Place is always clean and service is fast. Too bad they ran out of the large mugs.. They're perfect for hot chocolate..
Love Krispy Kreme Way better than Dunkin
I Was there on the 2nd day they were open. The line was out the door but the staff worked fast to get everyone in and out. Staff was also friendly
I was waiting for the return! Good as I remembered them. I hope the management of this location keeps up the quality you find in the south. Management already failed. Hot donut hours are 5pm to 7pm went at 5:20 Sunday-none they were cleaning the kitchen. Disappointed.
Josh and Shrelle made my day. When I came they sang to me for my birthday and made me feel beyond special. Josh’s enthusiasm, love for people, and kindness radiated and Shrelle’s happiness was contagious. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! Such wonderful people that made this an even more wonderful experience <3
I love this place. The staff was friendly and the coffee and donuts were the best around.
The staff here is an absolute joy! So Kind and great with my kids. We will definitely make a point to come back to this specific Krispy Kreme. Thank you!
I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I frequent this store more than I would like to admit ;-) Both service and donuts have been exemplary each visit.
Yummy, fresh doughnuts. Manager needs to alert door dash to add this store for delivery. Some of us are too stoned to pick up munchies.
Love krispy kreme donuts. Service was very good. Very clean.
We had the best donuts today ! The place was clean and everyone was so nice. Welcome to the neighborhood. Looking forward to to going back !
This is super exciting! Krispy Kreme has the best donuts and when u get them from the machine hot, Heaven . Just wish they had something diet
Great coffee. Lovely lady serving food.
The drive was worth it; the donuts were fresh and the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be back!
Got a frozen mocha drink n omg best one
Krispy Kreme has the BEST donuts!!! The staff was very friendly and the donuts were fresh and delicious. Can’t go wrong with the classic glazed! Also loved the cake batter. Keep up the great work everyone!
Excellent fast service, very friendly staff, yummy donuts, 5 stars!
Staff was super friendly and helpful- location was clean and welcoming.. I will definitely be back!
It is so exciting to have a Krispy Kreme back in the area again. I hope we don't lose this privilege and take advantage of it while it is still here. They have fresh, crispy donuts available when the light is on. I definitely recommend coming here and grabbing a dozen or more.
I was so excited finding out they were building a Krispy Kreme, been here almost everyday! Never disappoints! Alex is the best employee they got, he works a ton, and his customer service is always fantastic! Look forward to my morning trips here
Kristy Kreme in Brick, NJ, is an absolute gem! The donuts are always fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet—every bite melts in your mouth. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a great experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick treat or picking up a dozen for the family, you can always count on top-notch quality and service. The variety of flavors is fantastic, and their seasonal specials are always a hit. If you’re a donut lover, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommend!
Staff is so friendly and soo very helpful! They told me about the reward system they have and how much offers you can get! So wonderful! Great fresh donuts also! Got to go early and get a fresh hot donut when the light was on! They told me earlier the better for a nice fresh donuts and that’s what I got ! So happy Krispy Kreme is finally here!
Wonderful Experience at Krispy Kreme Dear Krispy Kreme Team, I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. Upon entering the premises, I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff's attentiveness and personal approach truly made me feel valued as a customer. This level of hospitality is commendable and greatly appreciated. Moreover, the donuts I purchased were incredibly fresh and delicious. It was evident that great care is taken in ensuring the quality of your products. This delightful experience has certainly encouraged me to return for future visits. I want to thank the entire Krispy Kreme team for making my visit a memorable one. Your commitment to excellence in both service and product quality is truly outstanding. Best regards,
Krispy Kreme gets 5 stars—donuts still hit every time, even if they’re looking a little smaller these days. Fresh, soft, and still addicting. Size dropped, but the flavor didn’t.
My son and family were invited to a soft opening event at the new Krispy Kreme in Lakewood on Rt. 70. They shared their donuts with me. The kids liked being able to watch them make the donuts on the assembly line and they came over with the souvenir hats and served me. The donuts were delicious and much better than the ones I have picked up in the grocery store. Well worth the visit. P.S. my server won't be there..
