Excellent value for money The rooms are clean and well-kept. Dogs are welcome, perhaps without a surcharge. Restaurant OK Breakfast was a bit so-so, as they brought us different croissants and slices of cake without asking if we liked those flavors, and the jam basket was brought without bread. (The staff were too angry with each other in front of the guests.) Quiet area.

A truly beautiful and well-kept residence, with convenient on-site parking and an elevator that takes you up to the rooms, which were beautiful and very clean. The only flaw is that (paradoxically) the heating in the rooms was too high (almost 27 degrees) and we gasped for air while it was snowing outside. Other than that, we'll be back.

The view from the rooms was beautiful. Problem: the bar and breakfast restaurant were closed; they forgot to let us know.

Excellent panoramic location, in a quiet and sunny area. Very friendly and helpful staff! The room, while spacious, didn't wow us because it didn't have a bed, but a rather hard and uncomfortable sofa bed. We asked the receptionist if there were any rooms with a regular bed, but she told us that all rooms have that, except the suites. The TV was inexplicably positioned next to the "sofa bed" and not directly opposite it on the desk. It goes without saying that watching a movie is terribly uncomfortable. The room's soundproofing was decidedly inadequate. You could hear everything people said and did in adjacent rooms perfectly, as if they were in our room. The cleanliness was unremarkable; there was a lot of dust on the desk and TV, as you can see in the photo. Greater attention to detail could justify the price, especially considering that breakfast isn't included.

Beware! the photos are not accurate, outdated and made with a wide angle camera. The rooms are dark with rather random furniture, it definitely passed its best days. We rented a loft apartment that looked fabulous in booking.com and ended up in a room with a mezzanine so low we could not stand up straight at any point of the room. It was very uncomfortable to move around. The bed swamped in the back corner with no light at all. We moved a side table lamp from downstairs up to be able to navigate there in the evening. See below pictures from Booking vs reality 😬. It is really not worth saving some money on this apartment. The customer service pretty much non existent. We have been told we saw on the booking side the ceiling was low, I explained it’s not at all as on the pictures and they disconnected, never called back, never followed up. The last 3 photos are from the website and the first 4 from the actual room. Quite a difference.

We arrived to ask if they could make us a coffee, and they told us they were still closed. Meanwhile, we saw people armed with ski boots coming out of their rooms, and cars arriving with skis on. The mess doesn't fit in very much.
