First off, the food was really good...as always! but there was a particular someone that stuck out to me...her name was Denise! She was excellent in the customer service dept., and she acted like she actually wanted to be here! She took the time to make a few jokes and ask "is there anything else we can do for you today?" Which stood out to me, because nobody else wanted to be there )-:(there was another gentlemen that grinned forcefully and rudely cut me off when I spoke multiple times) either way, I love her smile and caring attitude and I will be back just to see her!
First time to eat here. Wonderful food and experience. Taste was excellent and I will go back.

My husband and I LOVE Chipotle on Dowlen in Beaumont, Texas. We come as often as we can because the food is always fresh, the restaurant from the lobby, kitchen and the restrooms are always super clean. The manager does a great job with his staff. Everyone is always working and you can tell they enjoy working there.
Absolute greatest experience. Welcomed well, the gentlemen that was working Saturday night around 9PM I don’t believe his name was Juan, but he was kind and had the upmost respect. He truly catered to me and my Partner and for that I will always remember. Please higher management, if you can recognize this employee and ensure him he is doing a great job
Went to restaurant 7/23/23 wanted a small meal for brother who just had surgery and cannot eat much. Online advertised kids meal. Here none. Had to pay$9:58 for a small amount of food. Not right at all. Don't go if you have someone who can't eat alot.

I eat at Chipotle fairly frequently...at least monthly. I've had Chipotle across Texas and Colorado, and hear me when I say this was the BEST bowl I've had in a very, very long time! The food was so tasty! I get the same thing pretty much all the time, but this sofritas bowl was on point!! Great food, excellent service, clean! Worth the drive across town!
Me and my boyfriend came by for the first time and had a great experience! Food was amazing. Loved their watermelon lemonade. Employees were very polite and playful with each other which is something I really love to see, I believe it shows they work in a good environment. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming to eat here again!
First time at this restaurant. I have recently committed to eating healthier and yet love Mexican food. This grill lets me do both!! I love the way you can customize what you want to eat, affordably. The only downside for me, is the cold sterile-feeling mostly steel/steel colored seats and tables. Other than that, I am definitely making this one of my new favorite places to eat healthy and tasty cuisine. The service from folks at service counter/cashier and on-duty manager (Karina), was awesome too!
Went to get dinner tonight at Chipotle on my break from work. I was greeted by a smile and everybody was friendly tonight. By the time I got to the counter a woman cashed me out and by the time I got to the car to check my receipt I realized that it wasn’t the normal total I pay. Instead, it was less! I received a discount because I was in my nurse uniform with my badge. It said the hosts name was Lyn. I wanted to thank her and give a good review on top of hopefully getting this girl a raise because I was having a rough night at work and she just made my night better! To look up the details if needed my order number was #545 and it was placed at 8:59PM on 10/06/2024. I know chipotle doesn’t really do discounts for nurses, but it was such a nice gesture and she should be rewarded for her kindness!
We were passing through and needed quick food. They had a full staff and mostly empty. Their bathrooms had a keypad which is quite inconvenient for guests since someone needs to punch you in.
We go to Texas from Louisiana twice a month because we don't have one in Lake Charles, and this staff is amazing and the food is off the chain!!! Thank you Chipotle Staff!! We drive 2 hour round trip to visit you guys and we love it!!!!
The staff is usually friendly. And they were today. Very professional and made the burrito the way that I wanted it. The restrooms were clean and the restaurant was clean and orderly. The food prep area was clean and the servers appeared to take cleanliness seriously. The flavor and the variety of items was good. I believe the price that I paid was worth the value of the meal.
Tables could have been cleaner, but the food is always on point!!! Wish they had atleast free lunch for your bday or something..lol

**A Wonderful Family Dinner at Beaumont's Chipotle** Last Tuesday after practice, we had a fantastic time at Beaumont's Chipotle. The warm welcome, efficient service, and delicious burrito bowls made for a memorable evening. It's a must-visit in Beaumont for a satisfying meal with family or friends.
Definitely healthy and delicious food at a great price, clean bathrooms and fresh atmosphere. The only thing I would pay attention is the amount of food on the bowls 🥣. While some of them add the right portions, others just do it too fast and don't pay attention on that. Also, tortillas needs to be heated a little longer and individually. I always order 6+ bowls with tortillas and they put 2 per pack.
Chipotle is the best place ever! Love all of the workers. Mrs. Karina is doing an amazing job at the Beaumont location 😁
Not my personal preference but I can always find something to eat and it's good. My family loves it .

