Absolutely outstanding Cajun food! From the moment we walked in, we could SMELL the seasonings. YASSSS! Our waitress, Shalynn was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. My food was full of flavor — you can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they do. According to our waitress, the recipes are Lafayette based. Big plus! The atmosphere was warm & inviting just like back home Louisiana. They even have karaoke on Friday & Saturdays, so we had dinner & a show. Hell, our waitress even sang for us. :) This is the kind of place you want to come back to again and again to try everything on the menu. Fantastic. Five stars without hesitation!

Our dining experience was fantastic from start to finish. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and truly enjoyable. The atmosphere gave off a strong New Orleans vibe, which made the meal even more memorable. Jabri provided outstanding service and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His suggestions were spot on and added a special touch to our visit.

We didn't eat much, as it's the day after Thanksgiving. What we did eat, was great. Very nice waitress, that put up with about 30 of us. Great job, young lady!!

Chill place with excellent food. My wife and I showed up close to closing on Saturday, and we still got excellent service, and the food was amazing. I got the Pontchartrain Shrimp with Fettuccine.

Von took really good care of me while I was here. The food was delicious and the drink was strong. I have already recommended this place to people who want some good crawfish.

OMG, as a South La. Native, I had the hot roast beef po-boy (debris) and it was one of the best I’ve had.. of course the Gambino’s French bread made the sandwich, but the hot roast beef and gravy were amazing!! Great job!!

Let's get in to this New Restaurant near North Richland Hills. My sister drives pass this place daily on her commute to work. So we've been dying to go. Finally decided to take our children out for dinner on Thursday night. We walked in and got to sit ourselves. We decided to take the patio outside. Our waitress was very cool and nice. The Rockefeller oysters was my favorite. The chargrilled was my sister fav stuffed with spinach and cream cheese. The fried alligator kickers not pictured cause my sister and the kids devoured them before I could take a photo lol. Must've been good right! My daughter wanted the fried pickles they were a bit too salty for us we only had a few it sits in a little puddle of pickle juice too way too salty. I tried a cup of gumbo it needed salt or lil more flav for me. I added some tobasco and salt and pepper. The 3 trio pasta was very good myself and the kids got that my sister tried the pick 3 fried seafood and she enjoyed hers. We all said we would go back and try other options again.

This food was really good! This was my first time at this place and the snow crab and craw fish tasted just like what you would get from Louisiana. The staff was really nice and was very knowledgeable about their menu. It looks like you can buy their sides and meat frozen so you heat up at home. I think they also sell live crawfish.

J

Jabri and Jordan are fantastic! The food is served quickly, made to order, and exceeds expectations!

Oh my dear lort baby jeebus. Do not order the large fried anything platter here unless you're planning on eating for three people. Tons of food for the price. And it was so good that I couldn't stop myself from eating it all. Pretty sure I went into a food coma after the beignets and was rolled out to the car by the misses. We saw this spot on Google maps and the reviews were good so we decided to give it a shot. The entire staff that we talked with were all super friendly. The food was just hella great as well. We will definitely be going back to try out many of the other options on the menu, not only because of the flavor, because the staff was so awesome. Bring your appetite and be ready to eat a hearty meal while listening to good music. 6/5 🌟 for these people and the work they did. Looking forward to seeing them again.

Food is awesome. Shrimp n grits is the bomb and redfish and crab cakes are so fresh. They pick up their fresh catches weekly. Ask for Sarah who was great and educated us on the restaurant. Sweet waitress!

I was craving Cajun Chicken Pasta...that I had at Dodie's Caujun Restaurant... I thought nothing could come close... but I WAS WRONG!! this is my new spot for Cajun Pasta..taste was spot on.. the vibe looked laid back..although I ordered my food to go

Boiled shrimp 🍤, corn and potato from heaven!! I had the lunch special and some red beans and rice on the side. The lunch special alone would have been plenty! The shrimp has a good kick to it and the potato is seasoned so well. I’m so happy that I stopped in! DELICIOUS LUNCH! 😋

Visited Bourbon Street on a Monday night. The restaurant was a little slow, but that’s because it was a Monday night. Service was FANTASTIC! Von was the only server , and she was doing it ALL! She was friendly, personable, genuinely cared about her customers. Food was great. Served hot and with a smile. We’ll be back, when Von is working!

