I love this place ❤️❤️❤️ *Great, authentic food *Attentive, kind service *Outside terrace in the sun *Love their lassi and masala chai *Super clean kitchen (my chef friend peaked in on her way to the toilets and came back nodding approvingly) *Excellent value for money. We just had a massive meal, feeding 3 people for less than 50€ (including several lassi, beer and chai.) My favourites: Butter chicken Aloo palak (spinach with potato) Dhal makhani (black lentils) Malai kofta (paneer balls with cashew and coconut sauce) When I moved back to Europe after 4 years in Asia, I discovered this place, and it quickly became a favourite for those moments when I missed my time there. Strongly recommended

Für uns seit 3 Jahren der Lieblingsort für indische Küche! Vor allem das Palak Paneer ist das Beste, das wir je hatten - und wir bestellen bei jedem ersten Besuch in einem indischen Restaurant Palak Paneer. Niemand konnte es bisher besser als das nette Team im Preet. Wenn es warm ist, kann man sogar draußen sitzen. Ich empfehle hier hin zu gehen!

Es gibt in El Raval ja einige gute indische Restaurants, aber das Preet nimmt für uns den Spitzenplatz ein! Wir waren während unseres Urlaubs häufig dort und haben sehr viele Gerichte probiert: Alles wirklich hervorragend, und das Palak Panir ist das beste, das wir jemals gegessen haben! Und unbedingt das Naan mit den getrockneten Früchten probieren! Im Restaurant selbst ist es mitunter ein wenig lebhaft, dennoch angenehm, noch schöner ist es aber, draußen auf dem Platz zu sitzen und zum guten Essen das dortige Treiben zu beobachten. Der Service ist gut, schnell und immer freundlich. Wir sind seit zwei Wochen wieder zuhause - und vermissen das Preet bereits jetzt...

The best India ‘greasy spoon’ of Barcelona. Been coming her for almost 25 years and am grateful for this place. Always authentic and delicious! 😋 My go to, is this tandoori aloo (potato) pronta with chai. (See photos). The more you go, the more things you’ll try, especially as it’s great value for money too!. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had low expectations as Spain doesn't have any decent Indian restaurant. Coming from Bilbao where I had a horrible experiences with Indian cuisine, this turned out to be okay with cheap prices, Veg biryani costs 6 Euros only and it was very good for the price and overall good taste. Only Con I see is that dining is not recommended as the space is small and I didn't get good vibes inside the restaurant. It's not your fancy look restaurant but rather you can compare to a mess in India. Also tried Garlic naan and Aloo Gobi which was okayish, Gobi fry was not good. You can eat Breakfast/lunch/dinner under 10Euros here with 1 or 2 items easily! I took takeaway both times. Service was slow though, can do better. Not sure how hygienic it is, not bad for a one time meal. I didn't get any issues after eating food.

A decent Indian restaurant in the area. Mostly there are more options for non vegetarians and very limited options for vegetarians. But the Samosa chat here is the show-stopper! Haven’t tasted such a delicious samosa chat in entire Barcelona. It quickly reminds us the exact taste that we get on the roadside chat stalls back in India. On every table there was either Samosa chat or some non vegetarian dish. We, being vegetarians, had ordered rice and dal makhni (and of course samosa chat), which was really tasty. And the mango lassi was also with a good quantity and also tasty at a price totally worth it.

Food is nice, service is good. Little bit hot due to area is small and have grilled option.

Im sorry to share my bad experience - 1 homeless person who smelled very bad he work at the restaurant how’s possible they let him work there? I’m Shocked just imagine he’s touching your food or plate - our Indian restaurant owner don’t care about cleanliness- I’m sure they will ignore this comment

Never visit ‼️‼️ They higher the price if you come with people even if you are their daily customer, and taste is really bad and no one listen to you for orders and very unhygienic and not cleaned.

You deliver the food which is rotten, the customer should go home and check whether it is potato paratha or rotten paratha what should I call it

Ресторан помешают в основном свои. Туристам здесь не рекомендую кушать. Заказали нан с чесноком - чеснока совсем не было. Принесли цыплёнка из тандура на шипящей сковороде, так жир обрызгал всю нашу одежду и ранец. Можно ведь было принести чуть позже когда брызгать перестанет. Кстати, цыпленок оказался пережаренным и не вкусным и, как и панир.

Ante nuestra queja, nos ponen dos cajas de cerveza para levantar una pequeña mesa que nos proponían, pretendían que cenásemos en una mesa de unos 40 cm de alto, que en superfície, no cabían ni los platos, dejándonos el servicial anterior en el suelo. Al final nos tocó llevarnos la cena y comerla en casa.

Estuve esta tarde y la experiencia fue pesima. Modales de tercer mundo: porque llegaron 10 personas para comer, me sacaron la mia y me invitaron a retirame pq estaba solo...ni en el peor lugar del mundo esas costumbres.
