My favorite on the go meal. I get the Waba bowl, which comes with chicken and steak, and add veges. In a bowl with rice. The sauce they use is seasoned well. It tastes like a home cooked meal.

I see many bad reviews of this location and although it is concerning, I have never had a problem here. I've eaten here once every few weeks for around 2 years and never once had a problem. If anything, I think that they are a little stingy with the waba sauce but I get that every business is trying to reduce needless waste or costs. Everything here is great for me.

The woman at the counter was really nice, patient and explained everything very well. It's my first impression of this place. I was pleased that I was not rushed as I looked over the menu. The food was prepared well. The chicken bowl was good. Chicken had great grill marks. Veg had a nice bite. Rice was well cooked. I was given the option of white or brown rice. Chicken taco was really good. Dumplings were just ok. Horchata was very sweet but the flavor was ok. Not authentic but still pretty good. The atmosphere is simple but clean. Concrete floors, simple chairs and tables. Nice music.

I am sorry that I didn't get the young ladies name, but it was Sunday a bit after 11:00 am. She has a piercing in her bottom lip, if that helps. Best fast food service that I have had in the last 5 years. So kind, sweet, helpful, did I mention the best !!! Food was good too Best Waba grill that I have been to; first time here. Thank you again. My wife agrees with me too.

I got the jumbo shrimp and it was a little on the front side. It was okay. The rice should have had a tiny bit more sauce but overall it was very good. I probably won't get the same thing again

I would love to give the this place plus 10 rating but I find the location not an ideal one It is in a corner where you could park very far and it has a smell that I am not liking it . Don’t get me wrong the food and the service is high quality and amazingly tasty.

love the food and price but the lady who i’m assuming is the manager is rude and always on her phone. the girls at the register are always super nice and friendly. the music is also way too loud in there it’s so hard to order. i also stood at the counter patiently just to get a lid and they never once came to ask we what i needed. after 10 minutes i had to go get back in line and wait just for a lid

Food was good and it's best for take out. The tables were not clean, plastic utensils scarce, overall all the restaurant looked messy. None of this would prevent me from returning but maybe take out next time.

The service was good, however the chicken was dry and rubbery.. maybe its just slow with things opening back up cause I don't remember it this way in the past.. kinda disappointed when you purchased 3 bowls..

I came in around 7:30 PM last night and tried to order shrimp. The employee told me to wait while she checked with another worker who was cleaning the stove. She came back and said I could order it, but her attitude felt irritated. We then tried to order two orders of dumpling la and were told we could only have one because they were running out. After that, we were told we had to order our food to go and were not allowed to eat inside, even though there were still about 30 minutes left until closing. I don’t understand why dine-in was refused when there was still plenty of time to eat and clean up. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unwelcoming.

Sorry. Nothing good to say about this restaurant. Had been to the one in Redlands several times and expected the same from this one. Have tried it 3 times and find the place very unclean. Ist time the condiment bar was very bad and the floor below that section was even messier. Several employees were behind the counter chatting away but never came to clean it. 2nd visit there was water spilled all over the floor. I am legally blind and my driver uses a case. Told an employee about the water and she said she was on a break. Told another employee about it and he put up a yellow cone but still didn't mop up the water. 3rd and last time the condiment section was even more sticky and messy with trash all over the floor. Guess there won't be a 4th time.

The Vegan steak option is pretty good, but it's immposible to get more than 2-3 packets of waba sauce no matter how much food you order. Not sure what's in the sauce but they keep it locked up tighter than Fort Knox.

Went there last night and made our order at 8 p.m. and the lady said we had to make our order to go since they are closing at 8:30. People came in after us and were sitting down to eat with nothing said to them. We felt the lady was rude and did not want to stay. This place needs to brush up on customer service.

