I'm giving this review because of the shift manager Martin he is great. He always have a good attitude even when he's running two or three stations when people call in sick he always have a great attitude he should be the manager or get a raise.

The quality of food at Carl's Jr. is consistently good. When you ask for extra crispy zucchini, it's perfect. My rating is based on, what seems to be, a policy of 'parking' customers. They ask you to go park elsewhere and promise to bring your food out to you. That's a 'no' for me.

Cashier and cook needs communication every time I order I said easy mayo and they do the contrary expensive mayo I have to take half of the lettuce and only comes with 2 small pieces I have to use some Fry's to take some mayo off not nice.

Doesn't look the cleanest so we went someplace else.

I order a Double Western Burger on sourdough Bread on the drive thru, got home and it was a single Burger, i drove back 8 mins and talk to Adrian about it, he needs more training on how to be serious about his job role, he was giggling as he ask the cook to make my double, if he would've offer me maybe some free crisp cut fries i would've forgave him, the Burger was Fire as usual but this guys service was a joke, and y'all want to get paid $$$ can even get a Double Wester on sourdough correct, Order# 287175, Cashier Yesenia, 11/2/2023 @ 5:55:29 p.m. , please Train him, he needs it.
