Great coffee, great service. Plenty of seating for both small and large groups. Not too noisy, soft music in the background. Two outlets for devices. Plenty of seating to get work done. There are a couple of tables outside as well. There’s also counter seating and plenty of parking in the free parking lot.

Great coffee! I love love love that they automatically do pour overs. It is honestly my favorite way of making (extracting) a cup of coffee. Their beans are fresh and delicious. High quality! I walked out with a shirt and a bag of beans. I also enjoyed their unique take on the coffe lids. Nice touch. Innovative! The staff was also a joy. Recommend you try this coffee house if you haven't. If you already do, then cheers! Plenty of parking in the plaza. Seating inside and outside.

Cute, clean coffee shop with great customer service and fabulous coffee! Got a couple lattes, one with Pumpkin, two w/Carmel, and a cold brew and everyone loved their drinks. Would definitely recommend them!

Great coffee! The coffee has always been on point when I go here. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They don't have alot of outlets. So make sure you juice up prior to your visit, or bring a portable charger. The scervice is amazing! Look out for the specialty drinks that they have from time to time. They are bomb!

Best white mocha latte ever !! It almost has a marshmallowy taste to it but without being overly sweet - with or without whip cream, you can't go wrong. They have cold drinks as well including delish cappuccino shakes, and plenty of food items to choose from - pastries and muffins as well as a wide selection of sandwiches. They've recently remodeled inside and the place looks bright and welcoming. All of the staff are, without exception, friendly and helpful. By your 2nd or 3rd visit, they will know you by name - that's how attentive they are to their customers.

Ordered a Vanilla Bean latte before I knew they had a regular latte. However, glad I did. Fantastic cup of coffee. Xtra points for the cool design on top. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and a busy cafe. Glad I stopped by.

I don’t drink coffee but this place was the closest with breakfast food and I was in a hurry. Ham and cheese croissant was fairly good. The pumpkin muffin though 🤤 to die for. So delicious.

This is a great shop. They serve fresh sandwiches and have a great selection of coffees and teas. I ordered the creme brulee coffee and the tropical passion ice tea. Both were great. I especially liked the tea. I also tried the avocado toast. It was very tasty. Matt was very helpful in assisting me with choosing what to get. Next visit I would like to try the cooling coconut lime. The shop was a bit crowded, however service was quick. Dine in is available and no mask required.

Super cute Coffee shop to study in! They have indoor seating and me and a few friends just sat, studied, and sipped our drinks for almost 2 hours. Definitely will be back ar some point.

Klatch’s high reviews are well deserved. The drinks are great which is obviously the bare minimum for a coffee shop. What stands out is the food and the service. Food is made to order and consistently excellent- my wife and I have tried almost everything on the menu at this point and not a single miss. The service is also excellent- very kind and accommodating staff that are even flexible in resolving issues like payment and order errors. The app is actually quite good but can apparently have some issues; that said, getting it resolved with the staff was effortless. Very glad to have such a great coffee and breakfast spot in the neighborhood!

This is my new favorite breakfast place! I just moved to the area and tried Klatch for the first time in July 2025 and now I'm hooked. The regular coffee and lattes we've tried are all delicious (big fan of the caramel latte and patio shake!) & the breakfast sandwiches are amazing (I really like the breakfast croissant) and well worth the price. I highly recommend Klatch and see a lot of this place in my future!

Reagan Lodge (Reagan Lodge Art)

Ordered a plain black coffee with an espresso shot and it tastes great! I judge a cafe by how well their coffee tastes without any cream or sweetener, and this spot passes the test. Stopped in here on a blind whim while trying to find coffee that isn't Starbucks. Very friendly staff, plenty of seating and a few nice soft chairs.

From an admitted coffee aficionado this coffee has won Klatch top honors in coffee brewing competition 3 years in a row. Apparently it is limited supply served at Klatch till it runs out. I was fortunate to be able have a pour over cup in a mug this am from this wonderful blend with hints of raspberry and dark chocolate.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable with their products. The staff always helps me with every question I have, regardless if it's about their coffees, teas, baked goods or food items.

Used to be a frequent customer when I lived in San Dimas their first few years, so if I pass by the Klatch I try to go there to support. Glad to see the taste of the coffee is still delish and they even did a flat white, which was great. But it’s lost a bit of its charm inside… now feels more commercial and the employees seem busy and aren’t as friendly, engaging. The food is definitely not what it used to be… their sandwiches used to be insanely good and now they feel mass produced. They no longer have the same baked goods- my fave was the morning glory muffin especially when it’s fresh and that’s gone. I know they’ve done well and expanded but miss the quaint little things about the Klatch that I loved in the past.

The had enough time to have conversation and all of the above yet gave me the wrong food item. Now if the Go to has changed then please change it. And for any reason I am ordering the wrong item that is due to the description being right under the name. I truly enjoy the coffee so maybe I'll visit on a way later date. 01/23/26 I went in the morning, and I stand corrected i was reading one thing and ordering something else. What I wanted was called the Melt. I am just now reading the response from the store and i appreciate your apology for the not so hot breakfast sandwich and also letting me know that I was ordering the wrong item.

I ordered online. And they didn’t start even touching my order until about 15 minutes after I ordered. People who walked in after I even got there were out before I was out. They will not process your online order. They also move very slow slowly. The coffee is great, but Make sure you have time.

My husband and I went in to get a chai latte and a vanilla latte, both hot, and both with oat milk, as we are both lactose intolerant. The barista ended up making both of them iced, and my husband just had her redo the chai for me. My drink was fine, nothing spectacular. His drink was very milky, not great. He later got very sick and we think it is because the latte had whole milk instead of oat milk. Two mistakes were made: iced instead of hot drinks and the wrong milk. Making a mistake like that could make someone incredibly sick, I'm so disappointed.

Disappointing visit. My husband and I visited on Labor Day in the morning. There were five employees, two at the blenders talking, two making drinks and one by the side doing nothing. I wanted to try their Pumpkin Spice Latte since I’ve never had them here before but I left after we were left waiting for 5 min. The girl asked us to wait and then walked away to talk to the guy by the blenders. They left us waiting along with two other ladies. Not sure if I’ll give this place another chance.