Came for a drink and tried Anna’s Deep Kiss cocktail (not on the menu). It’s delicious! I don’t usually do the sweet kind of drinks but this drink is very well balanced. Be careful because it’s definitely one of those drinks that you know will sneak up on you. I will definitely order this again! And thank you Ana for your service! Great service and food! The trio pasta is bomb!

This is our go to for live crawfish, they never disappoint. The sizes are pretty big and the prices can't be beat. This is family owned and they treat you like family. We definitely order every chance we get.

What can I say ; I decided to come because of the positive reviews and let me say this place is everything they say it is. The price points are good, quality, taste, portion size and service is 10/10. The service by Ja’bri made it even better. He was able to provide a good knowledge base for the menu items. I had the shrimp pasta dish, it makes you want to go back and slap the chef in every good way possible. They have a happy hour everyday from 11a-7p with what looks like good drink options; I’m not able to provide a review for the drinks because I was on antibiotics and my husband was policing me. I am a new customer and will definitely be back again and again!

I’ve been here a total of five times. The food every time was phenomenal. My people are from southern Louisiana so my standards were and are extremely high. I did have a minor issue or a misunderstanding may you have it. However, the manager Jordan and the GM Derek tagged team to make it right and some. The class and integrity in which they did so was truly impressive to say the least. This place as long as the doors are open will have my patronage and 5 star recommendations. If you’re in the area or anywhere close this is a MUST STOP for your Cajun cravings. Food, drinks and awesome leadership team will absolutely make it worth your while.

I appreciate her professionalism and warmth. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for attentive and kind service. The crawfish were excellent!! The service and the food made me feel like I was back home in Louisiana. Thank you, Shavon, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Came in today with my kids! Raine took care of us. We ordered fried crawfish and it was AMAZING! Service was great, everyone was so friendly and Talena the manager even brought toys out for my kids to play with while we were waiting on our food! 10/10 recommend, we will be back for all you can eat brunch on Sunday!

The local spot for my Saints. The service, food, and drinks are top tier. It's always a great time. If you stop by definitely try the Mango Habanero Whiskey it's a 10/10. The fried crawfish po-boy is delicious

We finally got to try this today and it did not disappoint! The crawfish was cooked to perfection. So much so that my wife (who rarely eats it)ate half of mine. The jumbalaya, cracklings, etoufee, and gumbo were all fantastic as well! The owners and staff made you feel like lifelong friends. I can't wait to go back!

My NEW Favorite Place for Louisiana Etouffee. Small perfect country style store, and prices, for anyone that loves Cajun recipes. Sit at the picnic tables inside and eat feom the menu and/or get takehome to warm up. Also great selection of items to take home and put your touches if your so talented. Im NOT so being able to enjoy their cooking is awsome. Feed the family for what you would pay for one at .. well.. the big name Cajun Resteraunt in the area. Say Hi to Lacy, her Mom Deb, CJ, and all the staff you will meet. Like dropping in at a neighbors place in the bayou for a quick meal.

AHMAZING. Was craving really good but inexpensive seafood, & my mom brought me here. Now keep in mind, we know some good seafood. We came in at the perfect time when no one was dining, so we had the restaurant to ourselves. We ordered the snow crab platter with shrimp added on + potatoes, corn, & sausage, then hush puppies. It didn’t seem like a lot of food, but when we got down to an ear of corn, about 4 shrimp, & a potato left, I was so happily stuffed. Then! My mom insisted on trying the bread pudding & omg, it was some of the best I’ve ever had. We’ve been to NO multiple times & the owners truly brought the city right here to Colleyville. What makes it 10x better is the service & the beautiful, caring, genuine souls that run the place. If it were possible, I would be back every week if I could to try everything on the menu!

Being a Yankee, I've desired to eat more Italian than anything else, but after eating here, my opinion has changed! It is so delicious! The red beans and rice was nothing short of yummy and the fried fish was scrumptious. I've never eaton a beignet before and boy have I been missing out. Highly recommended to eat here!

