Please remember to be patient if the line is long. They don't pre slice so it takes a minute or two longer. That's why you come here, the freshness. Also remember they have to work in online orders in between the in store orders.
This isn’t even about the food. It’s about the experience with the staff! I would like to praise Jody. My teenager was walking home from school when someone began making her feel uncomfortable and like they were following her, my daughter and her friend ducked into this jersey Mike’s. I know some establishments don’t like having children/teen in their establishment especially if they’re not spending money or with an adult, but Jody was more than happy to let my kids wait in safety while I arrived. This the perfect example of going above and beyond From a very grateful mother Thank you Jody!
Jersey Mike's Subs are fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the Original Italian Mike's Way. We all agreed on sharing the Giant sub, which saved us a little money, so we can afford to go back for another sub soon.
Employees are super helpful and very kind. They helped me out so much. I highly recommend going here Just because of how nice the people that work there are, I’m truly grateful for what they did for me. Thank you.

Honestly, I love Mike's but the sandwich is always sloppy here. More so my club was all turkey. I am kinda giving up on this as an option. I wish they spent more time on reading the mobile orders and had a better understanding of the Mike's sandwich build. (Always so slopy it falls apart and way too much oil/vinegar.)

The food is good, but if you’re in a rush don’t come here. There was one person ahead of me and i waited about 10-12 minutes for a Philly cheese steak. It looks like there is only 1 cook and one grill. The cook can’t prepare sandwiches back to back for some reason. Customer service is not great, the young people who work here hate their job and customers. Corporate needs to pay them more and hire people who have great customer service.
Food was good, as expected, but the customer service was interesting. I arrived a little after noon but it appeared that I was interrupting the staff who seemed to be more interested in their personal issues rather than any minor interaction with the customers. I even had to point out that I had not yet paid for my order. Great food but I was uncomfortable being ignored.
Rude employees the gentleman behind the counter was a jerk to multiple customers including myself, I dont know anyone that will go anywhere they are made to feel welcome

They don’t ask what bread you want and just assume everyone in your party wants the same bread. They never ask what condiments you want. They were about to wrap the sandwich with nothing in it 🙃

Doesn’t seem like the best idea to have 2 employees take a lunch at the same time, especially when they’re sitting right next to the customers that aren’t being served in a timely manner. I showed up at 7:04pm to pick up my order that was scheduled for 7:10, and the only employee clocked in said “it just printed, I’ll start it now, it will be about 10 minutes”. About 12 minutes later, they said my order was ready, but failed to share that they were out of rosemary bread, which if I had known, I would’ve cancelled the order and gone elsewhere instead of waiting
There was a bug in my food. Never going back to this place. Disgusting. I encourage everyone to not go there.

I'm writing this review in hopes the manager is made aware. I've been to this branch in particular (La Verne) twice this week and have been disappointed twice by the young staff they have there. The staff is absolutely rude and answer sarcastically. They have complete apathy when it comes to customer service and lack the fundamentals of being polite. When picking up my online order earlier, before my order I kindly asked if this was mine, and the young lady sarcastically replied to me "well yeah, that's you." It caught me off guard and I had told her she was absolutely rude. On another occasion the staff, a young man this time, was also rude to me while making my sandwich, which is why i went the online order pick up route this time around and as stated earlier in my story, was also a failure. Your staff aside from being rude, doesn't seem to like their job much and i don't know if they project it to the customers but I will definitely not be coming back to the La Verne branch anymore. To the manager, I hope are you able to read this, and handle your disappointment of a staff.
My husband bought us sandwiches today--one mini turkey & provolone and one regular Italian Sub. Both Mike's way. They tasted like absolutely nothing! The mini (mine) was so wet the dough disintegrated but had no flavor from the dressing. There was very little meat and cheese on either one and no taste. $19.90 for sandwiches we ended up throwing it away!! We will never go to this location again.
I got the sub in a tub and all I got was meat, a handful of lettuce , turkey, tomato’s and cheese. I ordered in the app and Mike’s way items were all checked along with mayo mustard and a tub of chipotle mayo. I got none of it. It was dry and lackluster no flavor whatsoever. What really makes me upset is that there was no quality control. Don’t go to this location (foothill in the Chuze fitness strip mall)they don’t care.
Litterally over ten minutes late with my two mini sandwiches because right at lunch crush they decided to make custom orders for their friends. Better to just wait in line then order only because they don’t prioritize your order when their friends want custom heated turkey.
I used really like this place even got a gift card for Christmas.... But after today's experience I can definitely say I will not be going back. First, the parking lot is overfilled from the fitness center. There literally is no parking for other businesses here. I had to hike across the parking lot. Second, the service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a reg #9 and a reg #16 with no cheese and no peppers both on rosemary Parmesan. I paid and waited for our order. It seems staff puts more effort on the online orders then the customers who stand in line. After what seemed like a 10 minute wait, my name was called but only received my #16. I waited 5 more minutes before I questioned cashier about the rest of my order. My sandwich was still on the table being made, and I asked why wouldn't my order be given to me all at once by that fell on deaf ears. Needless to say I will not go back at least not to this one.
