCH!!!

Ordered a chocolate shake. The top 3rd was just like a vanilla shake 2-3rd was tan in color and the bottom was pure chocolate syrup.

The service and cleanliness were fine. But the roast beef sandwiches had dry meat on it. We used Arby's sauce to compensate, but it had little flavor. It was hard to tell the Arby's sauce from the ketchup. The crinkled fries were too salty and not very flavorful. We should have done our usual curly fries.

Drive through guy was told 3xs small sizes on my order read back to me as large and i corrected it for 3rd time as a small drink. Still charges and gives me large. Everything else was small in my order and told him 3 times. Clearly doesnt listen. Than gives me 2 classic beef and cheddars instead of 2 doubles which i explained to him. Poor listening skills.

Haven't eaten here in years, not any better than I remembered. I had a salad that was good. My husband got the Arby's Special meal & couldn't even finish it. The staff were nice, the place was clean & cool. Just not for us anymore.

This Arby's did not honor the happy hour pricing. There were no other cars in front of me and the wait time was decent, HOWEVER, the sandwiches I ordered were very sloppily made. The sandwiches also had very little meat compared to other locations.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly, unfortunately they has to be working without AC on a 113 degrees weather, that’s terrible! We stop by and spend there several hours because the traffic on the 15 fwy was so bad due to a accident and the whole time the place was so hot, I can’t even imagine for the employees has to work their entire shifts without AC, that’s unacceptable! Lots of customers walked away because they couldn’t stay inside of the restaurant was so hot, what a shame that in a place that sale food to tired drivers they don’t have AC and even worst that the staff has to work in this conditions inside of a hot kitchen

We ordered 2 of the flagship sandwiches The meat was very dry like it was old. Sauce only a couple of drops at best. Most everything ordered felt and treated old as if it was sitting out on its second day. The eating area smelled like a dirty bathroom. When I used the bathroom I almost passed out. The smell was so horrific. It was so disgusting, holding down food at that point was unthinkable. Did arby's completely give up. I am being very kind. It was a lot worse than how i'm explaining. This isn't s matter of a bad day. This place has been neglected for a very long time and the food matched what you see.

Food was good but they messed up our order and actually seemed to be annoyed and argued with me when I said it wasn't what I ordered. They switched out the food but they had charged us more for the incorrect food than for what I had asked for and once again when I pointed this out I was made to feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing when I was super polite about it. I definitely wouldn't come here again.

11.24 for a beef and cheddar. I can buy 2 for 6:00 at most Arby's. This was way to high priced. 24.22 for two sandwiches. Ugh

Super slow service. We ordered 2 sandwiches. No sides or drinks. We sat in the drive through for 25 minutes! It took forever and we were the only car! $9 and some change for just a classic sandwich (no drink or fries) is ridiculous. Pass up Baker.

Ordered Philly Cheesesreak. Seem like contents was poured in. Hardly any prime rib slices. Was meat sliced? Doubt it? Curly fries came from bottom of bag. All were short and non curly. DISSAPOINTED.

Bun on beef n cheddar was flavorless and dry and the beef barly warm and was folded weird, I asked for a new one it was no problem it was about the same but warmer.

Why is it when you are trying to order the person on the other end is already trying to repeat it back to you. So that when one reaches the window they have miss parts of your order. So you are a bit busy. Not crowd. Slow down, don't rush the order stage of this transaction. Its the food delivery that is timed not the order taking.

The food and service were fine, but this was the most disgusting Arby's I've ever visited. The bathrooms were so dirty and run down that I walked out and found somewhere else. Will be making sure to steer clear of this one in the future.

Horrendous food. Fried chicken sandwich burned to a crisp and actually sold to us. We got a refund and left. You are better off going to the Alien Jerky store and buy jerky instead.

The food was just okay at best as it was barely room temperature and FAR from hot. We we're overcharged. We ordered the meal and were charged the higher prices for the individual items. When we pointed this out the girl was extremely rude stating that's just the way they do it at that store and refused to look at the math we were trying to show her. Rather than fight a losing battle with her we chose to leave and post the issue HERE for the world to read! The bathrooms were not clean but smelled worse than they looked! It's been over a year since we tried this location due to two previous bad experiences and now we can say those past bad experiences were NOT isolated incidents but rather the culture and standard operating environment for this location that will NEVER get a penny from us in the future!!

This might actually be the WORST Arby's on the planet. We got there 30 minutes before they were suppose to close and they acted like they were doing us a favor. We were told we couldn't have anything out of the fryer because they were already cleaning it. The sandwiches were cold and I literally threw everything away in the trash can out front. $19 down the drain. Never again.

In my 35 years of Arby's connoisseuring, I've never been more dissapointed. My fries were HOT! Now ordinarily, I would be pleased, but these fries were so hot that my sun got burns on his arm and upper lip! To make matters worse, the sandwhiches were room temperature which was a bit underwhelming, and overall my heart just breaks for this location. You guys can do it, Jimbo and I believe in you!

One of the worst Arby’s we’ve been to, I would avoid it. I love Arby’s but this was disappointing. We got a buffalo chicken sandwich and the meat on it was about half the size of the bun, and then was just covered and slathered in bbq sauce, not enough food. We also got a chicken cordon bleu that was more like a ham sandwich with a tiny bit of chicken.. anyways, the food was just a waste of money. Won’t go here again. Oh and the bathrooms were atrocious.

Ordered a gyro at their drive thru today, again their pita bread was hard like rock. It was the same experience before and the first time i thought i was just unlucky. I believe they do have a problem with their buns/pitas there and their management should definitely take a look and do something about it.

Went in for the 2 for 6 dollar deal. Mozzarella sticks were good but my original roast beef was cold, bun was definitely old and hard and there was a nice long hair that came out on my first bite. Fed the roast beef to my cat. Good thing it was only 6 dollars

The food was over priced it was something like $85 for 4 people and we each got a combo, to get fries and a drink. The men's bathroom had just one toilet and no urinal, though it looked like there used to be one, at least there was a lock on the stall. The eating area was hot, not as hot as outside but at least outside the air was moving. There was a table that had broken seats which was blocked off and a section blocked off because it looked like the ceiling had a leak but then one of the customers moved the chairs that were blocking the area back to the usable table that were missing chairs, and since there was no sign as to why the chairs were there they assumed some child was just playing a game with them.

Didn’t even bother eating there. 1 sandwich no meal is $15…. I visited Arby’s in the mid west and it’s triple the price. I get wages in California are higher but my god… yall need a reality check