This location was clean, fast and all of the food options looked great! Veggies were mixed bell peppers instead of all green too.
This location was great. Chipotle is a go to for us. I eft California 3 weeks ago and hadn't had it in about 5 weeks. Usually about once a month. This was our first time enjoying it in Texas... Beaumont Texas. I ordered 3 tacos, 1 her way, 2 my way, and chips and guacamole as well. Always fresh guac at Chipotle. This Chipotle is open till 11pm... In California, most of all the ones I frequented are 10pm close. I sat inside, and after 9pm as well. No wait, for me. As soon as I sat down, 20-25 minutes here, a person, on average, 1 in less than every 5 minutes was walking in and ordering or picking up an order. So you know, the keep the callbin orders in the back, not out for "things that happen" to go on. So if you're innthe area and might think it's iffy, they got you covered here. Pleanty of staff busy doing their things. Food builders were great and food was fantastic! Thank you Chipotle for another great, consistent (just like every other one- no food difference- on point)meal. The crew here, Monday night on 10-21-24, after 9pm sometime... was on game and all pleasant. Thank you again.
I straight-up love Chipotle. They cook their meat right they take the time to make sure everything tastes how it should and there's almost no Mexican place that can measure up taste-wise to Chipotle. I always get the Mondo burrito and it's always super filling even for a 225 lb guy...yo!
My wife and I don’t have a Chipotle where we live, so it’s probably been at least a year since we’ve had their burrito bowls. When we found out we were driving through Beaumont, we immediately decided to head to the Chipotle to satisfy our year-long cravings. And I can honestly say that we weren’t the least bit disappointed! We might me finding excuses to make the hour drive back to Beaumont to pay this Chipotle another visit in the future…
I was very hungry that day & I decided to ride out to Chipotle to get me something to eat. We only have one Chipotle in Beaumont & it is a15 to 20 minute ride,but was worth the ride . I walked & told the young man what I wanted, paid for my food& drove home ate & was full. The food was very tasty. Everyone was really nice.
I'm going to have to start ordering bowls because half the time the servers don't know how to roll a burrito properly and it becomes a mess in your lap.
Chipotle Mexican grill is a very calm restaurant. It is always clean, neat, and peaceful. The staff greets you from the moment you walked through the door and also when you approach the counter look at their menu. If you are unsure about certain ingredients the staff members are very knowledgeable of the ingredients on their menu. The food taste wonderful and I love they're vegan menu. If you are worried about nutrition you should not worry about it at Chipotle. They have a menu that fix just about everyone's diet plan, where do you care about your health or not. The cost of the food is a tad bit pricey but it is absolutely worth it because the size of the food is huge.
Come to be a go to place for me. Food is always good and I've never had a single problem with this location and im always out quickly with my order. Nothing makes it "stand out" otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. Good quality and good staff, can't complain
Awesome location the staff are friendly serve you big portions. Got extra scoops of rice at no charge . Food was fresh and extra tasty. The atmospheric was great a bit to cold for my liking but highly recommend to eat here.
unfortunately since freebirds in beaumont closed, I have to come here for a burrito. not even close quality wise, but still good. it can be expensive. ordering on the app is the easiest, just hope nobody steals your bag off of the shelf. I wish it wasn’t so easy to do that. they often forget to put silverware in the bag so make sure to bring your own or ask for some.
Around 6 pm, so busy day had restaurant out of several items- kind of disappointing. Not the cleanest inside or out. Staff attentive to customers.
Everything was good it was my first time trying … I just didn’t like the fact that they don’t let you know they are charging you extra for guacamole… on top of being rushed to make a order …and I asked for a small amount and she put so much on my food … so I scraped majority of it off … to pay 3.00 for it smh.. probably won’t be back

Has been my favorite place. I started going just this year so I wasn't use to it. I have started going every week but not lately. Service has been a little rude and not sure if I want to go back.
The restaurant was clean and I noticed an employee was checking the temperature of the food , I liked that and the reason I gave only 3 stars is the chicken looked like it was shredded or left over , the rice was under cooked maybe someone should sample the food before they serve it to see if it's ready to serve , and the server gave me a whole lot of the rice and just a little bit of everything else. But other than that it was okay and good place to eat.
My 1st time in this restaurant. The food is good, but the attitudes of some of the employees is horrible. I said I would not return. They are not welcoming and was argumentative regarding the portions if more was requested. My finances were questioned regarding the request which was inappropriate and unprofessional.
