Ambiente agradable, servicio amable con precios algo elevados pero dentro de la tónica en Barcelona. Tienen cerveza y varias especeializades japonesas a parte del Ramen. Probamos el tantamen, el de miso y el que no lleva caldo. Fueron muy agradables, con buenos caldos y sin sabores demasiado fuertes, sin digestiones pesadas. Los shoronpos se comen de una manera divertida, el pollo karage crujiente por fuera y tierno por fuera. Al ramen que es su punto fuerte le doy un notable.

Primera vez que vengo y ha sido una experiencia increíble! Me encanta el ramen y me habían dicho que este sitio era un MUST para ir. Y ha superado mis expectativas la verdad. Un sabor donde se nota que todo es casero y hecho al momento. La atención de las mejores que he recibido por parte de Valmik que nos ha hecho sentir muy bien atendidos des del momento 0. En general una experiencia de 10! Recomiendo pero venir con reserva porque se forma mucha cola fuera y puedes esperar bastante!

¡Estupendo! 😀 Fuimos a comer aquí 3 personas el domingo 7-diciembre-2025 a las 13:00 del mediodía. El local es muy bonito: está ambientado en el típico restaurante japonés con barra y los cocineros al lado (puedes ver todo lo que hacen). Pero también hay mesas para sentarse sin problema. Es importante reservar con antelación porque siempre hay mucha gente y se llena rápido. El día que fuimos ofrecían platos por separado. Nos pedimos lo siguiente: ► 1 Karaage (9,50€) ► 1 Shoronpo classic (5,50€) ► 1 Shoronpo rayu (6€) ► 1 Miso (14,50€) ► 1 Tantanmen (15,50€) ► 1 Wantanmen (16€) ► 1 Asahi 33cl (3,60€) ► 1 Coca-cola Zero (2,80€) ► 1 Agua (2,50€) El precio total de todo se quedó en 75,90€. Precio por persona = 25,30€. La comida estaba muy rica (el ramen me flipó). El pollo rebozado también me gustó mucho. Las cantidades eran grandes y correctas, no me quedé con hambre para nada. La relación calidad-precio-cantidad está muy bien. El personal nos atendió de manera muy amable y cercana. Adjunto fotos de la comida, de la lista de platos y del ticket final. Uno de los mejores ramenes de Barcelona. Los shoronpos estan deliciosos, solo probamos el clasico aunque tiene algunas variedades mas. El ramen tantanmen estaba super bueno, aunque me hubiera gustado que fuera algo picante. Muy recomendable tomar de postre el shoronpo de chocolate con aceite de oliva y sal. El local es muy pequeño y tiene pocas mesas asi que recomiendo reservar.

Fuimos a cenar un sábado por la noche y conviene saber que es imprescindible reservar con bastante antelación ya que el espacio es pequeño y funcionan por turnos debido a la alta demanda, así que conseguir mesa no es tarea fácil. Sin embargo, nosotros fuimos a cenar a las 20.00h y encontramos sitio en la barra. El restaurante es pequeño, íntimo y acogedor, con la cocina a la vista y una estética industrial. Es un lugar ideal para probar principalmente su Ramen, aunque también hay diversos entrantes como las gyozas, Wakame, banbaji, shoronpo… nosotros probamos las gyozas y el shoronpo de trufa y queso que estaban muy buenas. Probamos el Ramen tantanmen y estaba muy bueno, el caldo ideal que ligaba con todos los ingredientes. La experiencia fue redonda: se come muy bien, el ambiente es agradable y el servicio destaca por su profesionalidad y amabilidad. Totalmente recomendable y, sin duda, un sitio al que volveremos.

BEST RAMEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE! Sooo much better than those in Japan for real. I ordered Tantan Ramen with zero expectation and with a thought that “hm shud be just ok” but turns out I enjoyed it until the last drip of the soup. The karage was very good also, though the gyoza was just okay hehe. Overall everything is great! Even my boyfriend that doesn’t do ramen as dinner, he really ended up enjoying it!

Some of the best ramen I ever had. I really like the density of the dish - it wasn't too soupy, and the flavor was intense. I got the shrimp wonton option, it paired well. The place was full when we got there but a 5 minute wait was all it took. I would get a reservation next time.

Amazingggg! We had the miso and tantanmen, both were so flavorful and made with homemade noodles. It was probably one of the best ramens of my life, no exaggeration. We also had the fried chicken which was equally one of the best ever. So juicy and flavorful, it was so good that I was sad it was served with such a dull sauce, but it honestly didn't even need it. We sat at the window seats, which were nice, but it would be better if people weren't allowed to hangout outside of them on the ledge, it makes it a little awkward when you're eating. Overall though it was great and jm definitely making this my go-to ramen spot in bcn!

We came here because of its reputation, and by the time we arrived there was already a long line at the entrance. I’d definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. For starters, we ordered spicy dumplings, edamame, and Japanese fried tofu. My favorite was the tofu, the coating was perfectly crisp. Many Japanese restaurants make fried tofu too heavy, but here it was much better. For rice dishes, we tried two. The fried chicken portion was huge, and the oil they used was very clean—not the kind that’s been reused, so there was no greasy or off flavor at all. The pork dish was also tasty. We ordered three kinds of ramen, though I didn’t manage to photograph them all. The miso ramen was my child’s favorite—she ate an entire large bowl on her own. Every serving was very generous; I couldn’t even finish mine. My father really enjoyed the dandan noodles he ordered. I had the soy sauce ramen, which was fine, though not as impressive as some reviews suggested. But maybe that was just because I didn’t have much of an appetite today. We also tried three types of xiaolongbao: classic, foie, and black truffle, with two dumplings per portion. Personally, I preferred the classic ones, while my child liked the foie best. All of the dumplings were freshly made, with delicate wrappers and flavorful fillings. Just make sure to eat them with a spoon—otherwise one bite will send the soup and filling spilling everywhere.

