Nice place strategically located across from the highway connecting Milan to Novara. Neat and clean, friendly and attentive staff, but the piadinas are a bit pricey. I ordered a salmon, avocado, and lettuce piadina with mayonnaise. Why only 3 stars? So, I expected at least a slice of salmon, but when I opened the piadina, there was too much mayonnaise and a few pieces of salmon here and there. Honestly, it tasted only of mayonnaise. Not satisfied, I ordered a chicken one, which tasted much better and was packed with ingredients, all washed down with a good local beer. Finally, a piece of advice... For the salmon piadina, which costs €7.10, to impress your customers, and considering the price, include at least one slice, not just scattered pieces.

Raggiungo spesso questo posto per mangiare una buona piadina, pur venendo magari da Cesano o anche da più lontano. Ma quando vado sono sempre sola e va tutto bene la piadina è molto buona il personal…

Too expensive for me... Large piadinas with zero ingredients... Flat and without substance. The price is right... but if it were nice and full, though.

I often stop by this piadina shop in the early afternoon. For the umpteenth time, I've ordered the roll, and at first bite, all I taste is piadina and not much filling. Today, I decided to open the piadina, and when I saw a slice of Brie cut in half, four thin slices of speck, and a little arugula, I complained to the staff. I had to count the slices to the woman at the cashier and point out that the roll requires 50% extra filling (filling = all the ingredients). Having said that, she decided to make it again, and miraculously, it was comparable to what I eat at other locations in the chain. I hope it doesn't happen again.

The counter lady should learn how to accomodate the customers well. Since i came with 2 kids and they doesn't know what to order, i need to explain them, the lady at the back of the counter looked at us with straight face and without even suggesting anything. There was nobody in line, but she looked annoyed. My daughter even asked me after, why is the lady looked angry. I just said she might be very tired.

La piadina di per sé non è male, peccato tutto il resto. Servizio pessimo (non è colpa di chi ci lavora ma di chi gestisce), non si possono lasciare DUE persone che devono correre tra cassa e cucina. Il risultato? Si attende 30min per ordinare e ritirare 2 piadine da asporto. Ovviamente ANCHE QUESTA VOLTA, ho una convenzione (sconto) e pago tutto a prezzo pieno, cosa che mi è già successa 2 volte solo in questa piadineria. Come se non bastasse, ho ordinato e pagato due rotoli, ma una delle due me l’hanno fatta piada (e ovviamente me ne sono accorto una volta a casa). In tutto ciò consiglio vivamente di rivedere il sistema di areazione perchè non è possibile uscire da li dopo 30min e avere i vestiti che puzzano di fritto per tutto il giorno.

La peggiore Piadineria di tutta Milano, servizio davvero pessimo, personale scortese e incompetente. La chiusura sarebbe alle 21.30 ma puntualmente il locale chiude ogni sera alle 21.10

Ho la diarrea da due giorni dopo aver mangiato qui. Maledetto il giorno che ho scelto di fermarmi a mangiare qui

Terrible attitude from someone who should be serving with courtesy. It seems like you're bothering her. HORRIBLE service. NEVER AGAIN. How can you hire such uninterested, completely unpleasant, and rude staff? 20 minutes for a piadina with the place empty. SHAME ON YOU!

This is already the second time (I gave up the first) that I've ordered two take-home items that needed alterations, and they're made without them. Either the person making them can't read, or they're just working with the sea in their minds. The fries also seem like they were made the day before, limp and saltless. I'll never go into a place like this again.

Half an hour for two piadinas and one baby Nutella, while over 30 people passed by the counter and received their orders. The second time I asked for an explanation of my order, the counter girl went back and obviously they'd completely forgotten about it because she started making them herself.

I've never seen this piadina shop without a monitor for taking orders. When I walked in, I saw more than 20 people in line. If someone was in a hurry, they wouldn't eat, so I left. Why wait an hour in line? Three girls preparing piadinas. Maybe it's better to increase the staff. I was a regular customer, and I don't think I'll ever set foot in Bareggio again.

Persistently understaffed for months, which for customers means unacceptable wait times and poor service, certainly not the fault of the staff. Update: For three weeks now, there's also been no soap in the bathroom (which is also in very questionable hygienic conditions). Waiting times for food have improved.

We just walked in and the girl at the counter was on her cell phone. As soon as she saw us enter, she hid behind the kitchen to talk on her phone. We waited for over five minutes standing at the register while she occasionally peeked through the glass. Impatiently, we decided to leave, and when we opened the door, she finally came out the back door, shrugging. The outside was littered with discarded fries, and cobwebs hung around the door. (For those in charge, in case they want to know who the employee on duty was, we entered the place on Wednesday, September 10th at 4:15 PM.) Not recommended!

After waiting at the counter for 35 minutes, I decided to leave without ordering anything. I wasn't the only dissatisfied customer; many other customers had made the same decision, opting for another establishment. With only two people to serve hundreds of orders, it was virtually impossible to receive efficient service.

I'll start by saying I'm not from the area, but this was my first time at this place in Bareggio. We stopped only because we know the chain and wanted a quick, authentic lunch. The staff was truly incompetent. The girl at the cash register was extremely rude, lazy, and very slow. She couldn't even say a simple "hello" when she came to the register to take our order. After we waited 5 minutes, she was in the kitchen across the street laughing and joking with the guy who makes the piadinas. (You can see everything from the register because the kitchen is right in front.) We ordered, waited another 20 minutes for two piadinas. I went to get them at the counter, and she didn't even give us the tray. We had to ask for one. She held it in her hand so she could pass it to me. As she was passing them around, I also noticed some ingredients falling onto the floor. The paper around the piadina had probably been messed up, too. I did, however, order a "Il patapollo" piadina without tomato sauce. Obviously, it was made by the same guy as before, who was joking and laughing with the clerk. This is what I received. I won't even comment on it; I'll leave it up to you to decide. DO NOT GO THERE, ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED... but I advise managers or hiring agencies to hire staff who are willing to work and, above all, know how to do it.