As expected the place was packed but the line was moving at a steady pace. The lady expediting behind the counter (I think her name was Shrell) was absolutely best in class. She had orders flying out accurately, acknowledged the customers and their orders every time while being friendly. She genuinely seemed excited about the job. I would have been exhausted expediting non-stop for hours yet alone doing that well while showing gratitude and genuinely looking happy. The rest of the customer facing staff seemed friendly also and I even saw one of them hug another employee with excitement when they saw them come in for a shift. Being a retail executive for a fortune 50 company for many years it brought me great joy to see an engaging customer experience in action. This is by far the longest review I’ve ever left for anything but it’s so very much deserved. Well done!
This was my second trip to this location. I went there the first week they opened and it was a disaster-slow service, jelly & lemon filled donuts had minimum filling and it was not a good experience. Yesterday I was in and out quickly-no issues-service was fast and the jelly/lemon donuts were packed with fillings -great improvement-Hope they keep it up.
I went into Krispy Kreme today and although it seemed short staffed Alexis was working HARD. She moved fast and was multi-tasking working the drive thru as well as the front of house. I hope she is in management or on her way.
This must be the one of the best Krispy Kreme in the country. Extremely nice, new, clean and just perfect! Not to mention their delicious lemon delight, tiramisu donuts. And perfect coffee.
My first time at Krispy Kreme ever was yesterday at the insistence of my youngest. The space was open, clean and smelled so good. They had a great selection of donuts. I left with 9 donuts! They all tasted amazing. But the best part of the experience was Alexis! Sweetest, friendliest and nicest employee in a retail environment I've met in a long while. She was super helpful and honest with donut section as I mentioned I'd never been. I really appreciated that info and that she took the extra time with me while I had the kids on the phone trying to decide too. We will be back! Thank you, Alexis, hope you're there next time we come!
Place was rather busy but we waited under 5 minutes. Everything was fresh and staff was friendly. Love that you can see everything being made. Kids took a paper Krispy Kreme hat home. Happy to see one here and so close to home!

Let me tell you I am the biggest fan of the Krispy Kreme in Lakewood. I drove an hour and a half from Hackensack New Jersey to get here because Hackensack New Jersey really wasn't very nice to me today and I am a regular customer there. Well let's put it this way. I WAS 😉 (now my business will definitely go to the Lakewood Krispy Kreme). I will just pick up my donuts before I get on the parkway to go to up to North Jersey. The two gentlemen and I don't know your names but you were both there tonight at 8:30 right before closing you both were awesome!! Totally courteous. Totally helpful. And definitely made the trip what I needed it to be. When you promise kids something and you're told you can get it and then they pull the rug out from under you and you go into another location and they are more than accommodating more than courteous and have such an amazing way with customers why would I go anywhere else?! Thank you guys so very much for everything that you've done. I know it was right near closing but you guys were awesome. I got everything I needed for the kids and it was a pleasure. You definitely will be seeing a lot more of me in the Krispy Kreme at Lakewood because Hackensack will see me no more 😍 Thank again!!!
The employees working were friendly and attentive to serving customers. The donuts were delicious and there was a good variety available.
Jason and Jesus were amazing! Excellent customer service skills! Super friendly, patient, helped me with my order and really went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer and the quality of the service and food were above par!!! Great team in Lakewood!! Thank you!!

Love Krispy Kreme and the variety of the donuts. Good service.
Theater and take the time to actually punch in my gift card number. The Swype wasn't working so I ended up having to not use it and pay out of pocket an additional $15
The hot doughnuts were excellent as always but the other doughnuts a birthday cake and a Boston creme type were both stale and really overpriced for the quality stick to the hot glazed
First time trying this place,.I.wanted to see what all the hype was about. In my opinion.."it's a donut" way too expensive. I gave it 4 stars, but I'm not going back. The person at the drive-thru was super nice.