If you are looking for a place with the BEST crawfish and the BEST customer service, let me tell you…THIS PLACE IS IT!! The food was so fresh! The crawfish have amazing flavor!! Their crawfish queso was divine, their hush puppies, phenomenal, drinks you can’t beat them, and the staff was MARVELOUS! The hubby and I are 100000% coming back. Shout out to Allie, our server, Waylon, our bartender, and Kelsey, the head chef, for making our experience unforgettable.

Had a great experience thanks to Von, who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The gumbo and shrimp baskets were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The oysters on the half shell were fresh, clean, and not gritty at all, which is a rare treat. Will definitely be coming back—great service and even better food!

What the...?? How come nobody told me about this place until now?? My friend and I just happened on this place...we almost missed it...not a very large sign and it's in between an oil change place and a realtor company. Even on the outside we were both wondering if we made a mistake going here - that is until we stepped out of the car and could smell it! We were hungry already! My buddy ordered one of the Po'Boys with a boudin ball and I got the C'est Bon plate (minus the galic sauce and pictured below) - wow! We were both impressed. They were out of alligator when we visited but it seems that almost all of the main ingredients come from high end places - even the bread comes from New Orleans. I need to go back to try some other things...I'm hungry again just thinking about it! Very recommended!

My first time trying Bourbon Street Bar and Grill. 5 Stars. Very well seasoned po-boy. Could definitely tell the cooks were trained from a LA native. Taste like home. My only disclaimer: There are not enough shrimp to technically call it a po-boy, so just order more. And request the bread be extra crispy. I will be back! My waitress was super sweet and super accommodating. Her name is Shelby! She is amazing!!!

We found this little gem of a restaurant last summer, and we’ve begun quite the regular guests since that time. Stop in for a relaxed experience where there is no shortage of great drinks and friendly service. If you’re fortunate, then you’ll have the pleasure of being served by Ja’Bri! He’s top shelf and head and shoulders above run of the mill “good waiters.” Request to sit in his station during your visit; you won’t be disappointed. It’s crawfish season, so we’re in the building a few times weekly. Definitely worth a visit…

Mainly for the crafish I came here for! They have live crawfish and great deals! It's absolutely worth going to eat fresh. The fried pickles were good as well. The seasoning on the crawfish is good Cajun style.

We love this spot! Great price for great food. Happy hour until 7 every day is awesome! Half price crab legs on Saturday! The frozen drinks aren’t overly sweet, our seafood has always been fresh and the wait staff is outstanding! Especially our waitress Von! 5/5!

The amazing commitment from the owners to deliver some of the best Cajun dishes on most menus in Louisiana and an atmosphere that makes me home sick for the bayou is found right here in the Mid Cities. The community is blessed to have this here in the State of Texas

I love Cajun food and this place provides a great taste of Louisiana. Gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, and more. Pictures of a meat pie, boudin roll, and blackened shrimp tacos. Fun atmosphere, five picnic tables so be prepared to share a table.

This place is WONDERFUL. The owner Phil greeted us at the door with a warm smile and a welcome. Crawfish are a great size had some kick. The cook Adam does an amazing job at seasoning the crawfish. They were spice just like in the Bayou. Meka has exceptional Southern Hospitality ! She also has recommendations that will make the Food Gods shine on you your tummy. Crawfish are a great size.

I thought Houston was the best place I could find good Cajun food, aside from Louisiana, but I was so wrong. Von gave us the best recommendations and was one of the best servers I have ever had. The food was amazing! The service was even better! Stop reading and go get your grub on!!!

Bourbon Street has quickly become a regular spot for us. I came for the crawfish and stayed for everything else! Good size crawfish cooked to perfection and the carolina reaper seasoning was an excellent touch. I haven't had one bad item on the menu. The best part is the customer service. Shaelyn is always so attentive! I've never had an empty iced tea and she interacts with everyone. 10/10 recommend this place!

