My burger is a little bit dry, ( I had five guys in mahanttan, it's better, and tbh shake shack has more juicy burger) and my hot sauce is missing in my burger. The peanut butter milkshake is really good though.

Comparing all burgers in the fast casual space my standouts are Five Guys, Shake Shack, and In-N-out. The burgers are in no way as pretty as the latter 2 options but they more than make up for it in taste and in my opinion value. I do enjoy the complimentary peanuts and the fact that when ordering online, your fries are only then put to fry to ensure freshness. It's not complicated because it doesn't need to be and if you hold it to that standard I think five guys is a great burger and alternative option to some of the other franchise chains in the country. Keep it up Five guys.

It's pretty basic. When you go into a five guys. Burgers are reasonably pricy, but you know what you're getting. Probably better than and In and Out.

This is one of the best-running Five Guys I've had the pleasure of visiting! Their standard waiting time is still better than other locations even when busy! Their burgers are assembled neatly and super-tasty!

Really nice burgers they serve snd you can watch as they make it in there open view kitchen along with a choice of regular and small burger and fries. I was pleasantly surprised however when i opened my burger to find 2 pattys instead of 1, pretty good value meal if your tired of the regular McDonald's and burger king like I am. While the overall taste of the meal may not be the best thing you ever eat, It will definitely have a taste of actual potato and meat.

I normally love the fries at five guys but today I was disappointed. They were over cooked didn't have a five guy fries flavor and the size pieces were not good. I have higher expectations. I've been to this location before and it wasn't like this, hopefully it's a one time thing.

The inside restaurant was disgusting. And the staff were extremely rude, so I left after waiting 12 minutes at the register, do they not want to make money?

I spent hard-earned money at Five Guys expecting a proper burger, and what I got was paper-thin, burnt, and flavorless. Not “a little overdone.” Way overcooked. The kind of overcooked where you’re chewing dry, charred meat and wondering how anyone looked at it and thought, “Yeah, serve that.” And here’s the part that really gets me: it wasn’t even a full, solid patty. There were gaps in the burger. Like the meat didn’t even cover the bun properly. If you zoom in on the picture, you can literally see the holes/gaps all through the meat — it doesn’t even look right, like pieces are missing. How does that happen at a place that’s supposed to be known for burgers? So I’m asking the obvious questions that management should be asking too: • Why is it so thin? • Why is it burnt? • Why does it have no flavor, even with cheese? • Why are there gaps/holes like it wasn’t formed right? This doesn’t feel like a mistake ,it feels like no pride or cutting corners, because there’s no way you don’t see how bad this looks. If I worked there, I’d be embarrassed handing this to a paying customer. Five Guys is not cheap, and I’m not paying premium prices to get a burger that tastes like it was intentionally cooked past the point of edible. Never again. This is what happens when companies start cutting corners ,they think customers won’t notice, but we do. Look at the image: management should be embarrassed selling that to a paying customer. And here’s the thing: once you start serving people food like this, you don’t just lose one sale — you lose the trust. People don’t come back to “give it another chance” after they feel cheated, especially when you’re charging premium prices. They remember it, they tell their friends, and the next time they’re hungry they go somewhere else without even thinking twice. It takes one bad order like this to turn a regular customer into a former customer.

I drove like 20 minutes to came here and door was closed 10 minutes before.. one guy opened for me and after having entered they told it was closed..they were supposedly out of meat.

Recently, this has happened several times. The bread has always been soggy. I find soggy hamburgers very unpleasant. This is the third time it has occurred. Please resolve this issue.

Came in last night for food and ordered a single patty bacon cheeseburger for myself and single cheeseburger for my bf. The cashier repeated the order and said single. Why do I get charged 40+ for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 sodas and 1 fry? I get my food and both are double patties. She left for her shift so it was obvious she didn't care about charging me for doubles. We ended up tossing food because we couldn't finish. I hate eating food. So anyone going to this location make sure you tell the kitchen yourself because the cashiers don't care about getting your order right. I'm sorry if you hate your job, that's not on the customer.