Every single table was visibly dirty with food or smeared something. When I asked the cashier if he had a rag to clean the tables he got a dry rag and just brushed the food bits off the tables. I asked if he had a damp cleaning rag and he said there was probably one in the back but he didn’t make a move to get it. The food has improved in this location but the tables are consistently dirty.
3rd time to go into this location and every time the portions get smaller and smaller. Had to ask them multiple times to put another scoope It was a half scoop of beans and rice. And a quarter scoop of chicken. Had to complain to get more each time.
Don’t bother placing an order ahead on the mobile app. This store does not utilize the shelves they have for mobile order pickup. They have a nice, tall, rack of shelves inside with nothing on them! Instead, they use a cart in back to the side of the registers to put the to go orders on and you have to go up and ask if they have your order… I sat and waited for someone to put my order on the shelf like they were suppose to, then I noticed people were picking up to go orders at the register. Apparently mine had been sitting on the cart for a while. No sign or anyone indicating that’s where to pick up your order. I’m sure if cooperate came around and saw that, it would not be acceptable. I could have stood in line and left with my food quicker!
Everything just so,so. Not impressed. Sat there and ate food was barely warm. Service sad.
I usually love this location. I’ve had a few bad experiences but not enough to change my review from 4 years ago, until today. 12/28/23. The burrito is legit cold. Not even sure how that happens. The rice and beans are hard and the tortilla is stale. I’ve been craving Chipotle for a week and I finally got it and I’m so disappointed.
I often make a quick lunch stop to this location, but there has been 2 recent transactions where I was charged incorrectly. In this pic, I was charged an extra $2 for cauliflower rice and clearly you can see white rice. Another time I was charged for double queso. I normally purchase the chicken bowl which is pretty satisfying. I will continue to dine at this location but I will make sure to pay close attention to my receipt next time.
I am from Mesquite Texas the service here was awful, rude and terrible. I paid for two meets. Steak $6.80 and Barbacoa $10.60 = $17.30 total over $24.00 1 bowl. I was not even given the regular potion of meat. I asked for more meat. She gave me a very small ( string) amount. She would not do it. I spoke with the Manager who said they are new and she was sorry this had happened. She gave some more Barbacoa on the said. I feel like if you pay for extra meat or 2 meat it should be the same amount as a regular bowl potion. I am really disappointed in the Behavior of the associates. I was only visiting Beaumont TX for a week. PS. A Young man before me. The young lady over loaded his bowl with steak and chicken all the side. Placed it in a bag and gave it to him.
This place was suggested to me by a client. I had been coming for the past 2 months and encountered a rude cashier named Zeke tonight. His co-worker was busy so I informed him I had Carne Asada and he stated "I don't trust customers!" I informed him that sounded unprofessional and could have been stated another way and he looked me in my eyes and said with more emphasis "I DON'T TRUST CUSTOMERS"! I repeated my statement and he ignored me while instructing me on how to insert my payment. I asked him his name and he ignored me, I asked again and he stated "Zeke" while smirking (not even sure if that is his real name). As I was leaving I saw him speaking to a female co-worker right behind him and they both looked up and laughed. While I can understand his need to verify my order with his co-worker for authenticity, his verbiage was totally unnecessary and unwarranted. I was there the previous night and when the cashier tallied up my order, it was at least $2 dollars less than it usually is and I informed him that something was not right because I normally pay more. I then asked him what he charged me for and he said "Steak." I told him "No I had Carne Asada not regular steak." The cashier stated "dang you could have got away with that" and I said "not in GOD's eyes." Since the young man thought it was funny to talk to a customer like that, perhaps a little more training could assist him with what he says to or in front of paying customers.