Unfortunately, they haven't figured out how to handle a rush. Very chaotic. Very lost and confused… the two at pick up window are constantly bumping into each other. She’s sweet but uninformed; and I guess he’s still learning! They lose focus quickly and won’t listen to you completely so can assist when I had an order issue. Manager is awesome!!! Hoping his crew follows his example so in a month they have it all streamlined. The donuts are delicious though… addictive and scrumptious!
The store was crowded due to it being their Grand Opening. There was a line and from when you entered to when you received your order it took approximately 20 minutes. The employees were friendly and courteous. They were working hard to keep the line moving. Their Donuts are light and have a good taste. My only problem is that there Raspberry filled and Boston Cream Donuts did not have a lot of jelly or cream in them. It would say the Raspberry filled and Boston Cream were about 95-97% dough and 3-5% filling. There is enough parking. Even with a long line inside the store there were still parking spaces available. The store itself faces a major East/West road and is located close to an exit and entrance for the Garden State Parkway. It is across the street from a Costco and is located in a shopping center with a Home Depot. They had a store located about a mile or two further east but it closed down 19 years ago after only being open for 2 years. They routinely have promotions and have a loyalty club.
The original doughnut was hot and fresh and perfect just the way I expected. I was not excited with the cheesecake flavored donut , there was more dough than filling. Overall really nice experience to be able to watch the kitchen but they should have the line organized better

Tried to redeem e-gift card but the drive-through clerk informed me they do not accept them. Had to pay for our order in cash. Not good.
Service (night shift) needs huge improvements. Ignoring a customer because you're ready to go home is not nice and welcoming.
Food is great, but the service is horrible. It took me 28 minutes to get around the drive-through and I had two cars in front of me. Can’t beat the donuts though!!
Purchased a dozen last night. Many of the filled ones were very disappointing -- only one bite of filling! I've had KK donuts from many locations in North Carolina, so I know how good they CAN be. Will give the Lakewood location another try to see if the donuts are better!
We did the drive through here and it went well there food is tastier than the coffee, but that was ok too. I really liked the lemon custard filled.
They, yet to get enough traffic. Barely ever enough donuts, which are always great, when you, can get the flavors you want. Wish them luck, excellent donuts.
It had been a long time since I'd had Krispy Kreme and was happy to see there was one. Outside and inside it was very clean. It's a shame that the staff ruins the experience. When ordering, the chasier would ask "anything else" after every word I said making it feel rushed. But, there was only 1 person behind me in line. I ordered the s'mores latte because it looked good in the picture behind the counter. When it came out it looked like dirty milk. When I went up to the "chipper" cashier and asked what I was given, he confirmed it was the proper drink. When I stated that it didn't look like the picture above his head, he stated that I had to ask for the whipped cream, sprinkles, etc. and that it was all extra. The picture didn't state any of that. The doughnuts were mostly good (got 6 different). One of the six tasted like it was sitting in the back for a few days. As much as I like Krispy Kreme, I won't be going back to this one. It's a shame because whoever franchised this location put a lot of effort into the building.
Although I’m happy they’re in my area, I feel they either don’t pay attention to our order or intentionally give us what we don’t want. For the second time in a row we asked for raspberry-filled donuts with our order. When we get home we find out it’s creme-filled. Yes they both look the same, but someone in the back is not placing them in the right spot up front. Or they don’t have them and put creme in their spot instead of just saying they’re out. It wouldn’t be so bad if raspberry wasn’t my FAVORITE. But it’s very annoying getting creme, which I don’t really like. The first time it happened we drove back and the worker gave us raspberry donuts, on the house. But I’m not burning gas making two round trips because of their mistakes.

Only one employee working the register and the drive through. He looked stressed out. Almost $10 for 3 donuts was overpriced. I’m wondering if they bake there because it didn’t have that fresh softness and fr the price I probably wouldn’t return. I don’t see them lasting there so it’s not really an issue. A dollar per donut shop just opened in Howell and if they expand it they will end this place.

