This Mickey D had a completed make over. It is very clean, bright with very friendly services and a working gas fire place in the center of the dinning area. They will bring the order to you while you are waiting. Actually this is one of the better Mickey D I ever been to.

to start off, there was hair in my food. the manager was completely unprofessional and only gave me new food without even apologizing, and would not give me anything else. restaurant was dirty and manager was rude when i talked to him about my issue regarding the fries. Do not come here.

Ordered chicken sandwich at drive thru. Bun was burnt. So much mayonnaise on sandwich the chicken slid out of the sandwich onto the floor of my car.

Nothing like getting charged for food that never showed up. I placed an order through the mobile app, but my order number never appeared. When I explained this to the manager, instead of helping me find a solution, she just kept asking for the order number — didn’t have. In the end, I got no food, just attitude — and a $10 charge to my bank statement for my trouble. It’s honestly disappointing. I used to come to this location all the time as a kid, and I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment before. Sad to see how much costumer service has changed.

I was waiting about 15 minutes on the drive thru and the Manager said to me “if I want my food fast I should go through the door and order it.” So what is the reason to go to the drive thru. I don’t like to give reviews. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Manger rude, are there coffee and simply ask for a fork she gave me attitude. Next time I have to pay for the fork.

This place closes early. The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though they were closed when I arrived to pick up an order.

If you plan to order from this place during any holiday, make sure they are open first by going there yourself. Do not trust the mobile app. If they are closed and you placed the order. You will never get any refund back from this place. Took me almost two months fiddling with Macdonald corporate customer service. Kept telling me I need to wait for the call from the operating headquarter to call back and give the refund. All I got was only single email tell me they will be me some sort of “Be Our Guest” coupon. Never mention anything about the refund. Their number listed is always busy. Going there in person, the workers there just say I have to contact corporate. Basically you will be running in circle. I just opened a dispute with my credit card and hopefully will get my money back. I don’t care about their reward points I used on that order anymore because don’t know if I would be going back to any Macdonald.

They are so hungry for money here. Charge for extra sauce for everything. The staff here are so rude and disrespectful, Everything here is getting too expensive and they don’t appreciate your business.UPDATE They have lost so much business lately you know why because the customer service here sucks and they continuously make fun of their customers and they talk trash about them in Spanish and their quality of the food has gone tremendously downhill and the owners are extremely greedy all they want is money and they don’t care about the customers especially this location.

Ran out of lunch time, drove through for ala carte chicken sandwich (said on the drive up sign) ... they had no idea what I was asking. Even though I also used Spanish to say I only wanted #1 meal (for passenger) and only chicken sandwich... I had to go to the pay window the woman had no idea what ala carte meant...s again I explained the order face to face..I got to where I could eat my sandwich. It was a burger not the chicken sandwich I hoped for... 😫

Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent McDonald's Visit During my recent visit to McDonald's, I encountered some disappointing issues with my order. I purchased two Happy Meals through the drive-thru for my kids, each of which was supposed to include 4 chicken nuggets. However, one of the Happy Meals was missing all of its nuggets. Additionally, I separately ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal, but upon checking my order, only 4 nuggets were included instead of the full 10 pieces. Moreover, I requested a Latte with my order, but the restaurant did not have it available and substituted it with iced coffee. Unfortunately, I had already driven away and couldn't return immediately. Despite attempting to call the restaurant multiple times, their phone line seemed to be out of service. I hope this feedback helps improve the service quality at McDonald's for future customers.Thank you,

I got two Big Mac sandwich for take out,I figured when I buy there was a deal or something says BOGO for 1$ I said ok thanks then when I opened up my order I figured I got not Big Mac just a small Mac!! Supposed to be two layer meat and cheese u know regularly but they just lazy put in everything two layer,they did just one layer each sandwich!!! If you want play kind of game on your food pls do not give any deal,,!!!