This was our first time checking this spot out. Everything was super tasty and the service was great. Shout out to my girl Celeste who put up with our table and also was very attentive and helpful. We also met Phil who I assume is the owner who is extremely personable and made sure to check in with each table. My friend who was born and raised in Louisiana said it was great, and I agreed on all accounts. The C’est Bon Plate was my favorite. The New Orleans BBQ Shrimp was also great, though I preferred the grilled Cajun shrimp on the cest plate. We also got the boudin balls, and boudin stuffed jalapeños. Both were excellent. Also, the beers are cheap at $3/ea. Overall I highly recommend checking this out. 10 out of 10 would go again.

The owner came out and we spoke about the place at length while I waited on the fresh crawfish to finish. Server could’ve been more attentive but I’m patient. Great food. Must return.

Finally made it to Bournon St. Staff was busy but friendly, and the owner, Phil, came around and greeted everyone. The fresh oysters were great. Get here early to be able to enjoy the flavors of New Orleans. My food may be going, going, gone ... but I'll be back again to get that wonderful hospitality and sample the other menu favorites. Come on down and "let the good times roll."

You want Cajun? This is the real deal, y’all. I walked in the door at almost closing, was prepared to turn around because they were sold out, but was greeted by Phil and showed my way in. I was then also greeted by the rest of the staff with many many friendly smiles and welcomed in. I was lucky enough to walk out with everything I wanted (for now) so we got a little bit of everything! The 3lbs of crawfish were seasoned to perfection, with a slight heat and saltness, all the boudin balls were crunchy on the outside, creamy, seasoned perfectly (some stuffed with jalapeño and cream cheese or pepper jack), and delicious on the inside. We also tried the Cajun egg rolls, more deliciousness crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside (it’s like a boudin ball wrapped in an egg roll wrapper, and tastes like CAJUN HEAVEN), and last but not least, since it was definitely the car snack on the way home, Cracklings. Melt in your mouth salty, meaty deliciousness. The staff was TOP NOTCH, everyone was friendly and professional. Debbie and Phil even had time for a small chat, and I expressed how much support they have, and my heart is always going to pick local business to support over anyone else, and that I will do my best to get the word out far and wide. The only problem with that is, it’ll self promote once someone sinks their teeth into their Cajun delicacies! Next time, we need shrimp and crab in our life. Run, don’t walk, to T-Johnny’s Seafood & Cajun Market. I love supporting local, and you will NOT be disappointed with these guys!

We decided to come here after going to one of our regular spot. Everything was delicious 😋. We have decided to replace our regular place with this place for a while. Yall have new diners. ***NO PICS*** But we had Catfish PoBoy, Seafood Gumbo, Chargrilled Oyster (DELICIOUS 😋), Crawfish Queso. Can't wait to dine again.

Loved this place! Staff was super welcoming, attentive, and the food was delicious! We had their Crawfish Monica and we’ll be back to try the rest of their new Menu! Brussel sprouts were cooked on point and perfectly seasoned. Overall, the food was to die for 👌🏻. Give this little place a try; you won’t regret it!

Visited this establishment for lunch 7/20. Nice atmosphere/semi authentic vibes. The food was great and came out fast! I started with the bacon wrapped boudin stuffed japs and they were a hit. My main dish was the chicken & andouille pasta. Also I ordered a link of boudin. The brand they have here is one of the best you can find in Louisiana. 5 stars from me on this one. I will be returning to check out the catfish. Hopefully it’s the real deal and not like the other place with the imposter lol. Overall this place is recommended for an authentic taste at a great price with healthy portions.

We tried Bourbon Street for the first time tonight and had a great experience. I'm from New Orleans and it's nice to find a taste of home in Bedford. Pasta and seafood were cooked perfectly, shrimp were big, and everything tasted awesome. Service, price and menu options were all excellent. We'll be back!

I came here for some random reasonably priced seafood. And, let me just say...I got my fix! My fried catfish, fried oysters omg yumm. Everything was seasoned well, fried crisp and fresh and enough for one meal setting. Not too much or too little food for the price. I will be back and do recommend. Oh, and my 🍸was bomb. Shout out to the bartender for making it and my waitress fir suggesting it.

