Was Kunden über Ramen Joy sagen
Ramen Joy is praised for its flavorful ramen, especially the spicy tonkotsu and chashu pork. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Some find the ramen more Chinese-style than Japanese, and some find it too salty or oily. A few customers reported issues with hair in their food.

Tip: The spicy ramen is pretty spicy, so be sure to get some water with it. It's a comfortable place to eat alone.

Great Chicken Pho and Shrimp Tempura roll, customer service was great and timely. Multiple people came in while we were there and treated like family. Good spot for good food. Support local businesses like this.
📍Pho V Noodle House & Sushi-- Bedford, TX @phovnoodle I've been passing by this restaurant on 121 soooo many times... I kept saying I need to go there... I need to try them out! My Sinuses were killing me this week & I didn't have the energy to make my soup! 😔 So, I had to order some Phõ. I ordered the Vegetable Curry Phõ with Rice Noodles , Extra Mushrooms in a rich & creamy curry broth. Added Hoisin Sauce and Fried Rice to go along with it! Comfort in a bowl! The fried rice was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 #FriedRice #CurryPho #BedfordTX #NoodleHouse
Curry Chicken Pho did not disappoint. Loaded with chicken, noodles herbs beansprouts and Jalapeños ! A HUGE portion that will serve as lunch and dinner! Delicious 😋
The food was absolutely amazing! The chicken curry pho blew me away. There are no words for how good the broth was. The service was also above average. Our server was so kind, attentive, personable, and she took such good care of us!
Very nice family-owned restaurant. The Pho is great, the spring rolls are tastee, and the Crispy Orange Chicken is delicious. The waitstaff members are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. We arrived early and were seated right away. When we left, there were people waiting for tables. Overall, it is a fabulous place for some delicious Asian food.
Was craving some good Pho and went over to this place as it was the nearest one from where I live. And trust me the food here didn’t disappoint. We ordered Veg Tempura Roll, Veg Pho and Veg fried rice. Since it was-not mentioned on the menu, we didn’t have any idea that their fried rice comes with egg. They were kind enough to exchange it later on. The taste overall of every food was top notch. The broth of Veg pho was very good surprisingly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pho and sushi place. ❤️
One of the best authentic Pho spots in the area. Always busy but never have to wait more than a few minutes. Only thing better than the food is the service, always super kind and big smiles. Great cozy atmosphere as well
If you are. Looking for a nice, clean, good-mannered staff and delicious food at a great price. This is the restaurant for you. I love watching the owner of the restaurant teaching his staff good manners and how to host tables and how to be polite to the customer. One of the most important aspects of customer service that is lacking today is good manners.
This is on our restaurant rotation! The service and food is delicious!! We get the spring rolls, beef pho and flat noodle stir fry. Our friend mentioned that she saw something that made her not come back but wouldn’t say what. Just about hygiene. I didn’t experience this but just throwing it out there. Every time we’ve been it has been great!
There PHO and Sushi is just fabulous. The rolls are a really good size and always great. There PHO is so tasty. Im not sure what they put in there base but it is very tasty and you cant ever go wrong at this location. The staff at V's are hands down just fantastic. Always friendly and always accommodating.
Wow. I was a bit worried because the restaurant was empty when I entered, but honestly the food here is pretty darn good. The spicy ramen is pretty dang spicy though, so be sure to get some water with it, but it's very tasty and the dumplings are full of flavor when you bite into them.
The spicy tonkotsu ramen was amazing. The chashu was perfectly cooked and tasty. I'm not a big fan of eggs or bean sprouts, but theirs tasted so good. The takoyaki was delicious soft flavorful and didn't need the eel sauce and fish flakes you get at other restaurants. I didn't leave anything behind it was also so good. The owners are very nice and attentive people. The restaurant is simple but the food is outstanding. The presentation of the food it absolutely beautiful. I'd love to come back and try their shoyu ramen.
20/10, I love it here. The food is so good and the restaurant usually isn't too busy either which makes it super comfortable to come to, even if you're eating by yourself. I always get the spicy chicken ramen and it's 🤌 chefs kiss 🤌 I especially love the eggs because they're super soft, the sprouts are super crunchy and the noodles are chewy. I could keep going, I just REALLY love this place!!!
