Mobile Ordered a Brownie, croissant, and a chestnut praline frap. It was supposed to be ready between 7:26-7:35 the latest. I get that they've been busy and don't mind waiting. But it is currently 7:38. The girl placing the finished order asks my name and I gave it to her. She starts asking the workers to make it. They take even longer so I asked for a refund. She looked annoyed and told me to do it at the register. The girl at register told me I couldn't do it. As I'm waiting for them to give a refund, the first girl shows me "my drink" and tells me, "here's your latte", I looked at her because she held a hot drink, not a frapp. She looked irritated but she even repeated my order and said frapp so how can she mess that up? There's another girl that is there who is super nice and welcoming but the current girl working the finished orders, has a bad vibe. Mobile ordering here is pointless if they're not even going to be done in a timely manner AND they mess up and still act like it's your problem. I frequent this place and it feels like lately it's starting to he as a bad as the commerce location.

I walked in and stood @ register A waiting for the server to get to me. She was helping another customer - register B. (A line started to form) and i figured she would get to me next. She completely ignores me and keeps serving 3 other people. I didnt want to make a scene and just said "obviously you dont see me here" waiting to order. She had the nerve to say "you need to get in line" WHERE IN THE HELL DO YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES"??? MARS? THEY ARE CLUELESS...

They have the worst costumer service there!

7/4/24 9:30pm I placed a mobile order here not realizing it was the wrong location. Drive thru and cafe completely empty. They are staffed. I didn’t mind repaying for my order and calling the other one to get my refund for the wrong location placed. My problem is that the girl on the speaker was rude and passive aggressive. We asked for the name of the lead her names Sam. Sam was also very passive aggressive and really rude. I decided to leave and just drive to the wrong location but what irked me was Sam, the girl on the speaker and another worker felt the need to all stand by the window and mad dog me on my way out. So you all had the time to stare me down all ugly but couldn’t make the moment right or “satisfy customer connections” and been nicer or just make it again? They clearly weren’t busy if they had time to talk bad about me in-front of me but go off Starbucks I guess make those “connections”

Went to purchase a gift card for a Christmas gift through the drive thru today and the workers were extremely rude not helpful and seemed as if they didn’t want to helped me. I asked to see the Christmas gift cards and they were extremely rude about it. Horrible customer service.

I asked for a remake and they made my drink as well as explaining to me that I ordered the drink wrong and then proceeded to explain how they make it and how I ordered it wrong. I just said it had too much milk

I come to Starbucks almost every day, but this location is by far the worst. I stopped by just to ask for a cup of water, and Angie refused to give me one unless I bought something even though I had already made a purchase earlier that morning. On top of that, her coworker was standing in line chatting with her while customers were being ignored. Terrible customer service and attitude. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Usually my favorite location but WTH was going on with staff tonight? SUPER rude and the three people at the location tonight were condescending. It was empty too but even their lead was incredibly RUDE! I get working holidays are not fun, but taking it out on customers is not ok. Unbelievable.

I went today in the morning ordered 2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. My card declined so I was going to pay with a big bill. Cashier told me they didn't have change and to go get change somewhere and come back. I find it hard to belive that a big cooperation does not have change. We left without our drinks and my kids breakfast. I felt so humiliated

Depends on who is working, some workers are great, but depending on who is manager in charge, I’ll get a drink full of ice to the top with the liquid about a inch n a half from top. I get the economy is bad but why bother paying 8 dollars for two sips?

The worker made me feel like less of a human by just coming in. I asked for something and he gave me a stare that was not customer service friendly. I did not want to feel worse in myself but this experience just ruined my day more. I love Starbucks but never had an interaction like this.
