I really enjoyed this: the ramen broth was rich, noodles bouncy, and the crust on the pork katsu was crunchy. I loved the interior that felt like being in a narrow street in Tokyo :-)

Our party of 4 stopped here for dinner around 8 pm after giving up at Vinitus due to the long line of people. We got a table right away. The decor is eclectic, featuring manga characters. The restaurant is part of a chain and has an assortment of foods from other Asian countries that you'd never find listed on a menu in a real ramen restaurant. My oldest daughter ordered gyozas and the chicken bao bun, my other daughter ordered the miso ramen, my husband ordered the ebi (shrimp) tempura ramen, and I got the fried chicken ramen. The ramen is different than what you get either in Japan or the US but it was still tasty, came out fast, and doesn't break the budget.

We had lunch on Sant Jordi, it was very very busy at the restaurant. Still the food quality was great. The Chicken Bao bun and the Vegetarian Ramen (Spice level 4) was scrumptious and yummy. To get Spice level 4 or 5 , you have to pay 1€ extra. The Spice level 4 is high even for Indians (we eat 🔥 food a lot). So please be cautious. Menu : Available in English also. This restaurant is a must try for ramen lovers. The ambience is also Instagram friendly.

We ended up here because the other popular ramen spot was booked and busy but RAMEN Shifu welcomed us kindly with English menus and we had a good time. It was the first time we tried takoyaki and I loved it (the other person was a bit freaked out by the bonito flakes and didn't like their taste 😅). The ramen was good for its price and we liked the desserts too, we were surprised they still had some mochi left since it was quite late already. We paid around 30€ in total for these 5 meals.

Me ha encantado este japonés de ramen. Cocina sencilla y buena, carta completa (aunque se quedaron sin baos) y local muy bien ambientado como si estuvieras en Japón. Y muy bien de precio .

Local muy bien decorado con temática Manga/Anime. El baño super decorado!!Buen ambiente y servicio. Las Gyozas y Takoyaki son muy buenas. El Ramen Tonkotsu correcto, los he probado mejores (tengo mis preferencias). No puedo valorar más porque solo probé esto. Relación calidad precio buena. Vale la pena el menú.

Probamos su ramen y varios platos y son muy ricos. Pudimos hacer algunos cambios en los platos y se lo agradecimos mucho. Son rápidos, aunque a un comensal tardaron más que al resto. La comida está rica, cantidad adecuada y buen sabor. Es local no es muy grande, así que mejor reservar.

Ramen muy rico, lo preparan rápido y a buen precio. Te lo envuelven muy bien para llevar, y se nota que se esfuerzan y hay calidad. El de pollo era impresionante. El de ternera no nos gustó tanto por el tipo de carne y por el caldo un poco picante, pero en general es un sitio súper bueno de ramen. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Los entrantes q pedimos estaban riquisimos. Me pedi un ramen con pavo, naruto, etc. Es la primera vez q pruebo ramen, el sabor esta bien, no es una locura ni es soso. La atencion de los chicos excelente, y el ambiente me encanto, de fondo habian canciones de openin de anime.

This was my first introduction to Japanese food & ramen 🍜. The customer service was excellent. Although, the staff look overrun during rush hour. They're very busy and hardworking. Kudos to them. The food was excellent. The food was flavoursome.

Recommended by friends I visitet this restaurant with friends. The food was really delicious and the comic style and manga theme is nice. Something new for the eyes. Fresh. I only ordered starters. All of them were good and I don‘t remember any harsh complaints from the others (and their food).

Local super ambientado con anime por todos lados. Pedimos dos ramen y que lástima que vinieron con muy poco caldo. Y el vegano con muy poca heura también y más bien frita en lugar de hervida. Los mochis ricos!

Ramen muy normal, le falta caldo y sabor. El sitio decorado pero bastante sucio. No es un sitio al que volvería, hay ramen mucho mejor por la ciudad. Lo bueno es que tenían mesas grandes y reservamos con poco tiempo.