This is my first time coming here and I must say I'm blown away! It's a quaint and humble little restaurant with delectable foods. Service was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly. They also offer the Drink Ramune with several choices on flavors! I hope to come again on another family outing.
A little high on price but WAY HIGH on flavor, truly a great addition to this area! I'm writing this review as I'm eating because it's a place you should all try! Soup is crazy fresh, broth is super tasty, the chashu pork is THE BEST and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!
I was Doordashing two days ago for a customer and her smelt up my whole ride in a great way that the next time I did Doordash, I bought some for my wife and I. We enjoyed it very much for a decent price and it was savory to our tummies!! Can't wait to go back. When you're on that side of town you should stop by and try it for yourself. And leave a comment!
The curry Pho is very flavorful. The broth has a light coconut milk and a kick of curry, not too heavy. I got the chicken curry pho, it was white meat. Good service, restaurant was a little dark inside, so I can’t really see much inside LOL
8/2025: $11.50 for combination pho, a dollar less if not. Decent sized portion for small, good noodles, good meat, just broth was a bit more sour compared to what I’m used to. It was good and I didn’t get sick.
I’m solely basing my review on the new people who work at the to go/boba take out. I miss the old staff to be honest. There’s a short girl (probably Indian) who stares at you while you select the tip options which has never been an issue before she started working here. It makes everyone super uncomfortable because your drink will be partially empty if you don’t give her a tip vs a full drink if you do tip. I’m not sure how this is acceptable because we are being pressured to give a tip which shouldn’t be the case. They could either look away or walk away to prepare the beverage. This was never an issue with the previous staff. I’m more willing to tip if I’m not being stared down. Lastly, the drinks are A LOT sweeter than they used to be. Also every time I ask for extra crispy tofu spring rolls they never make them crispy 😭 Other than that, I haven’t really hada negative experience with the servers or the food other than the drastic price increase Pictures: are from different dates
They changed the pho broth recipe recently last few times we were here we have been disappointed. Prices have gone up for sushi and quality down. Still a good option for the area though.
To temper expectations and what may not suit everybody palates cuz of low reviews I’ve read. The ramen is based on Chinese style more than Japanese style. I’ve had the pleasure of eating both styles in Japan and Free China. Soup is not meant to be heavy and thick like Japanese styles generally. Based on that judgement according to the origins, It’s pretty good and delicious. Interior is typical of what you see back in day of Asian mom and pop shops, minimalist and here to concentrate on food. Very reasonable prices. Also surprised to find soup-filled dumplings.
The atmosphere was not the best. It's very aged, and the building has strong, not-so-pleasant smells. The selection of food was limited. The items we ordered did taste ok, but not great. Not alot of protein in the pho. The location is convenient, right next to the highway.
This place has gone downhill a bit. Used to live in Euless and would go here all the time it was fabulous, went today and it was just so so. The spring rolls were pre-made hours prior so that they were all sticky had to pry them off the plate. flavorless stir-fry. average pho broth. people are still really nice.
The miso ramen with no tofu and I add extra veggies like cabbage and green onions. I saw maybe 4 pieces of cabbage and 1 onion. Plus were those ramen noodles or lomein noodles? I think it was lomein.
Disappointing, the service was barely passable and my order was wrong even after they attempted to correct my order the first time staff never checked on the table again the rest of the visit. Very unpleasant experience for me and others, inattentive staff. Stay away if you want to enjoy your meal and plan on drinking more than one glass of water.
Pho soup used to be great at this location (Pho V Noodle House & Sushi in Bedford). I was driving an extra 3 miles just to go to this particular one because of the great taste & price. Been going here for a couple years. The past 3-4 orders (Pho Soup) have been pretty tasteless/bland. Not sure if they are "cutting corners" or got a new chef/soup cook. I'm going to take a break from going here, for 5-6 months, in hopes it improves. If no improvement I'll stop going here altogether.