SUCH👏🏼A👏🏼GREAT👏🏼EXPERIENCE👏🏼 We ordered to go and thank goodness because we went into a full blown food coma. There is what looks like a drive throu or order outside window but it’s just there from the previous business. We ordered the shrimp poboy with everything on it, crawfish étouffée, hush puppies, stuffed mozzarella and jalapeño boudain ball and a pepper jack boudain roll up. Each item we ordered was great. The etoufee was so flavorful and had so many juicy crawfish in each bite, I never found myself having to fish around for more crawfish. They also have an actual market inside with all the crowd favorites for any kind of fish fry you’re wanting to have. You can by pre made frozen items from their menu as well as an wide variety of different kind of sausages meatballs and cuts of meat. They had college football playing while you wait for your order and a good all around feel to the place.

We went all the way to Colleyville to have some Cajun food. The Cajun market is this little family run cafe that is a must try if you live or are visiting the Dallas area. We had the honor to meet and have a chat with the owners Phill and Deborah Tullis. Phill explained to me his theory behind the way he designed his cafe, Phill said the communal style seating puts people together that might not ever speak to each other. What better subject to discuss than good food, and this place has plenty of it. The food was very good we had the catfish platter it comes with hush puppies and one side we got fries. The catfish was crispy and salted to perfection very tasty! We also got an order of pork cracklings for the road, they were huge pieces of pork and skin fried until crispy. We live about an hour away so those cracklings didn't last the whole trip (we wolfed them down). We also got an order of seafood gumbo, and smoked pork sausage from their freezer, I heated the gumbo for dinner, and added a few pieces of the smoked pork sausage and some shrimp I had in my freezer, simply delicious! The roux gumbo is very dark and rich the way gumbo should be! If you like real Cajun food you have to give this place a try, you'll be happy you did!

EVERYTHING was top tier amazing!!! I would definitely recommend! Mark has excellent customer service, engage in good conversations, and is very attentive. My mom and I loved it, seriously. I’m not even over exaggerating. It’s not often you go out, and you’re walked through the menu and are given suggestions. And for those like myself who doesn’t like okra 😂 the gumbo doesn’t have any, which was a plus for me. I also, suggest the crawfish etoufee quest nachos. It’s delicious. 😋

To be clear, I'm not knocking down the staff for lack of friendliness. What I can say is that they offered me somebody else's credit card and twice offered me somebody else's food, which demonstrates a lack of attention to detail which could result in someone walking away with someone else's credit card. The food was absolutely phenomenal, although I think the kitchen staff overtoasted the bagget for my po' boy the second time around. The fries are well seasoned and not too heavy on salt. The crawfish was very good and fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Cajun food. I would just ask the management to ensure staff is trained in keeping up with who's credit card they are in possession of and have a system to identify food delivery to the correct table.

Von was fantastic, the crawfish were $6.99/ lb, and we’ll come back as often as we can!

Seems to have lost a step since leaving Montgomery Plaza. But the crawfish was good, the beer was cold and the staff entertaining....

Food was delicious. Service not so great. There was an automatic gratuity added for our party of 5.

I finally went here last night with my neighbors! I had both the Jambalaya and the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Both were terrific and delicious. I will definitely be back. Also played some music bingo while there. It was fun. This place is even better now with the Cajun Market inside.

Great tasting Cajun food with nice customer service. I loved the Crawfish and the customer rewards got me an order of free beignets!

The food is absolutely amazing! Very cool atmosphere and awesome service. The only negative was no paper towels or hand dryer in the men's restroom, so you have to touch the door knob with your clean hands. I kindly informed the busser, but an hour later it had never been replaced. But I will go back!

Crawfish was over cooked (maybe double cooked). Poboy was good with nice bread but a little light on the shrimp. The overall atmosphere was respectable for a Cajun restaurant but the food need a little more attention and quality. I am not likely to return anytime soon with better Cajun places in the area.

Good experience. Food was good. Had chips and queso, catfish po boy, and a salad. All were prepared good and tasted great. Our server was nice. She could’ve checked on us after our food was dropped off-wanted some tarter but she was sweet. For booth seating they only have large booths available-that sit 5 or more people. Would go again.

Came for fat Tuesday lunch. Food was too salty. They didn't sell the King cake by the slice. Would have been nice to have had some relevant music. The DJ was setting up but it was so blah I didn't stick around for him to start.

