Want to give a shoutout to store member Marissa who provided us amazing service. My boyfriend and I came in with a big lunch order for my family and Marissa took care of our order. She was very nice, organized, and ontop of it all. The restaurant it self was very clean and well stocked.

I really enjoy going to this location, the customer service is amazing. The employees there are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Jorge is my favorite employee there! He has excellent customer service. I just loves the way that he makes my sandwiches. Seems like he makes the sandwiches with love. I always appreciate it when he’s able to make my order.

I really enjoy going to this location, the customer service is amazing. The employees there are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Jorge is my favorite employee there! He has excellent customer service. I just loves the way that he makes my sandwiches. Seems like he makes the sandwiches with love. I always appreciate it when he’s able to make my order.

3.5 experience. They packed it kind of light on the veggies, they didnt add that white paper to the sandwich. You know how it's subway paper, white paper, then the sandwich. It was just subway paper and sandwich. So that paper was cut through, which kind of made a mess with the sauces from the sandwich. Staff was ok, weren't mean but weren't exactly welcoming, which is fine by me. They were moderately quick. Lady added the right amount of meat to the spicy Italian. I've been done dirty with 8 salami and 8 peps in the past, but she did 10 and 10 as per subway standards. Other than that, I'd go there again.
Has anyone ever made the ultimate Subway sandwich? It would be like ten orders of meat-and-cheese, with layer upon layer of vegetable array, doused in mayonnaise and oil, maybe toss in a cookie to sweeten the deal. Now that I’m writing this, maybe I’ll do just that for dinner.

She often treats customers and employees alike with hostile and harsh beratement. Octavio was very kind and helped me with my order while being patient and I highly recommend that if you see him working, to have him make your sandwich. Silvina is a kind old lady, albeit she seems more work than friendly, but she makes the sandwiches you ask for without question. They overwork their employees without any breaks to even sit down besides their lunch, even if the restaurant is clean and there are no customers, as the last time I visited I saw an employee about to collapse from exhaustion. I frequent this location often and if you look further down on the reviews, these are all issues that have been reoccurring for over a year without any improvement. The owner, Godrej, needs to focus on giving proper treatment to customers and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, rather than a building that says "Take your sandwich and get out of our faces." 2/5 stars because the sandwiches are often fine, but the customer service is God awful.

I placed an order online after work and when I arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have it ready and said it wasn’t in the system. I had the confirmation page pulled up on the website showing that it should have been ready and that I paid. The employee refused to look at it and told me that I could order another one but I would have to pay. She told me to cancel the order even though there was no way for me to do so since it was already paid for. I asked for it to be honored and she refused. I asked for her to ask a supervisor so she called “the owner” who told me I needed to buy another sandwich. He would not take the order number and told me that my bank probably cancelled it. I checked my bank statement and the charge was there and not cancelled. They are literally stealing from customers.
Subway was my favorite place. I love the pastrami sandwiches. I paid too much and it only has a lil bit of pastrami.. last time I eat there. Great customer service tho. Is just the fact that the sandwiches have a lil bit of meat.

My entire order was incorrect, when calling the store, the lousy manager, Stephanie, was rude and patronizing to us They refused to reimburse me or redo my order even after they touched the sandwiches. Stephanie bailed out before we arrived and ensured that we would not receive our refund prior to our arrival to the store. The manager, Stephanie, has no customer service in her bloodstream and her smooth brain needs to be retrained to the standards of a subway manager, seriously, how could you mess that up?
I can’t believe that they messed my order up, microwaved my sandwich even though I ordered toasted. This caused my food to harden, I am disappointed and disgusted. Please have more trained staff!
I went to order a sandwich a few days ago. I witnessed this employee by the name of Salvina yelling at another employee for simply making a small, fixable mistake. Her attitude and output was disturbing for a any workers to portray. I ended walking out without ordering because of how rude she was. Not returning to this store in the near future if thats how their employees treat others.
My husband and I came late on a Saturday night and our service was awful. There was a guy with blonde hair and our veggies were falling out of our sandwiches onto the counter and he stuffed them back into the sandwiches. We got home and our subs were a mess, with everything coming out! Never going back to this place!

I placed the order at 11:19 a.m, only to realize five minutes later that I placed the order at the wrong Subway (there’s one closer to my job). I call at 11:25 am to see if I can cancel my order and the girl I spoke to said no because the order was already made. Mind you, online it said “Received”, not “Building or Ready”which is why I thought I would be able to cancel it. Since I was unable to cancel I head out to pick it up. I drive back to my job and realize that they did not add all the toppings. I call back and speak to the manager Stephanie, she confirmed that my order was missing toppings and offered to remake my sandwich. However, I explained to her that I am short on time and would not be able to go back. The manager should have offered me a refund, since it was their mistake or offer to give me a sandwich another day. I would have gladly went back if I wasn’t short on. Effective problem solving is crucial to any business, and this manager showed her inability to do so. The owners of the business should consider providing additional training to ensure customer satisfaction.
I went to the Baldwin Park Subway today. When I entered they asked if I was going to be using a coupon for a pastrami sandwich. They then proceeded to tell me that the coupon that I had is invalid and cannot be used for that one. I then asked him how long has this been going on and she told me 2 weeks. I asked her if this has been put on the website so people can see it and don't drive a long distance to come here just to find out the coupons they're going to use are invalid on certain sandwiches. She replied no it's not on the website the only way to find out is when you come in. I then proceeded to order a different kind of sandwich and they told me my coupon will not cover it I will have to pay another additional three to four dollars just to get that sandwich and that the coupon that I was going to use is only good for the Subway sandwiches that are the cheap ones like tuna ham Etc. This is one that I will not going back to anytime soon because the last time I ate there my sandwich was hard as a rock and the food wasn't all that great and the condiments tasted like they've been sitting here in a freezer for years.

I had order a tuna sub yesterday and didn't finish it so I had the rest of it today and I bit into a really hard part and at first I thought it was some type of fish bone but then I cleaned it up a bit and noticed it was THE PART OF AN EARRING! The quality of service is NOT what it used to be
They purposely don't allow the 2 footlongs for 1299 on the app #hardpass FT1299 should be accepted in all subways
My experience today was extremely disappointing. I visited the store with my husband and our 9-month-old, specifically looking forward to enjoying the cheesy garlic steak sandwich we've had before at another Subway location. Unfortunately, the service we received from Stephanie was unacceptable from the start. She seemed uninterested in helping us and displayed a poor attitude throughout our interaction. I asked for specific instructions on how I wanted my sandwich prepared and requested to see it before it went into the toaster. Stephanie ignored my request and put it in the toaster without showing me. The sandwich ended up being extremely dry, with barely any cheese visible—just a lot of meat. When I tried the sandwich, it was not to our satisfaction, so I politely asked for a side of warmed-up cheese to fix the issue. Stephanie refused, stating that the cheese is supposed to be served cold. After some back and forth, I asked if she could remake the sandwiches, but she bluntly refused, saying, "NO, I'M NOT GOING TO REMAKE THEM. THEY WERE MADE CORRECTLY, AND ALL I CAN DO IS GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK." I was shocked by her response and the lack of willingness to resolve the situation. Even other customers seemed surprised by her attitude. This experience has left us with a bad impression of Subway, and we will not be returning to this location. I would appreciate it if management or her district manager, Hector, could reach out to me to address this issue. If not, I will continue to pursue this matter until I speak with someone who can make it right. Stephanie's attitude was unacceptable, and it ruined what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal with my family.