Then they did the same thing to me and my sister! We ordered chicken bowls, a side of value veggies, and kimchi. Got the kimchi, got the side veggies, and yes the bowls but guess what? NO VEGGIES IN THE BOWL! And the reason I know why they did that on purpose is because when we had also asked for the side veggies, the girl with the AirPod in her ear at the register went to go look at the veggies to see if they had enough and then added it to our order. IF THE CUSTOMER ORDERS IT , YOU COOK IT. Point blank period. ITS YOUR JOB. So she INTENTIONALLY did not put veggies in our ACTUAL CHICKEN N VEGGIE BOWLS. And only the side veggies! That’s messed up! We PAID! I would like the manager or owner to reach me through Gmail as soon as possible! Ive been a manager for lots of young careless employees and helped teach em to be actual great people and employees, maybe me and the owner/manager can email back and forth on how they can better their employees and the store. You guys can be better than this.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First of all, I asked for a small order of brown rice and they charged me for a big one. Not just that, the rice was HARD! My daughter said it was too hard I tried it and indeed. I told them nicely and the RUDE Asian lady in the back said well next time just order white rice! As the other young lady was serving me white rice the Asian lady was next to her the whole time whispering something!!!! RUDE! RUDE!! RUDE!!!! Acts like she's the owner of the place when in Realty hun you're just an EMPLOYEE!

Bad service, lazy! Came in a half hour before closing, still had 18mins left when I got my plate, and asked if I could have a seat and eat since they aren't closed. Was told sternly "no" "walk in only" finished my meal in my car and came back in to throw away my trash and get the napkins I still needed. Lame! Horrible service. The young lady at the register has no idea what she is doing. Picked up the phone in the middle of me ordering. She did the same to my mom behind me. Can not multitask at all. Ordered a salmon bowl. The salmon was burnt and the smallest piece of salmon I have ever received. My moms steak was very blahhh. I will not be coming to this location again. I’ll stick to the one in yucaipa.

Worst costumer service ever!! The lady at the register wouldn’t stop staring at my son. Her name is Bella and she yelled at him for accidentally taking a cup without paying. I didnt even know he had a cup and she didn’t even tell him to pay for it until after he poured the drink. If she asked nicely, everything would’ve been good.

I used to be a huge fan, dining on our regular order a few times a month since they opened... Last week, however, forever changed my opinion. The "manager" refused to fulfill my order. I requested that they not put the tofu on the grill...my son is on chemotherapy and the texture of foods often times is the factor that determines whether or not he can eat. She flat out refused, loudly, no less, drawing attention and stares from the other patrons. I left...empty handed, hungry son, feeling embarrassed and defeated... I would love to hear from the franchise owner. (Don't worry, as a consolation, the kid got some yummy ice cream from Baskin Robbins right next door.)

Order extra salmon gave me 1 and a half salmon, we ask for white rice but gave us brown rice. Called them and let them know what happened and manager that pretend a manager ask me what do I want. After telling him what's wrong with my order he told me what I want. Find out he's not the manager cause the manager doesn't speak English which I'm ok with.

My husband and I came here often because this location always in our opinion, gave a fair amount of veggies and protein. This time however our orders looked off . I’m not sure if they changed chef or not but our bowls literally only had 3 pieces of broccoli each , barely any cabbage, and something was off about the flavor. About 2 hours after we finished eating it I immediately began to have a massive stomach ache and proceeded to throw up for the next hour . My husband went down too with constant trips to the bathrooms. Definitely won’t be going back here again

I ordered my food on line and made a mistake and added rice. So when I got there I spoke with a Ellen who said she was the manager, told her I needed to make a change that I do not want rice all vegetables! She got so mad and was throwing things , the rice back into rice container, slamming the lid, had no customer service at all!!! She was flat out rude and should go to school and learn to be polite and respectful to people!!

Dumplings are inconsistent here. That's all I ever get. A quick little snack before work or after and it's been good lately until the last two times I've gone. Not sure if it's a new person on the grill or just being lazy but as you see in the pictures it's pretty bad. The dumplings sometimes have little pieces of char on them I usually just flick off which is fine. Lately they've been consistent and clean and no need to. But the last two times I've gone they were pretty bad. Like bad bad. Just after 2020 covid it was always bad but since have fixed the issue until recently again. Here I'll show you. As you see in the picture it looks like they were not on a clean grill and just dumped on the grill with old crusty crumbs still on it. Lots of burnt bits on the dumplings and to top it off a big Ole piece of burnt something was picked up from probably in a crevice of the grill where nothing gets cleaned and placed in the container for extra flavoring lol. Why do that? Just clean the grill and stop being lazy. Update. 01/12/25 guy just looked at me as I walked in and then went to the back. Didn't say I'll be right with you or anything. Waited at register for a little bit then walked out. This place really is worse than I thought. That's wild.

