La comida es realmente increíble muy apegada a la cocina italiana, la mayoría de personal que trabaja aquí es Italiano. Nosotros pedimos una pizza margarita que sin exagerar ha sido la mejor pizza que he probado acompañada de una pasta carbonara muy cremosa, muy recomendado! En nuestro caso nos atendió Pio quien fue sumamente amable y ágil en todo momento.

A very good option for Italian in Barcelona. The entre portion sizes are very generous and the staff is amazing (thank you Salvatore for all your suggestions!) we got several dishes including the arancini al tartufo, malfadine al turtufo, the carbonara and the casoncelli al bogavante. The carbonara was my personal favourite- the guanciale was so crunchy and the truffle on top gave it an amazing deep flavour. The only downside was the upstairs was very very hot. We had to leave earlier than planned because there was no air flow and super uncomfortable. The food however was fantastic.

Osteria Gloria have outdone themselves this time. I’ve eaten here several times with friends and family since they opened. Recently there was a problem with the food and service during one of our visits. The Gloria staff and Giorgio, the Director, were very quick to address the issue, take responsibility and correct the situation. Super impressive. In the end, the food was amazing, the ambiance fantastic and the waitstaff incredibly friendly and helpful. Gloria is one of our staples in Barcelona and we will definitely be returning with pleasure. Thanks again Giorgio and staff. A presto!

Beautiful restaurant with great food. The pasta with truffle was amazing. The tiki taka cocktail a delight. The waiter came by and introduced himself by name. We have seen him one more time. Had to ask for drinks by stopping a waiter. Got the coffee 15 minutes after the dessert. The restaurant is beautifully decorated but unfortunately we had a group of extremely loud Americans right behind us. That is of course not the restaurants fault but it has affected the first hour of our stay.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon. The Atmosphere at this restaurant is so beautiful. Our waitress, Catalina, was amazing and recommended drinks on the menu that were delicious! 10/10 experience and the food was absolutely AMAZING. The restaurant was very very nice. Overall only complaint was the pasta in the bolognese, it was too thick and al dente which made it dofficult and unpleasant to chew. Other than that our waiter Dario was excelent and he recommended an amazing wine, it was the star of the show! Thank you Dario for the recommendation!

Dario was amazing! Nice, attentive & efficient. We also just happened to google “best Italian” as we just landed in Barcelona & so happy we ended up here. Amazing food & amazing service! Definitely a memorable first night in Barcelona! We have many nice and crazy restaurants in Toronto but Gloria Osteria was up to par in our books! Highly recommend! Helps that we had a comfy upstairs booth in the corner, the ambiance was great. Don’t miss this place!

I must say that the food was amazing, it’s the best italian food I had in Spain. The food was as amazing, the waiter was really good, and the atmosphere is so nice.

El nuevo place to be de Barcelona. El local es enorme y muy bonito. La comida muy buena, a destacar la pasta con trufa en rueda de pecorino. El tiramisú de pistacho muy bueno pero 14€ resulta algo excesivo. El servicio fue super atento. Precio algo elevado pero estás pagando el sitio y la experiencia.

El restaurante es precioso por dentro, muy amplio y muy grande, muy bonito y bien decorado. El camarero que nos atendió nos brindó un buen servicio desde el principio, muy agradable y servicial, la comida es buena probamos la pasta con trufa y una carne estaba todo bien la verdad y bueno, tan solo un poco elevado de precio pero se entiende por el tipo de restaurante que es la decoración lo grande que es y la cantidad de personal que tienen. Es recomendable le falta quizá como crítica constrictiva podrían poner algo de música en directo, es totalmente recomendable la verdad buena comida buena atención y el sitio espectacular.