Was there to get my Mardi Gras fix Food was good and was close enough to authentic (I'm Acadian) but the place needs a good cleaning and makeover. Also on Mardi Gras they had a DJ but didn't play any creole music??

I’ve been looking for a place to get fried catfish in the area and had been seeing this place and decided to try them on my lunch hour. There weren’t many people there and I was seated within 30 seconds. I ordered the shrimp basket and a piece of fish added. The food came out hot but there was no salt or anything on the fries and the hush puppies were cake like on the inside. The shrimp and fish were pretty salty which made me appreciate not having salt on the fries. The final kicker came when I received the check. The shrimp basket was $9.99 & for that 1 piece of fish, I was charged $7.99. I thought it was a mistake so I asked and she confirmed that the small fillet I got was indeed almost the amount of a basket. I was outdone. I paid and left. I ate the food and now have a headache out of this world probably because of the salty fish and shrimp.

Restaurant is still trying to get it together but I got my food hot and it was good. Ordered shrimp basket. I will return for crawfish season when it’s in full swing.

For those who like crawfish they're in season now that was charging $25 for all you can eat from I think 12:00 to 4:00. The food it is just like razzoo's. Razzoo's food is okay to me it's nothing to really write home to Mama about. The shrimp etouffee looks that way because she mixed it in.

I find it really hard to give 1 star, but this experience probably was. Gumbo's been on my mind for months, and a friend that travels to LA monthly will bring back some AMAZING food from the same supplier Bourbon Street stocks their retail shelves with.. Food is LIFE! I've been looking for something enticing, good, fresh.. of course, I didn't expect BBQ shrimp equivalent to those of Pascal's Manale, but when I say "$18 for this dish has to be a joke" is supported by the picture alone. The jambalaya - it just isn't fresh. It tasted how cat food with seafood protein smells.. not recommended. Why are the products on the shelves NOT represented throughout the restaurant for patrons to use? Why was Slap Yo Mama the only dry seasoning that could be offered other than sauces - that aren't even sold there, by the way...? It was old, for the record - seasoning changes color over time, y'all.. Only positives were the cold beer, my girl's strong drink, our bartender recognizing our disappointment in the food, & that the shrimp weren't over or undercooked... otherwise this is unsatisfactory if you're looking to satisfy your creole/cajun cravings.

NOTE: Check out the multiple rebuttals from the business owner to all the negative reviews. I definitely don't agree with the "customer is always right" policy and cowering from your actual feelings when replying to an issue. But, I'd think twice coming to a restaurant that didn't use low reviews as a tool to reform spots they lack in, and instead, tell reviewers their opinion is allowed but essentially invalid. TL;DR - food was pretty good, service could use improvement. We showed up to a lightly busy atmosphere at 2:12pm on a Sunday with the bar obviously being the busiest with a single bartender working it. About 6 or 7 workers on the floor with 5 tables running. After 6 minutes of standing behind the "please wait to be seated" sign, someone came up and asked if we had been helped after every single other worker made eye contact with us but didn't even acknowledge us waiting. We were seated at 2:21pm Another 6 minutes later we were greeted by our waitress, Brittany. She took our order but on the spot forgot my girlfriends order because she was "frazzled". After leaving to put in the order, she returned to verify that I ordered a Catfish Po'Boy - I did not. She guessed again with the shrimp - I did not. I then gave her the answer of a Crawfish Po'Boy. Why you wouldn't write down orders when you're "frazzled" or forgetful to make sure your patrons don't have a messed up order is beyond me. At this time, I don't feel like our order will even come out correctly. 15 minutes after the order was placed our food arrived. Crawfish Po'Boy - thankful it's actually Crawfish. 😂 Fried Catfish Platter - missing hush puppies and coleslaw The food was good and had good flavor. I'm not a Cajun connoisseur or anything, but Po'Boys are pretty hard to mess up. I did watch Brittany take more orders without taking notes from larger groups and people left standing at the hostess-less stand waiting to be seated for at least 5 minutes at a time. One excuse was that they've been "so busy they needed to reset" even though in the hour I've been in the business, it was empty when we showed up and is just now increasing in business after 3pm.