This place does not give you what you pay for. I had ordered a spicy salad that comes with edamame. I had let the employee know that it was not in the salad. I showed the employee where it says it is included in the salad on their menu and she said I would have to pay for it if I wanted it even though I had purchased the salad that included it. Clearly the employee is misinformed or was told not to include the item. Either way... Bad customer service. And she said they have never include it. Stealing from your customer is not a good business decision.

Wouldn’t let me and my service dog inside. Asking for his id. Legally you don’t have to show an id, the only question people are allowed to ask is, is your dog a service animal, and what task does your dog perform. Do better people common.

I hate to leave a bad rating for one of my favorite places to eat but this particular restaurant has such horrible service. We ordered two entrées, side of ribs and two mini bowls to go and when we got home, one of the mini bowls was missing along with the ribs. when we return to get what we paid for we had a lot of bad attitude from the staff. The cook said in Spanish to the other staff "why I are they coming back for something so stupid why didn't they say something here tell her it's going to be a long time". Very disappointed in the way that they handled the whole thing. We ended up waiting over 45m for them to correct the order... meanwhile we were watching the cook juggling mopping the floors and cutting up chicken with her bare hands. This is so hazardous and unhygienic. The whole place is filthy and sticky. I'm definitely not coming back to this branch!!

The cashier was super rude, the place was full, and she was rude to everybody, until a customer yelled at her and put her in her place. The food it’s good but if you have an employee that gives that kind of customer service to your customers . Honestly no one will come back even if the food it’s good. The location it’s perfect, but the cashier makes a bad energy to this place. I recommend to the owner , to remove that person and hire a person who respect customers and give friendly service. You should check the Camera to see her customer service. Horrible service, she contaminate the environment. Thank you to the customer who yelled at her. She deserved the same treatment as she treats customers. I hope she learn something today. Karma exist!

I arrive at 11am with my disabled client. She can't walk without help, can barely see. My client is merely asking prices if she added protein, etc and the girl would just raise her hand to the menu. If my client could see well, she wouldn't need to ask. Plus she needed to know with the added protein and drink. The lady continually, pointed to the menu. If you don't want to work, don't. It was opening, you can't be flustered or tired already. So ugly what this world is coming to.

I order three times through delivery . The first order was steak and chicken and veggies bowl they only send meat and chicken and rice. The second order was steak and chicken with extra steak and chicken, extra veggies, jalapeño and carrots. I paid extra for steak and chicken and extra veggies I didn't receive extra veggies or extra chicken .they replace it with chicken and steak .

Very disappointed in the way that they handled the whole thing. We ended up waiting over 45m for them to correct the order... meanwhile we were watching the cook juggling mopping the floors and cutting up chicken with her bare hands. This is so hazardous and unhygienic. The whole place is filthy and sticky. I'm definitely not coming back to this branch!!

I arrive at 11am with my disabled client. She can't walk without help, can barely see. My client is merely asking prices if she added protein, etc and the girl would just raise her hand to the menu. If my client could see well, she wouldn't need to ask. Plus she needed to know with the added protein and drink. The lady continually, pointed to the menu. If you don't want to work, don't. It was opening, you can't be flustered or tired already. So ugly what this world is coming to.

The cashier was super rude, the place was full, and she was rude to everybody, until a customer yelled at her and put her in her place. The food it’s good but if you have an employee that gives that kind of customer service to your customers . Honestly no one will come back even if the food it’s good. The location it’s perfect, but the cashier makes a bad energy to this place. I recommend to the owner , to remove that person and hire a person who respect customers and give friendly service. You should check the Camera to see her customer service. Horrible service, she contaminate the environment. Thank you to the customer who yelled at her. She deserved the same treatment as she treats customers. I hope she learn something today. Karma exist!