Chill place with a nice ajumma. - That being said. - I went there to try them out since they're close to a place I really like... but sadly, it was just O.K. Granted, we only tried the beef & beef ball ramen. Alongside some steamed pork? dumplings - I forgot to get the picture of them. - Out of the 3 things we tried. Everything was... lackluster, for lack of a better word. My girlfriend described her ramen as "tasting like sink water." My ramen was ok, not much flavor in the broth, but they include those nicely marinated eggs. That made it taste a bit better. The beef balls in my ramen didn't have any real flavor to them and nor did the dumplings. Who knows... Maybe we got them on a bad day or something.
Ramen for people who don’t know ramen. The reviews were hit or miss, so against my better judgement, I tried this place. I live in Grapevine and was hoping to find good ramen closer than Dallas, but this isn’t it. I called for to go and the woman wasn’t very friendly. I asked her if the steamed buns or dumplings were better and she answered “they’re different.” I ordered the steamed buns and have attached a picture. They’re dumplings… The Spicy Shoyu ramen was spicy, but that’s all it had going for it. No depth of flavor and the toppings were so scarce, it was laughable. Trust your gut, when you see hard boiled eggs in ramen, run away.
Very disappointed with the Tonkotsu Ramen and pork dumplings. Broth was clear and salty, without the depth of flavor found in a good Tonkotsu. The egg was hard boiled. The dumplings were slimy and not crispy at all in the bottom. 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was great, even being the only customer 🤣
This is my first time to try a Chinese version of ramen. It is on the saltier side, but most of its saltiness seems to come from preservatives. Don’t get me wrong, I am 1/4th Chinese and I like Chinese food, but I came here to eat authentic ramen. Otherwise, I would have bought instant noodles. Surprise, surprise! Their noodles tasted like the cup noodle type. There is no depth and richness to the broth. The cabbage taste to the soup very strongly reminds me of Chinese stir fry. The pork has a lot of inedible parts, I had to politely spit them out because I just can’t chew the bits. And, I have to mention, the egg looks scary. It does not taste good either. I was not able to finish the food, to be honest. The server/manager/almost-all-around guy was superb. He takes care of the diners, I just can’t pin anything on him because he served well. Yeah, he’s a charming little dude. All in all, I feel like giving 2 stars is almost generous. I can definitely cook better than this, and I don’t cook a lot. What sad fate. The price is not even commensurate to the product, despite its generous serving.
This Pho restaurant used to be my favorite spot. I live in Mansfield, and I would always make the drive because I absolutely loved their broth – it had this amazing coconut flavor that made it the best Pho I’d ever had. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I won’t be coming back. While enjoying my shrimp Pho, I noticed something brown floating on top. When I flipped it over with my spoon, I was horrified to discover it was a roach. I had already eaten half of my Pho, and I was incredibly disappointed and disgusted. I can’t return after that experience.
Do not go here if you love good food. It’s sloppy dry and not good. Very cheap and not worth the price. If it was cheap to eat here then I would understand why everything is the way it is. But they are trying to overcharge you for everything when the food is garbage. You can go next-door and get pho or better food just right across the street or if you really want to spend the same amount of money. And if you wanna go somewhere, just a little up the road go to Thai Jasmine That place is perfection And great prices . Don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it save money and don’t waste your time on food. That’s not worth the price. I definitely should’ve listened to the reviews and not have went, but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and I should’ve just listened to the reviews.
Service was good, our waiter was friendly and attentive. However, there was a lot to be desired. Ordered the pan-fried dumplings, tonkatsu and spicy miso with udon noodles, because we saw that the basic noodles were a curly dehydrated ramen block like you would buy for a dollar in the store. Both of them had very oily broth with little flavor, to the point that the oil was already starting to settle on the top of the broth when we got our food. Chashu (meat) was very tough, not very easy to eat with chopsticks. The dumplings were fine, but it was kind of sad to use them to fill up, since the ramen was so lackluster. All of this was priced only slightly less than Ramen Hakata or Hanabi. While I would accept this quality for lower-priced food, I was at least expecting a little better for what I paid. Very cavernous, undecorated space ensured lots of echoing when a louder group sat near us, making conversation pretty impossible. Low-backed booths also ensured that I was getting repeatedly poked by a child that sat behind me, while his very embarrassed mother kept apologizing. I might return in a few months, since I was really excited for this place to open and didn't want it to suck... But currently, I'd rather make the trip to Ramen Hakata or Hanabi.