Came twice for warm donuts...told " no warm donuts available". Why not!!!!!!!!???????? They should be available! Isn't that why people come here?? I left with no donuts!
Recent visit, friend got violent sick from the coffee and cream. No phone number to this location. When you go there they tell you to call 800# they take no responsibility. Wow.
Specialty donuts seems stale like they were made yesterday. Dried out. The ones baked in the store were good as usual.
Coffee was only half filled. Clearly they ran out and did not offer to make more. Staff yelled at woman before me for ordering a large order and not calling in. Only one door works.
I know they just opened but come on guys no one knows what to do. There was one lady all by herself trying to hold it together while everyone else just stood there watching. Way too expensive for the doughnuts $16 for 6 is wild. Coffee was good but not hot barely warm. There are so many local doughnut shops that are way better stick to them.
Have always been a fan. Knowing they've had their troubles from years gone by, was excited at the prospect of a new store opening in close proximity... the drive through was beyond slow, one car in front of us and waited well over 10 minutes from the time order was taken (which was arduous in itself) with only one vehicle in front if us. We got to the window to pay and receive our order without acknowledgement for at least 5 minutes while inside patrons were being tended to, we finally get acknowledged we ordered 2- 3 counts and 2 single donuts, the 2 - 3 counts were handed to driver with the bag of only one donut (not 2) like ordered with the bag with single donut dropping to ground... they replaced it. The boxes for the 3 count donuts do not properly close making them cumbersome to handle without donuts falling out. The single donut we did try WAS NOT of krispy kreme of past, the pastry lacked flavor and fryer fat was either burnt or poor quality, the "chocolate (fondant) topping the donut tasted exceedingly artificial, sadly the coffee was pretty bad too. Hopefully, in time it gets better but if original ingredients have been altered that much at the prices they're charging for a substandard product their demise, not unlike the one that closed, close by, 20 years ago will be inevitable.
We love Krispy Kreme. Today I ordered 50 donut holes to bring to a party. They were not good , dry and stale.
Small and expensive, very bad taste of oil. Decorated doughnuts are doughy, filled doughnuts don't have much filling. Not going back to this place again, rather get doughnuts at a bakery.
the first time I went the staff was super friendly but the older lady that took my order couldn't hear me over the loud music and got everything wrong. The second time I was in I ordered online for pickup, I got an email receipt that I had paid and they had no trace of my order. And so I ended up being late for work. Today I went for the third time I downloaded the app I ordered through there at 7:00 a.m. for an 8:15 pickup.... it wasn't ready when I got there and I did not realize until I got to work that I left with a completely different order. I won't even get into the attitude of the employees today. The donuts are fantastic but I doubt I'll go back.
Place looks perfect. Arrived at 11am. Ordered 6 pack. Service messed up what we ordered. Donuts are oil taste first topping second last filling. So it has a true five star presentation unfortunately I'm not sure if I will ever come back. I love donuts and my heart is broken 💔.
Where do I start...while we all love Krispy Kreme donuts and this store is new, there is major dysfunction going on. As soon as you walk in, you can't tell where the lines are because nobody knows for sure where they start. Once you take the time to ask people if they are on line or what, you realize most of the people standing around are waiting for their orders to be filled...and I ask why? Once we placed our order and watched, we saw nothing but dysfunction going on. Many workers standing around doing nothing while over 20 people waiting for donuts. The cash register person left their station to fill orders, while other workers stood around and watched. If I was the manager, not one person would be standing around..worker or customer. All the boxes should be made during non peak times, to aid during peak times..just like pizza parlors do...they have stacked pizza boxes ready to go..so should this place. The workers are not grabbing the donuts from the case as the person orders, instead, they are grabbing them from the back someplace. We should see what we are ordering. Another dysfunction is the fact that the donuts are all different sizes. I have never seen this in another Krispy Kreme store, so I'm not sure why it's happening here. Lastly and most importantly where you pick up your order is right by the exit. So many unaware people are too busy waiting for their donuts to realize they are blocking the exit. This is a complete hazard and the workers should call peoples attention to it, but they all are too quiet to say anything. So hopefully someone who owns or runs this facility sees this and steps in and does some training, otherwise this location will close down like the one in Brick did years ago. No reason not to fill someone's order while they are ordering. See photo below of uneven donuts...again, I've never seen this and I'm sure Corporate would have something to say about this. At least I hope they do.