El restaurante es precioso, cuidado al detalle, con una decoración increíble y ese ambiente que te hace sentir que estás en otro lugar. Todo es bonito: las lámparas, los cuadros, la vajilla… se nota el mimo en cada rincón. La comida está buenísima. Probamos la focaccia, varias pizzas y los postres (tarta de chocolate y de queso) y todo estaba espectacular 😍. De hecho, los postres fueron lo mejor de toda la comida, increíbles. El único punto negativo fue el tiempo de espera entre plato y plato, bastante largo, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el restaurante no estaba lleno. El servicio fue amable, aunque poco resolutivo cuando comentamos la espera. Aun así, volvería sin dudarlo, porque la comida y el entorno lo valen… eso sí, con un poco más de paciencia 🍷🇮🇹

Mixed feelings. on one side I recognize the huge effort in making the place resemble an oldish italian high end restaurant: deco is impressive and all staff seems to be italian. Food is good yet I'm afraid below expectations: there is even a show when serving some dishes like carbonara for two or the Baked Alaska XXL dessert, yet behind the excellent serving and the excellent presentation I was expecting each dish to taste excellently as well... it was not the case: carbonara is impressive yet not tasty enough... Spaghett al nero misses taste as well... Don't take me wrong: this is an excellent italian restaurant, but it does not meet the bar considering the looks and -especially- the high prices. Fui a cenar con unas amigas y, aunque el lugar es precioso y el ambiente muy agradable, la experiencia en general fue decepcionante. De la comida, únicamente la pasta estaba buena; las croquetas se sirvieron con el interior frío y no cumplieron las expectativas. El servicio fue, lamentablemente, muy deficiente: no estaban pendientes de servir el vino ni de asistirnos con platos como el carpaccio, que llegó en un plato grande sin ningún tipo de ayuda para servirlo. Además, no nos ofrecieron la opción de pedir postre y nos trajeron la cuenta sin haberla solicitado, sin darnos la oportunidad de cerrar la cena de forma adecuada. Considero que, para el nivel y la imagen del restaurante, deberían contar con un personal de sala más profesional y atento.

Increíble lugar y ambientación . Comida regular, rica pero todo frío, pan seco y poco abundante para el precio. El servicio flojo, tienen buena gana pero muy despistados e interrumpen mucho a la conversación de la mesa sin asistir realmente. Vino muy bueno.

He venido varias veces, y siempre alguna cosa pasa. En junio a final del servicio, quitaron el aire acondicionado, obligando a los comensales que tuvieran, terminar comiendo con abanico. Hoy la comida increíble y los camareros super amables y atentos, pero cada vez que he ido, la limpieza e higiene de los baños deja mucho que desear. Hoy han cortado el agua y todos los wc tenían restos de papel y heces, bastante asqueroso. Tampoco podías lavarte las manos por falta de agua. Una lástima que esto enturbie la maravillosa experiencia.

Restaurante pretencioso, con aires de grandeza. Que lo que necesita es que le den cariño. Clientes con mesas apretadas entre ellas, camareros caóticos donde no saben dónde van los platos, clientes que se levantan sin servirles las comidas. Tardan una eternidad para que te llegue tu comida para después pagar precio de restaurante casi de una estrella michelin cuando no se lo recomendaría ni me peor enemigo. De los peores restaurante de mi vida. Espero que mejoren mucho. Pero yo no volveré a comprobarlo

If you want a traditional, friendly and delicious authentic italian food go to Gravin in El Born (genuine recommendation as a customer) Here’s the deal: You can’t have such a beautiful place, decoration and tables if you’re going to treat your guests like a canteen down the street. Classic mistake from the people running the show: create a great atmosphere only for untrained staff to mess the whole experience up. We were celebrating our 7 year anniversary. The waiter, Giorgia: 1. Was late with our drinks and when I reordered them to a fellow waiter she came at us rushing with the water saying “you have to wait”. We had already waited 20 mins… for water! 2. The food was good. There are way better italian options in Barcelona but I’ll be honest: it was good. 3. Giorgia again made us wait more than 30 minutes after having eating our dessert to bring in the check. I asked her if we could have a couple of shots of limoncello since we were stuffed, to which she said: “I’ll invite them but remember it when the card asks if you want to leave a tip”. I thought that was extremely rude but felt she was right (though you don’t say it to a customer). 4. The shots were half-empty small glasses. Drank them. And just as I’m reaching for my wallet to leave a bill as tip, Giorgia comes rushing to our table and says to my ear while she passes “I saw the 0 tip, thank you for that” with an attitude. Obviously at that point I returned the wallet to my pocket and didn’t give her the bill I literally had in my hand to give to her.