The Chipotle in Beaumont has to be one of the very worst ones in the nation. The food is so inconsistent that you can almost call it consistently random, but the service is quite abysmal. (And that might be a generous description.) I love Chipotle and eat it quite regularly (usually once a week), despite but the Beaumont Chipotle putting its best effort forth to persuade me to quit eating here. As someone who visits as frequently as I do, you would think I would get a "Hello!" or a "Nice to see you again" every once in a while, but instead, I am almost always met with a cold apathy you would associate with robots. As I said, the level of execution with which the food is prepared varies greatly. Some times it's great, some times it's very mediocre, and it can be anywhere in between other times. But the real horror of this location is the service, or lack thereof. I already mentioned the entirely unfriendly demeanor of the staff, but there is also a gross lack of urgency among the staff. I cannot tell you how many times I have been at this Chipotle with a line eight or ten deep, and there will only be one or two employees preparing customer orders while the rest are cleaning or doing other things that seemingly could wait until the line has been processed more. Beyond that, the employees often make mistakes in preparing my burritos, even though I am very clear about what I want on them. I usually get asked what kind of rice and beans and protein I want on my burrito while the tortilla is warming, but when I do I almost always have to repeat what kind of beans and meat I want even though I just said it. During my most recent visit, I was getting a burrito for myself and a bowl for my wife; upon being asked if I wanted veggies or queso, I clearly replied that I wanted veggies on both, no queso on either. However, the employee immediately started putting queso on my wife's bowl. I also had said that I wanted chicken on both, but while I was telling the employee in the second station/position what things my wife wanted her bowl finished with, they failed to put chicken on my burrito. As I was focusing on making sure my wife's bowl was prepared correctly, I missed this error being made. However, when I was handed my receipt (actually I had to reach across to grab it as the employee had walked away as soon as ringing up my order), I noticed that I was charged for a veggie burrito. Thinking that was odd, I opened my burrito up to discover that it did not have any chicken. I then went back to the counter to remedy to error, and the employee's reply to me saying that "this is supposed to be chicken burrito" was simply, "they're the same price." Um, okay; well, that's hardly the point; I want a chicken burrito. Furthermore, after handing the employee my open burrito and stating that I was fine with the chicken just being added and the burrito re-rolled, I was basically ignored for a couple of minutes until I noticed that they were remaking my burrito (and incorrectly at that--the extra rice and veggies were not on it until I pointed out that I had asked for extra rice and veggies). If I had known they were going to just throw away my original burrito, I would have just asked for the chicken in a to-go cup or something; I definitely did not want to waste all that food from my original burrito. However, the very unresponsive employees at this location did not give any feedback or communicate anything with me (including a "sorry for that mistake; we'll correct it right away"), so I had no idea what was going on until I observed them remaking the burrito. Again, I love Chipotle, but the Beaumont location has to be one the absolute worst in the company. UPDATE: So apparently when you post a negative review on Google, you get a standardized reply from Chipotle to contact them on their website. Here's my counteroffer: just use what I took the time to post on here to improve your store.
Like others have said. The cilantro lime white rice wasn’t fully cooked and this wasn’t long at all after opening time. Also really messed my stomach up. Used to eat at this location a few years ago but the food quality has definitely gone downhill recently.
I have never come to Chipotle and felt like they didn't want to prepare my order. That is until today. There were several young men standing around laughing, one finally came over to prepare my order. He literally threw everything in the bowl. It was so sloppy. I'm big on professionalism and today was a big negative. I love the food but not sure if I'll be a returning customer to the Dowlen location.
Update 3/21/24: second time to get food poisoning from this place. i didn’t learn my lesson the first time. Original: This place is a pretty decent place to get a good, healthy burrito. They also have soft tacos, bowls, and some other things which you can build. Their guacamole uses some of the freshest avocados I have tasted and overall has a fairly clean restaurant. 5 stars for being a great "fast-food" restaurant.
First time at Chipotle. We let the server know we were new and to talk us through...he was like (Whatever?) Anyway, the extra charge for my wife's Guacamole and cheese...was misleading on the menu...it states (EXTRAS; Guacamole $2.70, Cheese $1.70)..she of course assumed it as if you wanted extra...not regular. Anyway, the food was not fresh (like the commercials)..the commercials are GREAT, and it looks great...There was little flavor in the carne asada, and the workers did not seem very friendly to us (cashier was nice and smiled), the manager was not people friendly to us...all in all $37 for two meals, a small drink, and a 3oz bag of chips..We were very dis-satisfied with the lack of cleanliness of the floors and tables (1pm ish) on a Saturday. Again, the value for what we spent was not there...but we thought the food in the commercials looked so good.
Rudest staff, rush you as soon as you walk in, skimp you on the scoops and make sure you’re aware it’s extra for another. Not near as good as any other chipotle. Completely skipped any other vegetables than the bell peppers and closed my bowl up.
Got my food thrown to me on the counter. Asked the cashier what was wrong and she stated that two employees was mad at each other that day. SHOULDN'T take your anger out on customers. Will never return and my experience has been posted on social media.