I wish I had a better review but I don't. They completely botched my order and the donuts. The apple pie donut had lemon in them. The blueberry has like no filling. and one of the pie one had no filling. I get it is brand new but this was bad.
I finally stopped here after this place opened a month or so ago. It was on a weekday afternoon so there was no line at all. While I’ve had Krispy Kreme donuts in the past and really enjoyed them, I can’t say the same about this visit. The first thing I noticed was how pathetically small the donuts were. I understand that inflation is still really high now and people are hurting but they should just market these as mini donuts and be done with it, see picture with my car keys for comparison….the donuts are only slightly bigger than my key fob. To be fair the donuts tasted good but it’s ridiculous to be able to eat a whole donut in 3 bites. I don’t see this place staying in business long unless they improve the value because right now it’s severely lacking; it was nearly $16.00 for 6 donuts. People will go for a while because it’s still in the novelty phase but when that wears off I think they’ll be in trouble.

The drive thru worker Ramone has terrible customer service was just rushing us just to end up ignoring us and taking someone else’s order and laughing
Came in to buy a number of gift cards and I was told ONLY CASH can't pay with a credit card. Who carry's a few hundred dollars in cash these days..
My order had to be ready by 9.25. My husband had been there since 9.30 and they couldn't find our order. I emailed my husband about our order and he had to get back in line. Very unprofessional service!
It is kosher non cholov Yisrael. All donuts contains dairy. Nice store!
Ordered 2 dozen donuts (24) but when i checked the boxes in the car one of them had 8. The worker must’ve eaten them and tried sending us with that box
2 donuts didn't have creme inside. 2 had very little filling. Apple fritter only had 2 pieces of apple inside. Plus I couldn't get my frozen drink. Never go there again
This place is slow! I've never had to wait so long to order donuts. Sat at the order window for 5 minutes before they took the order. We were the only ones at the store.
i'm upset driving 25minutes to get donut jan 27,2025 monday at 10am get 1 dozen i order chocolate filled none of my donut no chocolate filled, and 3 of donut is not the one i order, the guy putting donut it din't pay attention of the order.the lady in the counter she should the one in charge taking donut not the guy doesn't know what his doing.
Was disappointed after waiting so long for donuts and they really have no filling in them. We have had Krispy Kreme donuts before and drov
I WILL SAY THEIR ERRORS CAN BE CORRECTED. WENT THERE ON SATURDAY 4/5/25 AROUND 12:45PM. THE STAFF ARE VERY POLITE THEY NEED TO WORK AT CAREFULLY LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMER. I WOULD SAY MOST OF THEIR ISSUES ARE WITH THE DRIVE THRU. THE EMPLOYEE TAKING MY ORDER GOT IT ALL WRONG I CLEARLY TOLD HIM A FROZEN DRINK HE ASKED 3 TIMES DO YOU WANT A HOT OR COLD DRINK. THE DRINK I ORDERED WAS DELIVERED TO ME NOTHING HOW IT LOOKED IN THE PICTURE WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM HIS REPLY WAS OH YOU WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE THAT.I ORDERED A SMALL HOT COFFEE LIGHT WITH MILK AND 3 SUGAR I SAW HIM THROUGH THE THE PICK UP WINDOW I GOT A DARK COFFEE WITH ONY A SPRINKLE OF SUGAR. DID NOT SAY ANYTHING I WAS ALREADY FUSTRATED. A CONSTRUCTIVE IDEA I CAN GIVE YOU IS THE EMPLOYEE THAT TAKES THE ORDER SHOULD NOT BE FILLING THE ORDER THAT IS WHY THE DRIVE THRU IS SO SLOW. ONE MORE POINT THE BOTTOM OF MY COFFEE LOADED WITH COFFEE GRINDS
Some dude who manned our pickup order grabbed 4 or so donuts from our 2 dozen order and tried to send us off with it. We went back in and thankfully another person took care of our order.
