A restaurant with well-prepared Piedmontese cuisine, it's like eating your mother's food. It was a set menu dinner; the Fassona beef tartare and the roast beef with pine nuts were excellent. We'll be back to try other dishes. The owner and staff are friendly and quick.

This is a place I use for lunch when I'm working in the surrounding towns. It's always crowded, so reservations make things easier, but they've always found me a spot even without advance notice. The full menu is €11 excluding drinks, the food is plentiful, and the quality is acceptable. Parking isn't particularly inconvenient either, as it's usually easy to find right in front of the restaurant. The service is quick; you can eat in less than half an hour.

We booked a table indoors for 12.30, as it is 30 degrees outdoors this time of the year and we are non smokers, and we were given a table outdoors instead! the outdoors tables were on a busy road so very noisy and were full of smokers! service was very slow and sloppy. No attention to the customer from the staff, who did notice we were waiting too long for our food, but did not bother apologizing or taking any action until solicited. No good, especially for a trattoria, well known for serving hearthy lunches at a fast pace for workers coming and going during their tight lunch break. waited 15 min before they even came around to take our order, pasta arrived 30 min later and main course 1 hour later, only after complaining with the waitress that people arrived 50 min after us got their food before us! pasta and ravioli were ok but late. rabbit Ligurian style was a big disappointment: should be soft and full of flavour after stewing in herbs, garlic, pine nuts and olives. It was dry like cardboard, no signs of olives, 2 pinenuts, no taste at all and the size portion ridiculously small...we are speaking of a trattoria not of a Michelin star restaurant! My Mom got only bones, no meat, as she received only a piece of the neck! roasted carrots were decent. We were charged 12 eur each. fix menu included pasta, main and vegs, but we really only got the pasta....main and veg were inexistent. Sorry but bad experience, I do not recommend this place.