Seriously why is the salad 98% toppings. Why would I want a salad with a ladle full of sour cream? A tablespoon per topping would suffice. Continually disappointed. There is no healthy option unless you walk the employee through each appropriate measurement. I ordered online. Nope.

This Beaumont location really disrupted my night. We ordered online and my son picked up the food. Once my husband and 2 sons began eating, there was NOTHING done right. Full of a bunch of rice, NO beans, a bite of their protein and lack af salsa. They just want food after a day of work and baseball game and they are going to bed dissatisfied! My son tried calling the location, only to get a series of automation and told team members don't take phone orders. He shouldn't have to blindly come back up there not knowing IF you would make it RIGHT! $40 gone?
The experience for my first time ever for Chipotle was horrible the place looks dingy the seating looks awkward the decor and lighting looks dark. I ordered the steak bowl and got one scoop of rice. The food looked dried and left out for hours wasn't very clean. 1st and last time for Chipotle
Foods always great, whoever was making the food at the beginning with the curly hair was super rude though. Stopped and sighed when I asked for extra meat. Told me he “knew how to do his job”. When I said only meat and cheese please. And the cashier didn’t understand the difference between a chipotle gift card and a visa gift card
I cannot believe I paid $20 for a bowl that had maybe enough food for a toddler. How this place has gotten away with highway robbery for this long is beyond me. A complete waste of money.
Waited and waited and waited, standing up more than 40 minutes, and that was just to place out order. Finally it's our turn and clerk says she will be right with us, while she the only 1 taking orders, made 3 good sized orders for delivery or pick up who knows. The burrito was medium size but the only thing making it so was l the beans and rice used as filler inside the almost meatless 10$ burrito. The meat, sauce, beans and rice were tasteless as well even with hit sauce. I ordered a side queso and had to pay extra for chips that lacked any personality at all. No say no salsa, no flavor. Horrible experience horrible food, horrible wait time standing as tables all carried closed signs. Not going to make that mistake again at 7:30 8 pm it should have been in and out or at least take a seat while u wait. Or better yet curb service which was not even offered period. I give this place -minus- 5 stars
Poor service, the guy that was serving me didn’t even put half scoop of red sauce and he just looked a me and smile, didn’t even say a word. I just thought it was very disrespectful of him, never coming back.
Went to this chipotle, had a very rude encounter with the cash register worker. I asked for my “sauce container” that was not passed down the row. The cashier then proceeded to make a snarky comment under her breath. She then said oh that’s vinaigrette, very rudely. She proceeded to mumble more under her breath, to which I responded did you say something?? Overall atomosphere was a 0. Unpleasant to be in there, actually ended up eating in my car rather than outside. Will not be going back! Cashier was shorter, Hispanic, and had white gauges in her ears! Stay clear of her!
i ate a chipotle burrito and have been throwing up for 2 days we are pretty positive i got food poisoning.
Inconsistent food quality control, sometimes too bland, other times extremely salty. Lazy and incompetent staff that can’t even scan the rewards properly. Go complain to Chipotle management and you will get a bag of stale chips as a reward. The Dowlen location is a joke.
They always give me ONE SMALL scoop of meat with a whole lot of rice, so when I asked why is that the employee states “the rice is free & you’re paying for the meat, so we give you more rice to fill the bowl or burrito “ 😒 so why would you NOT give me more of what I’m paying for?? Then when I tell him to put a FULL SCOOP of meat this time he proceeded to inform me that it’s extra $3 an ounce. I told him it’s fine even though that didn’t make sense because he previously told me that I’m paying for my meat ($9 for the one small scoop) & an extra scoop is $3 (full scoop) ….so either my math is off or chipotle is getting over on me & my hard earned money! For all they know, this could be my last meal until I get paid next week! If you’re going to get fired for giving me what I came to spend money on just say that & I’ll understand to go elsewhere. This was also my first time coming back after 3 years of not eating here because of the exact same issue!! Baytown nor houston chipotle doesn’t do that, so I’m starting to assume that it’s just Beaumont.

I average 2 mobile orders a week, between this location and the Port Arthur Location. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER AT THIS LOCATION ON EVERY ORDER. I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH IN THIS BRANCH AND WILL NOT RETURN.
This location is very convenient but will NEVER receive my business again. I have had three terrible experiences with their RUDE service members there. The most recent disappointment had to do with their hand written taped note about being out of sour cream, salsa and corn. I understand supplies run out but to still charge the same as if everything desired was on it is in my opinion bad business. Also when I got home and tasted the Tacos they over salted everything to the point of it making me sick. I called in to speak to a manager and the phone just rang and rang. I would NOT recommend this location as they need training and clearly better leadership there. Service is HORRIBLE.
