I love pizza just I love it when it comes with the stuff that I ordered on it. Sometimes it comes the way I ordered it. I want extra cheese. I have to have extra cheese with what ever I order topping wise. I usually never get extra cheese when I order from here. Nov.8, 2017 I just bought a pizza extra cheese Canadian bacon and pinaple. Half of the pizza crust is no good burned and I like crust. I just waisted my money.

Poor service. When I walked right in there, employees immediately said, “welcome”. I then walked to the pick up counter, and waited for a minute. At that time, there was no customer. All seats were empty. Don’t see anyone in the back busy with something, but I waited. Then a man came up and he could not u destined my name, so I had to repeat my name 3 times. Then he went back and said he could not find my order. I then showed him my order info from my phone. He then asked me to say the order #. I said 542. He said 543. I said 542 again, but louder this time. He finally got my pizzas. What a trip.

Order two large pizzas and ask extra sauce they put so much sauce on the pizza I have to eat it with a spoon. To the kid that made my pizzas do you think that was a joke or what? Set the third Domino's in the past 2 months that have failed miserably. Mr. Manager you think 3.6 is a good review rating? The only reason you didn't get less 2 is a couple of perfect scores offset it. Good luck in my town you would be closed forever.

So ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese pepperoni bread and pasta and when the food was delivered the forgot to bring my bread so I wait 20 mins for them to bring the bread then when I opened the bbq chicken pizza it was a mess like if the driver was driving fast and the pizza turned upside down I wanted on the phone 7 minutes and spoke with Charles who said he was the store manager I told him I took a picture of the pizza and if he can make a new one and pick up this messed up one he said ok a hour passes I spoke with him at 12:20 and called back at 1:20 he said the driver was on his way about 20 mins later driver comes and the pizza was so cold like if he was driving around this was the most rudest customer service I have ever experienced and because of this me and my son didn’t get to eat pizza had to drive to get us something to eat this unacceptable and ridiculous horrible establishment

Incomplete order. every time I called they told me that they are contacting the manager to see how to solve the problem. I asked them not to charge me for the shortage and they did not and I also left a 9 dollar tip before receiving the order.

Manager and team that works the night shift is super weird and rude .After working a 10hr shift I come to pick up my pizzas since on the app they said they were ready turns out when I got there they misplaced the order and only remade one of my pizzas .1Hr and 20 min wait for 2 pizzas is crazy . I thought curbside was just get and go not wait 1Hr and 20 mins and go inside to figure it out how sickening . Manager has no skills they just put anyone upfront .If better training was done this wouldn’t even be a issue

The person on the phone was named Jorge and was very rude asked for a manger and he said he's the manager today been waiting over an hr and some change to get my order will not order from this location again

I purchased online and received a discount 20% discount on my order. the driver was awesome. I tip online $9.85 but when I look at my recipe the driver didn't receive the online tip. My recipe reflected a up charge on the items I ordered. I feel awful that management or the store took the young man's tip. I tried calling the store and was put on hold for over 7 minutes and I was not able to get through. This store's management is stealing from there delivery drivers. Be careful if you give online tips, it better to just give your drivers cash. Thank you to the young delivery driver, my husband is a vet who just had surgery and your service was awesome helping a family provide dinner to a disable Veteran.

Absolutely horrible service! They made my pizza incorrect. Managers are super weird. Calling corporate and getting my money back. No one washed their hands, hair everywhere , calling ops! Floor was insanely filthy. Windows were so filthy you couldn’t see through them sending photos DONT GO HERE!

The center was completely uncooked and doughy. Raw dough is a health hazard and can make someone seriously ill. This is not a matter of taste or preference — food must be fully cooked before being served. Selling raw pizza shows a dangerous lack of basic food safety standards. No customer should be put at risk because proper cooking wasn’t done. Completely unacceptable.

The staff were not friendly.. no hello as soon as entered.. the order was ready only after 20 min it was placed. We ordered 2 pizzas and one cheese garlic bread. We were given the wrong garlic bread. One pizza was not good and not up to expectation. The 2nd pizza was good.

The service was slow, they gave us the wrong order with contained meat, we are vegetarians, so this was not ok. The staff had an attitude which we also didn’t like. Overall a 2/10 experience.