The broth is what makes a ramen successful, this was bland and so meh, I think the ones for microwave taste better! The duck BAO bun was pretty good which is why I'm giving two stars instead of 1. There are better places in Barcelona for Ramen do not waste your time here

Entrees were good. Ramen was mediocre at best. I mean it didn't taste bad, but there are some red flags, like the egg being hard boiled and the yolk not remaining raw, the chasu was not chasu at all but in the pictures it was chasu, and the tonkotsu soup was not dense / white enough, when broth is supposed to be from 48-72h cooking. Ambient was good with walls decorated with manga vignettes and service was good as well.

Went to Ramen Shifu in a cold winter day and the food did its job (warm us up) but it was nothing to write home about. The pork gyoza were quite good but the dough of the chicken bao wasn’t fluffy and light as you would expect. The broth of the fried chicken ramen was completely bland and tasteless; we had to add a good amount of soy sauce to have some flavour. We went around 4pm without a booking and, although it was quite packed, there were a few free tables. Staff were friendly and nice.

I won’t revisit this place. The tonkotsu broth was thin and very little tako in the takoyaki. The chashiu also was kind of dry. The noodles were ok but nothing special either. This does not compare…

La verdad, vaya decepción. El caldo del ramen tenía exactamente el mismo sabor que los yatekomo de pollo, y por el precio que estás pagando... Además, la carne más de lo mismo, insípido, seco... Me encanta ir a los sitios a comer ramen y a disfrutar y este me pillaba de paso, y de verdad, súper decepcionada. Hay muchísimos mejores ramen en Barcelona. Dicho esto, le añado dos estrellas tanto por la ambientación del local que está muy mimada como la atención de la camarera, que fue educada. Creo que sería algo importante el tener en cuenta el mejorar la calidad del ramen porque no veo que sea la única que se queja.

El local tenía un olor algo desagradable. La comida era correcta pero no es uno de los mejores ramen ni de lejos. Tardaron bastante en traer la comida porque confundieron el pedido.

Comida y servicio justitos … El restaurante esta muy bien ubicado, calle peatonal agradable para pasear y parar a comer algo rápido. Los precios son correctos, bebidas caras como en cualquier otro restaurante de este tipo. El ramen muy justito, un poco de caldo con 2kg de fideos (no muy buenos) y algo de carne y verdura … Los baos sin más… Tambien probamos el Katsudon, que tampoco nos encanto… En definitiva, esta bien para comer algo rápido si estas por la zona, pero no vale la pena ir a propósito.

Ramen muy caro para lo que es. Pedí Tan tan ramen que lleva pasta de cacahuete, pues el cacahuete brillaba por su ausencia. El caldo era líquido, muy acuoso sin verdura prácticamente y carne picada. Pagar 13 euros casi por algo así no merece para nada la pena. Pensaba que al menos con el cacahuete podía mejorar y ser mas sabroso, pero es que no llevaba, es un caldo super acuoso con picante y muchos fideos, ya esta. Cerca hay ramenes que por 1 euro mas es muchisimo mejor

No se los ramen no veganos, pero los veganos horribles: El caldo literal parece agua, 0 sabor, 0 fondo, 0 umami. Las gyozas bien pero sigo en shock de lo malo que estaba, que real un paquete de nissin está más bueno. La textura de los fideos mala, lo peor repito el caldo que era agua. Pedimos el peanut y de cacahuete no había nada. Luego te ponen los toppings que son inexistentes, dos trocitos de heüra recortado con tijeras, 3 o 4 láminas de shiitake microscopicas.... Comes mil veces mejor un ramen de sobre en tu casa.... Decepcionante.

This is not authentic Japanese ramen, taste too salty and the ramen is not well cooked. Even the seaweed is not fresh with awful oily smell. The only positive one is the decoration but I am here for food? Don’t waste your money as we find a better one nearby which is much better.