Drove 40 minutes to go to this Krispy Kreme very exciting. Get there and see cases full of donuts went to the counter to order and was told that they didn’t have any of the donuts that we requested.. When I pointed out, there are trays of the particular donut we wanted we were told those are just for show. I’ve been to Krispy Kreme’s all over the country never in my life was told the donuts in the case were for show. Needless to say, we were disappointed and left empty-handed. Guess we go up to Jersey City where there’s actual donuts.
Ordered the 3 pack Thanksgiving Special. Originally ringing up as "on line" for price. The cashier swapped it out for a regular 3 pack plus $.55 each for specialty doughnuts. She chose not to correct it & the "young" manager? just kept repeating "we just opened this store". I couldn't not cancel the order once it went through. Then I didn't get the correct donuts :( at the grossly inflated price. Won't be going out of my way to go back. One & done!
7 employees, 1 customer, easiest order of 6 donuts. Had to wait to get the order. Employees are unorganized, don’t know what they are doing, looking lost, don’t know what kind of filling in donuts. Donuts taste awful, leaving weird aftertaste in mouth. Tried for the first and def the last time!
Miss Alexis Davis working on Saturday 12/21 decided to steal my rewards points by using her rewards card for MY order. Can’t get a hold of the store to talk to a manager and the customer service dept is too behind to even have in their records there’s a new store in Lakewood NJ. So here I am…. Kinda disappointing my first experience is like this when I was looking forward to Bringing these to work regularly for my coworkers. Thanks Alexis, enjoy your free donut
Family wanted a treat on way home from trip. Arrived at drive up approx 6:15pm woman’s voice asked can I help you. I started to place my order and woman stated sir I can’t hear you hold on. I waited a few minutes and asked if anyone was there. After no response I drove up to the window. I was greeted by a male employee. He advised me I bypassed the drive up. I informed him of previously stated. A woman with glasses then came to window and made the following statement in an aggressive and rude tone. “I told you I can’t hear you now you have to wait” I stated all I heard was Sir I can’t hear you hold on but no one ever came back. No one responded to me after waiting a few minutes. The same woman again condescendingly stated “Well we can’t be taking orders from the window it’s cold and we can’t be having the window all open” At this point my wife and daughter both said just leave it’s not worth it. I did not trust my food or drinks would be handled safely and left. We will never return to this establishment ever again. This was our 4th time at this location since you opened and we were shocked to how a paying customer was treated.
So disappointed. I love Krispy Kreme and have been so excited to try this place after it opened up. The customer service was subpar and i could tell the kid in the drive through did not care. That could have been excused if the dozen donuts i bought wernt stale when i got home...
Never had a Krispy Kreme before they opened 1st store in nj and they blew Dunkin donuts out of the water the raspberry filled and apple filled were bursting with filling and taste is amazing, then only on the 2nd time I went back there was only barely a taste of raspberry and apple filling and the donuts were smaller, very disappointing, only open 6 months and they are already acting like dunkin donuts. I hope they can rally back.
Stopped in for a small cup of coffee at almost 5pm 12/4. Drank it all and barely made it to the door before I became violently ill. Is the cream not stored properly because that's the only thing I think could have happened. There is zero reason this should have happened to begin with. I felt fine before I drank it. I threw up and feel fine now so whatever it was had to leave my system. Very disappointed.