We moved a couple blocks away from Shoronpo from the US and have been here multiple times. I am a huge lover of Ramen and this takes Ramen and much more to the next level. Great for dining in and take out. My 9 and 11 year old love it.

Been here twice already and it never disappoints! Ordered the shoronpo black truffle and it waaas good. Karaage always on point and tantanmen was made for heavens. Service can be improved as one of the server wasn't as attentive as she should be given that the place is not that big. We had to call her twice and wasn't as warm when receiving clients.

Phenomenal experience. The service is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, and we love it that way. The food, omg, the food. The ramens are flavourful and just the right amount. Food for the soul. Our personal discovery was the shoronpos. We tried the spiciest one (5/10 for spiciness for me personally, but tender and savoury and truly great) and the foie. Amazing. The gyozas are great too. Next time we will try more things. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.

El miso, el tantamen (no pica) y el shoronpo clásico muy rico. Local un poco ruidoso al ser pequeño, por lo que para asegurar mesa mejor hacer reserva. Sitio 100% recomendado si eres amante del ramen, tiene un sabor increíble!

Recomendamos reservar para venir, fuimos sin reserva y esperamos 1h para entrar, y cuando venia alguien con reserva, pasaba directamente. Aunque la espera, valio la pena. Empezamos con el Karaage y el Shoronpo de trufa blanca y queso, sin palabras, espectacular, pero aun no sabiamos que lo mejor iba despues. Acabamos con unos ramen de Miso (con shitake) y Tantanmen, increible pero llenan mucho, acabamos como si fueramos unos sumo. Sin duda volveremos pero esta vez con reserva 😉

Sitio rico para comer un ramen en el barrio de Gracia. Los shorompos estan muy ricos, recomendaría el de rayu y como ramen el Tantanmen. He de decir que olvidaron añadir el huevo a los ramen que habíamos pedido y se les olvidó sacarnos un pollo karage que pedimos. De ahi mi valoración.

Visitamos este lugar por las recomendaciones leídas en google maps. Siendo el 1 de enero, nos percatamos que era necesario reservar con antelación, sin embargo el host nos dijo que podría haber espacio en la barra del restaurant y que regresáramos más tarde. Y si, efectivamente logramos entrar sobre las 20:40 a cenar. La experiencia fue correcta y coherente con el tipo de local, de hecho resaltó los detalles( desde la vestimenta del personal hasta los utensilios) también su estrategia de marketing b2c que están realizando. Se agradece el cuidado en el trato, aunque hay margen de mejora en algunos aspectos. Es un lugar en tener en cuenta si estas por la zona de Gracia.

La comida es increíble, vale mucho la pena! La única pega que le pongo es que te apuran mucho para comer, nosotros hemos ido con reserva, aún nos quedaba media hora para cumplir el turno y nos apuraban o venían a preguntar si ya habíamos pagado y tal. te sirven todo muy rápido que eso está bueno pero a la mitad del ramen , en dos ocasiones nos vinieron a preguntar por el postre. Todo lo demás increíbles, a pesar de esto, vale mucho la pena, aclarar que no eran todos los mozos, había algunos muy majos :) pero estaría bueno que respeten los tiempos de los turnos y te den como un espacio para poder tranquilo! Pero la comida es un 10!!

Service can also be uneven: sometimes quick and on it, other times a bit distracted, which stands out because the cooking is so locked-in. Still, we’d go back. The food is amazingly delicious, YES thats true. Me and my friend ordered the Tantanmen, Shoyu, Chicken Karaage, Shoronpo clasic and Chocolate. However, since we didn’t have reservations because we have to pay just to have a reservation we walked in. There were also 1 couple and 1 guy too without reservations so we were told to wait for less than an hour, we totally understand it since okay we didn’t have reservation. After 30mins they called those couple and 1 guy, and i thought we only have to wait for few minutes then. But after 30mins again, I had to ask and found out they forget us because they asked again if how many are we and if we are 5, and we were told to wait for few minutes more. Then I asked again since there more people coming without reservation too but get accomodated before us, then the worker forgot again and asked how many are we. This time I asked if we can sit on a vacant table, he said he will clean first and just call us after. After 15mins they still didn’t call us so we have to ask again if we can now start sitting. I understand that they are busy but having to ask for 4x because they kept forgetting us is disappointing.

The food was amazing, the shoronpo and tantanmen were definitely the highlights. However, the staff could be a bit more polite. I understand the need to limit reservations to an hour and a half, but the whole time I felt rushed and couldn’t fully relax. The waiter asked three times if he could take our plates even though we weren’t finished eating. Overall, it was a bit of a strange experience, fantastic food, but I wouldn’t come back because I don’t want to feel pressured to eat quickly or keep checking how much time I have left.

I was disappointed with this ramen. The broth was not rich, and there was very little spring onion, with no cilantro or sprouts. There were also no vegetables at all, not even mushrooms. My bowl had a lot of peanut paste, which made my throat feel uncomfortable. I was also surprised by the price – 15€ felt too much for just noodles, broth, and some minced meat. I trusted the good rating, but unfortunately, it was a mistake.
