Mi experiencia ha sido simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué, el ambiente me atrapó por completo: una atmósfera cálida y acogedora, con una decoración cuidada al detalle que crea el escenario perfecto para disfrutar de una gran velada. El servicio fue impecable, con un equipo atento y amable que hizo que me sintiera bienvenida en todo momento. La comida, deliciosa de principio a fin, con ingredientes de calidad y una presentación que demuestra el mimo con el que elaboran cada plato. La bebida no se queda atrás, con una carta variada que complementa a la perfección la propuesta gastronómica. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiré sin pensarlo. Un lugar totalmente recomendado para quienes buscan disfrutar de buena comida, un ambiente agradable y un servicio excepcional.

Conozco los locales de Madrid y en mi visita a Barcelona no quería perderme el Tragaluz Original que da nombre al grupo. Nuestra experiencia fue estupenda, servicio espectacular y comida exquisita. We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident, and what a find it was. The food was excellent and creative, with a genuine Italian soul. The place itself is beautiful — we sat in the second-floor gallery under transparent glass roofs, which made the experience even more special. A true hidden gem tucked away on a small street.

Hacia años y daba por supuesto que no habría mejorado, por aquello del cambio de manos, sin embargo he de reconocer que han sabido mantener e incluso mejorar la esencia. La propuesta de menú es muy cómoda para comidas entre semana de negocios y amigos que no tengan una celebración especial. Un menú completo, cuidado y equilibrado. Detalles como poner la copa de vino del menú de un vino de gama media, te animas un poco más. El postre es digno de carta, no es hecho a propósito para un menú y para ahorrar costes. No obstante, tienes la opción de la carta que tiene ese toque italiano mediterráneo donde puedes comer bien a un precio razonable. El servicio es bueno y abundante, de hecho lo ha la os durante comida con mi acompañante, no debe ser fácil hacer un equipo así y estable hoy día con la falta de personal cualificado que tienen. Había distintos miembros del equipo con distinta experiencia y con distintas capacidades, todos muy bien en su categoría. En cuanto al ambiente, diría que lo mejor. En medio de esta casa vez más impersonal Paseo de Gracia ya es difícil encontrar un sitio agradable con una propuesta atractiva, donde comer a precios locales. El local sigue siendo muy bonito con dos ambientes separados, mesas con distancia suficiente entre ellas y cómodas. Decoración muy agradable y muchos comensales conocidos locales, lo que lo hace más tranquilo silenciosos y agradable que la mayoría de los de la zona donde se convive con las propuestas enfocadas solo al turista (y aún así alguno había)

Precioso local en el centro de Barcelona. Dispone de varios niveles con un ambien moderno y agradable. Los platos estaban bastante bien presentados y ricos. El servicio fue correcto pero bastante mejorable, seguramente debido a que estaba bastante lleno.

Me encanta la ubicación, el restaurante es muy acogedor. La comida fantástica. Lástima que siendo 12 no pudiéramos estar en una mesa redonda. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Tragaluz is one of those eateries that take up space in the middle tier to fine dining category. Really an excellent spot for lunch or dinner. Service is outstanding and the cuisine makes your mouth scream for more. Try the pappardelle with oxtail ragu or the cacio y pepi. Desserts are something special. You'll need reservations as this is a hot spot. Several levels make it an interesting and eclectic atmosphere. It's a busy spot and no wonder, everything just falls into place here from wait staff to atmosphere to cuisine. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing dishes. Everything is prepared perfectly. Seasoning and cooking levels. Really amazing food. The only thing is that when it gets busy there are not enough waiters and the service becomes very, very slow. So I highly suggest to go there, but not in peak hours.

He venido varias veces a Tragaluz en Barcelona y siempre lo he hecho con mucho gusto por la excelente calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del personal. Esta era ya mi tercera vez en el restaurante y, como siempre, cenamos muy bien. Sin embargo, esta vez mi experiencia se ha visto completamente arruinada por un hecho muy grave relacionado con la seguridad. Al llegar, uno de los camareros tomó mi abrigo y le pedí que lo dejara en el guardarropa situado junto a la entrada. Pensé que era un espacio controlado, pero evidentemente estaba sin vigilancia. Nosotros cenamos en el piso superior y dejé el abrigo en la planta baja, confiando plenamente en el restaurante. Cuando salimos alrededor de las 00:30, al ir a pagar, descubrí que mi cartera había desaparecido del bolsillo del abrigo. Había comprobado expresamente antes que estaba en el bolsillo derecho. Dentro tenía aproximadamente 100€ en efectivo y la propia cartera con un valor de unos 300€. Lo más decepcionante no fue solo el robo, sino la falta de apoyo y de atención por parte del restaurante ante una situación tan desagradable. Nadie se ofreció a ayudar realmente ni a compensar de alguna manera el grave inconveniente sufrido, ni siquiera con un gesto hacia la cena, que fue de unos 70€ por persona. Tampoco recibí posteriormente ninguna llamada del restaurante para saber si se había encontrado la cartera. Creo sinceramente que cuando a un cliente le sucede algo así en un restaurante, debería recibir más atención, apoyo y profesionalidad, especialmente cuando se trata de alguien que viene de otro país precisamente para disfrutar de ese lugar. Yo siempre vengo desde Italia porque me encanta este restaurante, y esta vez me sentí sinceramente traicionado en mi confianza. Espero que las cámaras de seguridad puedan ayudar a identificar a la persona responsable. Mi consejo para quienes vayan a comer allí: no dejen nunca su abrigo o pertenencias sin supervisión, aunque la comida sea excelente, como siempre lo ha sido. Una verdadera lástima, porque el nivel gastronómico sigue siendo impecable.

The waiters who served us were not at their best. We have to ask for the olives and more bread, pour our own wine. When she delivered the food, she just hold the dish on top of the table waiting us to move the dishes and clean up a space for her to leave the dishes. When she delivered the bill she was also shaking the bill to different directions asking who is going to pay the bill without opening her mouth. The service was a bit off with this specific waiter. I have dined so many times in Tragaluz when I was living in Barcelona a few years ago. The food has always been amazing. I took my best friends, partners and families here to share the amazing flavor you guys are creating. But this time the service was the worst I have ever experienced. It just feels like a sport bar on the street that serves draft beer. I noticed that the price for the food hasn’t been raised at all through the years. To be honest, I prefer to pay 20-30% more so you guys can hire more professional waiters to serve the guests.

Very average experience honestly. The space is nice and the service was attentive, especially for a group of 8. I was a bit disappointment with the food, it took us almost 40 minutes to get drinks, and they couldn’t make any mocktails. Also when the dessert came out, the ice cream was completely melted like soup and that’s how it was served to us.

Wasn’t very impressed with the food. The truffle pasta coagulated to be hard to enjoy, such a petty and it’s quite salty for our liking. The grill octopus wasn’t tasty too. A bit disappointing as it’s our first dinner here and the price is on the medium high range. The truffle ravioli soup is the only dish I give a thumbs up.