So it's 635pm Sunday and just left. I wanted brisket bowl and all they had was barely a spoon full that was ALL GREASY. I asked for fresh and they didn't have anymore at the time. I had to ask if they fresh white rice alao which they did sitting on the prep table behind the line. Just replace it when it comes up so the customer gets the frshest possible product.Totally disgusted. They should have it along with everything else on the line. It should also look good and fresh not old and empty looking containers of food .Management needs to get it together with fresh looking food on the line and not scraping the bottom of the barrel to make peoples food. The line was to the door. Tonight it was terrible. Merry Christmas
The absolute worst for online order I order half carne asada half chicken literally only gave me the carne asada and filled my bowl with brown rice Ridiculous.
My very first experience here today was terrible. My friend that’s recovering from the hospital asked me to order for them and myself because they couldn’t do a pick up order which I would rather do since I’ve never been and I did not know how to correctly pronounce some of the items and with my anxiety I didn’t want to hold the long line up so I asked the nice younger guy could I show him what they picked on the chipotle website so I would not get it wrong because I already started off wrong saying a bowl instead of a burrito. The older white man walked up and said no, I needed to read it to them because they can’t see that off of my phone but the younger guy was reading just fine as he caught the fact I asked for a bowl but they wanted a burrito. He made me feel so bad for not knowing things the consistent customers most likely know. And since they made me read it myself I got my friend order wrong and did not even order for myself because I didn’t want to go through that again. I am a business owner of a bakery so I understand customers can be rude and how much hard work is done from the workers, but I was very respectful as I carry myself and my business and everywhere I go. But it is unbelievable the service I received. If a customer came to me saying could I go off of my website (which they have) to order their desserts I’d be happy to help them. I will not be returning to any chipotle ever again especially if that’s how they treat new customers or people not accustomed to the food they serve. I control my anxiety very well with me being in the food industry, but that definitely made me want to cry how bad he embarrassed me in that line.
Caught food poisoning from this location after only being my 2nd time visiting!! Will be pursuing judicially as I will be forced to miss work for 5he next couple of days!! Tried to call to properly inform them of the possible bacteria issue. No one answered and I was unable to reach anyone so I have taken the matter in my own hands as this is UNACCEPTABLE. NO reason people should be getting sick from your food as often as they do!!
I pay nearly 20 bucks for a small bowl of food. Not much in it at all. Some rice, a little bit of meat, some pico and some undercooked beans. Small portions of every one of them I do not recommend. Wasn't even that tasty either. Just bland poorly made food
Maybe you should teach your employees how to tighten the overpriced bowl so it doesn’t spill all over my car …
Terrible delivery service. They have forgotten my queso every single time I have ordered and haven’t even bothered to put a fork in the bag. I have called Chipotle myself to make sure this does not happen again in the same mistake is continuously happening. And I can’t even get a refund online, do not order with this restaurant online if you want your order messed up and don’t expect your money back if they mess your order up.
The lady gave me two little bitty microscopic pieces of chicken, I could count the beans she served. pretty much I paid $15 for a bowl of dry rice and Guacamole (on a positive note the guacamole was fresh) but it seems like she was afraid to serve I think the staff needs to be better trained to serve a fair amount for your money. With what she served me,( I'm 99 lbs,) and I was still hungry 🫤
Not only did my $19 burrito show up basically unwrapped, it was open on both ends with the fillings spilling out. And I don’t even load my burritos up I don’t add rice, beans, or extra meats so there’s no reason it should’ve been a mess like that. On top of that, I paid for a cup of queso and it was only filled halfway. This place is inconsistent, overpriced, and honestly turning into a complete rip-off.
The dining room was so dirty. I’ve never seen it like this in my life and I always come here .10/03/2025 I went back to This same restaurant and the dining area was still dirty problem hasn’t been solved. Please do something about it
This location is very cheap on the portion side of the protein. I understand that Chipotle in whole have cut back on the serving size of the meat portion, but they barely put a half scoop of meat in my bowl. When I asked about they told me that I would have to pay extra for more steak. I order a steak bowl not a salad bowl.
Manager is beyond RUDE and shouldn't be a manager. I dont know how anyone works for her. I live closer to Beaumont, but will go out of my way to go to the Mid County location. Food is better there and everyone is super friendly. If you can, I recommend going to mid county instead.