They have good cajun style crawfishes. Hope the service improves next time we visit—Had to ask oyster for few times because server forgot and ordered rockfeller, but just regular oyster was served. We ordered sweet tea, but when it was refilled, it was unsweetened etc😅. Food is excellent but need some working on order checked etc Edit: if you go there during the odd hours (between lunch and dinner), your quality of crawfish will be really bad… got 5 pound and majority of them were over cooked/ unpeelable🤦‍♂️ I know their usual quality but if Im paying $8/pp— I should get some good quality craw fish. I might do one more round before season ends but other than quality of crawfish on some hours they still have amazing customer service 2024 visited for deal they had. Server forgot to call us so we ended up waiting like 45 minutes in the car. Had to wait another 30 minutes for crawfishes and when it came out, they were out of corns. Crawfish quality was what youd expect from 5.99/lb. We had to ask for our buckets because they didnt provide them and got the 2nd order incase it was just bad batch—- 2nd order came with no corn/ potatoes😂 on top of that, server messed up and charged us full price— and charged $110 for 10 lb and had to wait again until manager attempted to fix the issue. Other people may have blast and good experiences here but when I come, its usually not a good one.

I've been there a few times to check it out. I know that they've had several other locations, one in Colleyville, one in the Colony, that failed. Food is okay. Service was decent - no customers. Unfortunately the place is vast and has been pretty empty every time I've been there. I'd go to Pappadeux just down the street for a much better meal and experience. Sad but this place looks like it's going to die like their others. Also their market is a joke. Everything is overpriced - go to Wal-mart for your alligator, or crawish tails. I've enclosed a photo of an item at Wal-marts price on 12/22/23, that they're selling for significantly more and falsely claiming you can only get the stuff they sell at their place. I'm not going back. Sad and pathetic. Be gone soon. And I just came across the owners response, almost two months after my review and find it hard to understand and wonder if they're talking to me or someone else. Go to Fish City grill or Half Shells. Much, much better.

Worst crawfish I've ever had. It had a mushy texture, no flavor. The dry seasoning wasn't good. For being a New Orleans Bourbon Street bar and grill, there is some improvement needed.

Ordered blackened chicken tacos the chicken was hard as if had been sitting all day, came with side of red beans and rice came out cold very little flavor - way too high to be served this

Went in to order to go tonight, first time here and got few recommendation but desparate disappointed. There are so many things wrong with this place. The manager as first didn’t let me swap the corn and potatoes to sausage without paying $3.95 ( for each thing) I order 3 things : 2 lbs crawfish , half lbs crab leg and half lbs shrimp in boiled Cajun style; I understand it so i said just get all corn for me please. I also did confirm with the girl in front that I like order Cajun style seafood , she confirmed Yes. Also she offered to put extra Cajun butter on the side for me. And I wait 40mins for those. Until I bring them home and find out there nothing right in the order : potatoes mixed with corn, no sauce in there , not even regular , just ate more like rub with sauce and then steamed than boiling and mixed Cajun style. Please see pictures for more conferences. I then called for manager and she told me to come back ( 20mins 1 way) just to get the sauce and hang up on me. Then I called back, she said they cannot retrieve / see my order until I give them my receipt number . Good place to get frustrated and wasting money. They might just encourage us to make food from home and not support them . They no need support in any time.

Some of the worst Cajun food I've ever had. You can get better red beans and rice at Popeyes... The fish was tasteless. The shrimp was over cooked, rubber, tasteless... How hard is it to season things. Seafood gumbo was nasty tasteless and... How are they in business? Dirty rice was nasty, flavorless... It's insane... The reviews on this place are so good.. Clearly everyone giving this place 5 stars doesn't have a clue what good Cajun taste like. It's sad

SPOILED CRAWFISH ‼️ I ordered 5 pounds of crawfish, as soon as I got the plate I noticed a pungent smell (almost like rotten eggs, which took my by surprise because crawfish boil is not supposed to smell like that), anyways I grabbed the first crawfish and proceeded to peel it and it was black and mushy AND THE SMELL WAS PUTRID. I started sniffing around the plate and lord, it was nauseating. I complained to the server and she took it away and told me she would get me a new batch “freshly cooked”, waited some more and my second batch of crawfish made it to the table… there it was the same smell AGAIN. I was completely repulsed by it, I try eating a few and sadly even the good ones had a bad taste and smell because they have been cooked with the bad ones. Almost every crawfish was stinky and mushy. I had to call for the server and ask her to just take it away. Told her those bugs were rotten which she denied they were but was kind enough to take that order off my check. I will be reporting this incident to the health department. Selling spoiled seafood can get them in big trouble if people get food poisoning from it.

