The fish was way overcooked. The poor young woman managing the taking of orders,packaging them,delivering to some tables,getting bags of food from freezer,along with loading some things into fryers to help out the 2 young men working with her. She was definitely overworked,but did all with a smile. Maybe the 2 guys were new,but....Some customers were angry that they had to wait so long. I felt sorry for the girl,as she was really trying SO hard...rushing around

My husband and I spent $30 on food thru takeout. None of it was edible. We were pressed for time or we would have went back. The restaurant was filthy and I stood at the register for 8 min. before my order was taken. We frequently eat at this establishment but after this visit, not so sure we will be back.

I just left this place about 10 min ago and for starters they said they ran out of fish and when we asked if they had any shrimp they told us they only had 13. When we went up to the window to pay our food was already bagged which is fine but it was cold and soggy. We live 40 min away from this Long John silvers/KFC and just wanted a quick bite to eat before heading home.

Long John Silver’s … Over cooked fish and fries. When was the last time they changed oil? The stale smell was strong. The quantity and quality went down at this location. The counter person was rude. 6 pieces of fish went straight to the bin

Food was not good. They had no tatlrter sause because your company didn't care. The district manager should have been on point and no matterwhat figured it out a fish place with no tartar sauce is jacked. Hopefully your company cares about because your company whould not be fall if your company upers only had one store in Batavia n yet you cant get it right. Who ever runs n not the manager the that's that place should not have a job. Person doesn't care but when I closes I guess just food stamps will be handed out. To you ethical rights have to hire pple who don't care never would go back

Place was disgusting, the Manager "Carrie" was highly inappropriate. Food was greasy, fryer oil must not have been changed in months. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. CORPORATE SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION AND THE STAFF THAT REPRESENTS THEM!!! GROSS!!!

Can't tell if the food is chicken or fish it all tastes the same . The food was cold dry and must have been sitting a long time. The hush puppies were ok and the pot pie was hot but not much taste . Leaving the place you have to drive out next to the drive thru. If you are from out of town it might take you a few minutes to figure out how to get back on the road especially when it is dark parking lot was dark no lights .they were out of tartar sauce and cocktail sauce what seafood place runs out of these

Tried LJS after ages. Tasted so bad. Don't think will ever try again. Fish was definitely taken out of trash and refried in old burnt oil..Food inspector should visit this place and review camera recordings.

Drove 40 miles for Long Johns amd was more than disappointed. My pup wouldn't even eat it. Seriously. I tried to share and he eats anything and was too greasy im guessing or the grease was old. It was a greasy inedible mess. The poor girl taking orders was new and left on her own. She was overwhelmed to say the least. Finally it took over 30 min. to get my order. A real disappointment.

Terribly, slow, incompetent and rude. I arrived at 8:30, took about 15 minutes to order even though only one person was ahead of me. Took another 10 minutes to get cold food. Then was told in a very rude way when I picked up my food at the counter that I would have to leave because the restaurant was closing soon. I said the sign on the door says 11:00. She said, “that’s the drive through, leave.”Until now I had been very patient and kind. I said “this is ridiculous that I can’t eat inside, it’s not even 9:00.” As I was leaving the lady that took my order was at the door to lock it and rudely said, “you can’t sit there” when all I was doing was going to the table I planned to sit at to grab my drink. I get to my car and realize my order is wrong, items are missing and half my food was cold. It wasn’t even 9:00 yet.

Ordered 4 chicken nuggets and the famous bowl, they told me at the window it would be 10 minutes and said they’d bring it out to me. 30 minutes goes by, I pull back to the drive thru Because at this point my one year old is sleeping in her car seat and I don’t want to wake her up to go inside to see what the heck is taking so long, they tell me to continue waiting… so after an hour of waiting for 5 minutes worth of cooking, I’m angry at this point. woke my child up, went inside to find my dinner sitting on the “pick up” shelf.. To make things even more confusing, they only had about 4-5 customers in the whole place. No excuse for such careless behavior.
