Came here on a Thursday night close to 10pm. Nothing to complain about, the drive through was moving quickly, the staff was friendly enough, and the food was as expected. Wendy's locations will tend to forget my ranch sauce whenever I order chicken nuggets but I'm happy to report that I received two cups of ranch to accommodate my spicy nuggets at this location so I'm grateful for that. Only thing is that they almost forgot my frosty so it's a good thing we noticed before we pulled away from the restaurant. This type of stuff happens all the time but friendly reminder to check your food before leaving the premises to ensure you have everything you paid for since mistakes happen.
One of the better fast food places. I call ahead so when I get there & go inside the food is ready to be picked up.
It has been years since I actually been in a Wendy's. This establishment was extremely close to St. Joseph's University Long Island Campus. The location is everything. The food was good. The beverage machine was truly one of the more modern ones and enabled you to choose from tons of options. The service was fast. The bathroom was clean. There was a required code to enter the bathroom, but getting the code was easy. The fact that this restaurant was right off the highway and easy to jump back on was great. I would suggest some signage that can be viewed on the highway to inform drivers they are approaching Wendy's on the next exit. I happened to see this location luckily because I was visiting my alma mater.
Ordered 2 large chili. Watered-down. Needed more meat. The old style chili was much better.
They got rid of lettuce buns because they use shredded lettuce now. For someone with a bread allergy, it makes out harder to enjoy unless I make a bun with French fries which is too much just to enjoy.
Food and all was fine but staff members cursing when kids are in the dining area? Not cool. Customer service doesn't end once the order is paid for.
Almost positive this location is on the top ten list of dirtiest places around lol. 🤮
If you order drive thru make sure to check your order! We've ordered from here multiple times and I swear every single time something is wrong. Most recently we ordered a daves double meal and a baconator meal. They forgot the baconator and just gave us a regular double. Last week we got a baconator and a double, and the double was only a single. The staff does not check what they throw in the bags. It's such a gamble. Very disappointing.
Im not even joking lol no lid and mushy crumbly chicken. Whhhaaaaaaaaat. This is disgusting. How did I get a salad with no lid... I wanted it for the next day so I just threw it in the fridge. Lettuce was exposed so it was soggy and mush. The chicken looks and FEELS like someone chewed it and put it on the open salad what .. is happening. Not eating this. Really??

I went to the drive through to order food. I gave the girl my credit card and she put it on the machine, then I saw her do it again. I thought the card may have errored, but when I check my account I had two charges. I called the manager to report it and fix it. I was told she couldn’t do anything I would have to handle it with my bank.
My first visit to the Wendy's counter area where you get the ketchup and straws was extremely dirty. The visit was mid-day and it shouldn't have been looking like that. No Ketchup cups. There was enough staff there was no reason for it to look that way. I will never visit again. The board of health should be notified for an inspection.
Ordered a large meal got a medium and the fries was almost empty. And added 2 double stack sandwiches found the junior burger.... this location is the worst.
If I could give this Wendy’s ZERO stars I would. I have never had a problem with any Wendy’s and I assure you we will never eat Wendy’s again. I suggest you avoid this place at all cost. We just ate PLASTIC that was cooked into the “egg” sandwich. Do not eat here unless you feel like going to the hospital. $24 spent and still hungry but I have to wait until the doctor permits.
I have never normally had a problem at this Wendy’s, besides a few one-off instances of stale nuggets / fries. However, Today was my last straw. I ordered nuggets and fries and they didn’t taste off or anything, but I got the worst food poisoning of my life and was violently ill within hours of eating here. Avoid at all costs! I will not go back. I never write bad reviews, but this is a health and safety issue.
Yesterday 11/1/20 at around 7:53PM I stopped by the wendys drive through to pick up some food. I ordered a #6 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, 2 kids meals and a lemonade. I arrived home a short 6 minutes later. Eager to eat my sandwich as I had been starving, I take a bite of my sandwich and thought something felt off, texture wise, I ate the first bite.. then I take my sandwich apart, and to my disbelief the chicken was COMPLETELY RAW! Immediately I took a video of what I was looking at. I went back to the restaurant and asked the man at the drive thru window to take a look at what they had served me, and he refused and exclaimed “I can’t take that back”.. he then turns around and calls his manager? Who takes my wendys bag, takes the sandwich out and says “what the” they offered to replace my sandwich and file a claim which I did. How does this happen at a fast food joint?
This is not what a paid for. I asked for a baconator and got this joke of a cheeseburger. This location needs to be shut down. Food is always old and dried out.