HORRIBLE!!!!Our waiter Jabari was off the chain rude. He rushed us for our order and on top of that didn't even explain the meals to us when we asked about what comes with it. My friend ordered a margarita and he said she were only allow to order 2. Then I order a salad with shrimp and I asked what kind of lettuce he told me regular iceberg lettuce. When he brought me my salad it was a handful of mixed greens(spring mix)lettuce (I am a certfied chef for 30 years and currently a working cafe chef for harris County houston, so i know way too much about food.) After he dropped off our meals he rushed to the kitchen and walked on the other side of the empty restaurant to the bar instead of coming back to our table because we were trying to get his attention. So when he finally decided to look my way I asked him to please come to me. Whatever he was doing behind the bar he slammed it down and mumbled something as he was walking to me at my table. He gave me attitude by asking what is the problem. I told him that this salad is not iceberg and that my ranch had welted the salad can he please bring me a handful of romaine lettuce. He wanted to argue with me over the salads. He said that it's going to be a Cesar salad. I said no I just want a handful of romaine lettuce only. He smacked his lips walked in the kitchen then walked back out, told the cook for a Cesar salad, not just romaine only but a Cesar salad. He brings me a bowl of Cesar salad with romaine, parmesan cheese, croutons and Cesar dressing. I said sir I asked for just romaine lettuce only. So again his attitude got worst andJabari said the cook has a speech barrier with me I told him to make a Cesar salad. By then I was totally DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED. I told him I don't want it either salads he can take them both back. He snatched both bowls of salads and preceded to walk into the kitchen. When he brought us the check he was so rude... Honestly I wouldn't had tipped him but my friend did. The service sucked and so did Jabari. Now I see why they were empty in the restaurant.

My husband and I just picked up our lunch last Sunday (10 lbs of crawfish) and were extremely disappointed. It was a slow time at the restaurant with only 3 folks inside so we expected we’d get fresh, good quality crawfish as usual. But almost 25% of our order we couldn’t eat because the crawfish were black, and the rest was completely over cooked to a mush. On top of that, the seasoning did not taste as usual and was quite awful actually. I don’t mind coming across the occasional bad crawfish, but for almost 9 lbs of crawfish to be inedible was enough for us to not want to come back. Note: I shared this via Facebook messenger with the management & received no comment on this or any offer to make up for this. I like to give family businesses a chance, but just overall disappointed. I will update my review and give another shot if and when I hear a response from the management.

I was so excited to eat the crawfish, only to be disappointed when I got home and opened the pan. I really tried to enjoy but the crawfish was old and mostly dead! 3lbs of wasted money

Just came in tonight - we were only 1 of 2 tables. Ordered gumbo and etouffee and some drinks. Food arrived and the etouffee was cold. Tried three times to get the waitress’s attention but the music was so loud she didn’t hear us. My husband went to the open kitchen to ask if they would warm it up and the manager Jordan basically started yelling at him to back off and stop harassing the staff - and all he did was ask if they would warm it up. We explained we tried to get the waitress over but she didn’t hear us. Jordan berated us repeatedly and acted like we had done something wrong. She was so incredibly rude and not even a tiny bit helpful - like maybe ‘sorry how can I help’ but more like a petulant child. So I have no idea if the food or drinks are good at this restaurant but I can assure you the management isn’t. Wouldn’t step foot in that place at least on nights when Jordan is managing (and to the owner - she does not represent your business well at all. Seriously I hope she’s normally a lot better than that). Hazel the waitress was nice - hope her workplace isn’t always that hostile.
