Best Chinese food I have had in my life it’s always hard finding good Chinese food that’s actually good and this one has tasted the best and everything has been cooked perfectly

Food is consistently tasty and always ready quickly. The vegetable egg rolls have a thin coating and are crispy; my favorite.

UPDATE: I continue to order from New China regularly, at least once a month or so. The Beyond Menu app works the best for ordering online. The food is always good and fast. My kids now refuse to eat steamed dumplings from pretty much anywhere else! ORIGINAL REVIEW: First time ordering. Online system gave me some trouble but finally worked in Firefox. Food was good for the price and delivered very fast. No duds out of everything we ordered. Overall excellent for takeout-style Chinese food - we will definitely order again.

They have the best tasting Chinese food in the area. I live an hour away, and any time we are close to Ballston Spa, we grab takeout. Great portions, terrific taste.

I work hard for my money. And they have exceeded my Expectations. My mom used to order form her. And being her son I also order from her as well. Thanks to the owner who’s always hospitable and I’d recommend this establishment anytime you need comforting Chinese food. They are an American Chinese place of business. 👍🏻

I have been getting take out from New China for over 30 years now. I have never once been dissatisfied with anything I got. They have been consistently creating authentic, delicious, and fresh Chinese food. No matter where I travel, I always look for a good Chinese restaurant and have never found one I like better than New China!!!

We will not get Chinese Food anywhere else !!!! We live over 25 miles from here ~ it’s the only place we order from. Lunch portions are ginormous!! The best !!! I’ll include photos ~ we are on our way there not 👍🏻

This is the first Chinese restaurant that has ever cooked something the way that I asked! When I finally got home and was able to eat, it was the best Chinese food I have ever had! Most of the time when you get chicken whether it be sweet and sour or sesame chicken, you usually get pieces that are way overcooked, dried out, or just hard! Not here! Their food was so good! It was not extremely salty like some Chinese food is! They make the perfect food! I will definitely go there again, and I would definitely recommend it! I give them 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😁

After seeing that my favorite Chinese food restaurant was no longer on DoorDash, I ordered from here to try them out since they were new. I got a sweet and sour chicken lunch special with wanton soup, general tso chicken lunch special with an eggroll, and an order of crab rangoon. The soup was pretty good with nice flavors in the broth. The wanton was tasty as well. The eggroll was giant and fried nicely. I'm not a huge fan of the rice but I've had worse. The piece of sweet and sour chicken I had was crispy and the sauce wasn't overly sweet. General Tso chicken was soggy and had a flavor that I haven't tasted in General Tso before. That's not 100% a bad thing, just not what I was expecting. I probably won't order it again. The food is absolutely worth 4 stars for the price point. My overall price (before DoorDash fees) was around $17. The portions were generous and pretty cheap for two meals with soup, egg roll, and crab rangoons.

The food we ordered was great.We had chicken and broccoli & Moo Shu chicken .The only complaint I had was the Moo Shu pancakes were extremely thin and feel apart (the pancakes seemed to be commercially made.) otherwise it was good.Will definitely comeback…

My friend and I both got General Tso's chicken. It was pretty good, though I did notice that mine seemed to have less sauce than my friend did, and it ended up being a bit bland. The chicken was not spicy in the slightest, unfortunately, though it was very tasty. The rice, while not bad, was a bit on the dry side. The spring roll I got was delicious, no issues there. Overall, pretty decent food.

3 stars awarded for low price, hot prep, and offering delivery. Stars off for lack of in house preparation or spicy mustard. (Do not eat the yellow packet stuff, ever) most of my chicken was thigh meat, not bad but there are more levels of better than worse.

The food is average, and not worth how much their prices have increased since I started eating there. I like that it's within walking distance for me...but that's about it. The location is good.

Spring roll were inedible. Must have been microwaved..outside doughy and rubbery and inside vegetables rubbery.my vegetable lomein had 4 snow peas a few bites of shredded cabbage and some shredded carrots no broccoli at all. My husbands review of shrimp fried rice was not much better. We will not order again.

The worst Chinese spot In the 518. Egg rolls tasting like they're sprinkled with cinnamon. General tsao is slimy and not even remotely spicy. Go anywhere else before you go here.

I live less than a mile from New China, and I drive to Malta or Milton for Chinese take out. We have found staples, hair, pieces of food packaging, cellophane, and plastic in our food over the last three years. They have also been very strange with processing credit cards. They habitually claim the card won’t work, or become incapable of taking down the card information when requesting delivery, and then they demand cash.

VERY greasy. Chicken was gross and dark. The delivery over charged me (my fault for not calling him out). Then he tried to short me on my change. TERRIBLE! Go somewhere else

Food was terrible, gave me severe stomach ache, also didn't taste good, was bland and they charge extra processing fee online, definitely not worth it and we won't be returning

Being new to the area, we were excited to try this place, we were greatly disappointed. Food was very bland - literally had zero flavor, items missing from order (we ordered take out), our bill was $45 and I tipped 20% on top of that, so the missing items and sub par food was pretty insures that it's highly doubtful that we will return for a second visit.

It was the worse Chinese food ever we got shrimp fried rice , it was days old , dry, hard I even tried to doctor it up and add eggs still horrible they gave me this tiny weeny spring roll when I asked for egg roll the worst! The other people praising this place must not have good tastebuds

Don’t do it. It was the undercooked sesame chicken for me. Pepper steak was squishy. Crab Rangoons had a strange taste and the hot and sour soup had little to no flavor. Everything was bland. Lost my appetite entirely. Wouldn’t let my kids eat it. Complete waste of money. I don’t understand how this place has great reviews.

The nastiest Chinese I’ve ever had. Ordered FRIED chicken wings and they were boiled. I almost threw up. Called him to let him know and he hung up on me. You should never be offended by someone letting you know their experience. You should want to fix it and take heed. I can tell y’all are accustomed to ppl w/ no taste buds. Telling me “I’ve been here for 30yrs” well they should close y’all down. No worries. I’ll never go back and please don’t waste y’all money 🤢🤮

I think it was rotten. Im not even going to eat this garbage.. sucks too cus im starving. Thanks for ripping me off. You should get a new cook and give me my money back

We were so disappointed and ended up throwing more than half the food away. It was awful. Zero flavor for the fried rice, eggs rolls and vegetables. The ribs were dry with very little flavor. We also were charged a service fee unbeknownst to us until I read the receipt at home, not even sure what that was for ordering on-line or the credit card perhaps.

Ordered for the first time I ordered crab rangoon and a sesame chicken combo. Crab rangoons weren't bad but the sesame chicken was the worst I've ever had the chicken was brown with no flavor mushy absolutely sketchy. Won't be back
