Wait time is too long. Waited behind one car to get to order box. Waited to order. Waited at window. Waited to get change since 77 cents was not in register. Waited to get food. Cost $13.23. Still did not get my frozen coke since they forgot to give it to me and I Waited so long that I forgot what I ordered. So... if you like waiting 35 minutes for 2 Jr. Burgers, chicken fries, French fries/onion rings... you shall be happy. If not, you will consider never going back.

This place is really having a rough go of it. If you order cheese on something, you never get it unless you're standing there watching. This time Ordered the mix and match two chicken sandwiches, with cheese. Tried to give me the coupon deal with the fries and I should have just taken it. Did I get the mix and match price, nope. After the sale was completed I'm like wait a minute, aren't these on the mix and match? Guy says and I quote "sorry I forget about that all the time" something that was supposed to be two for $6 ended up to be $10.89.. fine whatever, I'm not that destitute... fast forward the chickens have to be made fresh, not a problem, starts wrapping them up and I'm like hey they're supposed to be cheese on these, She says sorry he didn't ring it up that way. I said I know it's not your fault but since I was overcharged me $3 for these two sandwiches could you please put some cheese on them. Says yep not a problem. I get home and the chicken patties are still mushy. 🤯 Every time I go there there's an issue, will not be back.

They never get my order right and they always take forever, Food majority of the time is cold.

I don’t know why it takes forever to get your food from the drive thru at this Burger King. The customer service is terrible and they certainly aren’t in any hurry to get the orders out. Now I know why they never have any customers. I don’t expect the place to stay open with the bad customer service.

Ordered on the app jumped in drive thru currently at the speaker 32 mins of waiting. Just terrible. Can't back out with 6 cars behind me.

This Burger king sucks!! Their app, their attitude and overall customer experience is disgraceful. And the food isn't what it used to be either. I hadn't eaten their in almost a year and decided to get ce the one last opportunity to win back what used to be my favorite fast food burger. Huge mistake. Now I see why they are nearly extinct... Save your time money and frustration and go elsewhere.

The guy on intercom kept asking me to wait a few minutes before he take my order although I was the only car in line.The girl at the window said there was no reason for him to do this.The fries were cold and stale.this was in Beeville on August 26 at 3 pm

6/18 Decided to try again. Got the Big fish sandwich and it was disgusting and not so big. Added bacon and barely got a few small pieces. Said they were out of bacon afterI went back and asked. Who puts only mayonnaise on a fish sandwich? Got some chicken fingers and they were cold and disgusting. Goodness another bad visit that took forever to get the food. This place sucks! *********************** This was the wrose food I've had in a long time. Fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. Fish sandwich was awful. Not much sauce and lettuce was gross. Asked for jalapeños and got about 3 slivers that looked like peppers, but not sure. Not sure what happened to the big fish sandwich، but this was not a big fish sandwich. Think it was smaller than McDonald's fish sandwich. What a joke.

Horrible horrible drive thru service. Came here at noon today and the guy working the drive thru said he would be with me in 1 minute which turned into 20 minutes and him never coming back to help. My husband went inside and all 3 employees and the manager standing around doing absolutely nothing! Your reviews speak so much truth. This location really does lack. Thank you to Whataburger for taking my order and giving it to me in less than 7 minutes.

This location has bad service and a rude manager. They took forever to serve the food and then made a joke about my name. And the Mushroom melt, pictured, had like 3 shreds of mushroom. I mean only redeeming factor is the lobby was pretty clean and they had a college basketball game on. Mushroom melt was an embarrassment to mushroom melts. Definitely not coming back here.

Now I see why there is hardly any vehicles ever at the Beeville Burger King The service is TERRIBLE on 10/28/24 at 12:30 pm I went through the the drive thru & ordered a #9 large with onion rings instead of French fries and the attendant acknowledged the order. When I got the order I looked in the bag and there were fries not onion rings. I immediately told the server , she took the bag back then returned it back about a minute later looked in & saw onion rings . Got home and sat down to eat ate 2-3 rings and the rest of the container was fries. The first incident as a mistake, , the second intentional fraud You Lost another customer / victim

Beeville Texas has the Worst Burger king franchise in all is south Texas. I love Burger King and it pains me to post this but I have stopped at this location several time and every time I go, my order is always wrong. Not only do they take long to make the food, it has always been made against my order and when I get it, the food is cold. Every time I drive up to the window, all the workers are standing at the register to see Who’s at the window, or that’s how they make it seem. This time I got down and asked for a refund and the manager insisted they were busy and that Burger King always delivers the goods smashed or they’ve run out of buns (How did the entire case of Wednesday buns get smashed) or meat or fries. From what I see, your staff is running off customers because they want to work for a free check while bad service is being reflected at this franchise location. Get it together Beeville Texas.
