A wide assortment of donuts are available. The service is satisfactory, and the establishment is well-maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The gentleman that works there at night is very polite and made our sandwiches just right. If I ever go back to this location I will ask for the same kind of sandwich. It was a ham and swiss cheese, so delicious.

Donuts are always good here, and the staff is awesome. I feel like a regular these days. All donut shops generally have the same feel. It's the staff that makes places stand out, and this one does.

Great spot, Family owned and operated, worth the try if you’re ever in the Baldwin Park Area. 24/7 is a huge convenience for anyone needing great food at any given time.

Been coming here for almost 30 years. Who remembers the Spanish dudes who would post up here late at night lol Or the one dude who would work alone those late night hours. Always felt like other Yum Yums were inferior

I love the variety of donuts and Mexican sweet bread at this location. And the ladies that work there are so Pleasant and friendly. Next time I want to try the breakfast burritos!

Ive been here 2 times and Vianney,and donald have been in the shop they both have one of the best attitudes ever there always in a great mood, really good customer skills and relly polite, coffee is great and you should try the breakfast bagels, yummy thanks guy's I will be back. Highly recommended! :-D

Last minute got me a ham and cheese Chrysant and it was the best 2 types of cheese and the ham looks like it's smoked really good so good I'm writing this review something I never do so I recommend this place

I ordered through grubhub and the ladies that helped me told me they didn't get the order, but they still made it for me even though they didn't get anything. They were super nice to the other customers as well and just for that I'd recommend this place.

Been coming here 3 times a week during my routine cycling out into Santa Fe dam,, I usually get either a blueberry muffin or bran muffin or a pumpkin empanada,, I always ask them to cut my muffin in half and They always ask me if I want my yummy 🤤 warmed up .. very clean establishment with great customer service with a variety of drinks, coffee, donuts , breakfast bagel sandwiches and other goodies to start your morning off to a great start..

I've been here several times already and each time I have gone It has been a good experience. The staff is polite and you can tell they're in a hurry to make sure your order is ready to go. I can't tell you how the coffee is since I don't drink it myself. but I will say the donuts are fresh and delicious As well as several of their hot food items That I have tried. The only downside is that If you drive a large vehicle such as a large work truck parking can be difficult Depending on the time of day you go.

I would definitely recommend this place is not all the cream but the flavor of their bakery and donuts are just perfect coffee it’s always the right flavor plus the crew is really cool ladies and guys try to do the best for you trying to be fast I personally like it whenever I get a chance I stop and get me some Chapin bakery definitely recommend it. It’s a clean place very nice management. I actually I’ll stop by tomorrow. I feel like eating that

Only don't shop I know that has Guatemalan quesadilla. Service is always friendly.

I go late at night and the 2 guys that work that shift are very cool good customer service . you can see them make doughnuts fresh I like the place a lot . go there for your next cravings of doughnuts.

I usually stop in on the weekend for their breakfast special that has a bagel sandwich, donut, and a coffee. The sandwiches are good and the staff is always very friendly and quick considering it's always busy.

They have added a new variety of breads and other things, which is excellent

Chain donut shop. Donuts were excellent, bear claw was great, drinks were disappointing. My daughter says the donuts should be eaten two at a time! Staff was very friendly although it was busy, even at 9pm. At this level of donuts, I would go to Dunkin for drinks and here for donuts.

Guy wouldn't speak up my wife and I both had problems hearing him. It was as if we were bothering him asking about certain options what was in them. However once a female he obviously knew he peppers up abd started speaking to her at twice the volume so you could easily hear. Overall it was ok but nothing special would go to a different one given the choice.

Every server is helpful, respectful, friendly, and are always in a great mood! The reason I give it 3 ⭐'s rating is due to the high prices. A medium coffee and a donut, will set you back $8 then add 1 or 2 dollars tip... Makes it a cool $10 daily, and stiff $70 per week! That is a bit much (in my opinion). Thank you

Customer service has gone down, and donuts have started to taste old. I used to like coming here but last 2 visits haven't been that great.

Horrible wait time and service. They have two people working on one person dozen donuts and coffee. They are taking forever, am already waiting for more than 5 minutes. Some else comes in and they attend this person right away even though that person is not in line. I mention how I was next and the lady walks away to not attend me. It wasn’t until the other worker who was taking forever, that finally attends me.

Bad service and inconsiderate. The sales lady said there’s no public restroom when I asked because I needed to urinate badly. But I was a customer, I was not from the street. If there is a rule, there’s always an exception. If I get sick I’ll be able to complain about them.