Garbage garbage garbage customer service the tall Hispanic dude was completely rude when taking my order kept rushing me when no one was in line
4:40pm on a Tuesday, I got the assorted mini doughnuts not very assorted 2 had cookie crumb and powdered the rest were just glazed, my boyfriend got the Oreo with the Kreme filling doughnut. Well we thought. Don’t know if Alejandro heard the order wrong or the guy who bagged the doughnut put in the wrong one but it was Boston cream, not Oreo. Won’t be back, 7-11 makes better doughnuts
I love lemon filled doughnuts but I can't see paying $15 for 6 when I get 6 of them at a bakery in reserve,La for $9 and they are bigger.
This new location is terrible. The Hot Light Hours are listed from 7:00-9:00 AM. I arrived at 8:35 and asked for hot glazed and got cold/stale glazed. The hot glazed is the hallmark of Krispy Kreme and what they were built on. If they cannot deliver that simple pledge than no wonder they exited this area once already. Very Disappointing. Update: gave them a second try today and the hot light was on. I twice asked for 2 Hot Glazed and received 3 cold glazed. What is wrong with this place do they have management in place at all. Store should be closed down. Gonna blast them to anybody I come in contact with
We never had Krispy Kreme donuts before, so we were excited they opened one in Brick. Well, we will never be returning. We went through the drive thru & the male taking our order was extremely rude, clearly did not want to work at all, rushing us on our order, questioning us about our order so rudely. We finally got our order & our order was messed up. So I had to go inside and tell them they screwed up my order. I go inside, it’s just crazy & don’t even know where the line starts. Some workers seem stressed, while others just stood there like they didn’t know what to do. The lady at the register was nice & seemed annoyed at her co workers when I told them & received no recipe. I went to the rude guy who took my order and showed him that he messed up, didn’t say anything, and gave me two donuts that I wanted for free & said nothing back to me. I will not be returning to here. People clearly don’t want to work & take their frustration on their costumers. They need to get better workers & figure out a system inside to move more steady
Wish I had better things to say about this place but I don’t the service is bad, the doughnuts are horrible and small and the prices keep going up and quality going down,I would never come back and recommend everyone do the same this place won’t last
My first time and last time at this Krispy Kreme .I wanted two snoopy and two charlie brown donuts. Sold me three donuts two charlie brown and a Santa one ? So the 3 pack was $7.95 plus they charged $1.10 per charlie brown donuts, plus .55 for Santa and another 2.95 for the Santa. The staff must be prompted to interact with you. Not friendly at all plus a ripoff location. My advice NEVER STOP HERE!!!!

Terrible management. The drive through experience was a total disaster. It took me 5 minutes and 4 times to get an order of 6 doughnuts and two coffees right. The cashier was just not listening. As I pull up the the window, the cashier then proceeds to drop my card outside the window. I had to drive forward and park in a spot where I could actually get out to go retrieve my card. I was then informed my coffee would be a moment. So I decided to go inside to wait. Once I was inside I heard that there was no coffee... at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. Why didn't the cashier inform me of this?!? This location is in dire need of management.
I got there around 8:45am early this morning. They told me at the drive-thru that the hot light was on and have hot donuts available. They are doing construction work over there so I couldn’t even see that the hot light was off because of the way I had to come in through the drive-thru. I received the coldest donuts when I checked the box before I left!!! Then they explained to me that they turned off the hot light early and apologized for lying. I was highly upset!!! I go there all the time and never seen such nonsense!!! The hot light is supposed be on from 7am-9am in the morning!!! Horrible service!!!
Ordered one thing, got whatever they felt like. Don't bother ordering based on your preference; they’ll just serve you whatever they want. They charge you upfront, then make you wait 20 minutes while they obsessively try to "rearrange" the food to match a picture on the wall instead of just giving you what you asked for. Dont waste your time and money, just go to Dunkin Donuts, they know how to customize your order in 30 seconds!
It’s shameful that such a beautiful store, with such high-quality products and delicious donuts, has such terrible employees. The speed of service is a joke, friendliness is nonexistent, and communication is absolutely zero. I can’t find enough words to describe how awful the customer service is. They don’t even have the energy to treat you badly — they simply don’t acknowledge your presence. And the store wasn’t even full, so they can’t use “being busy” as an excuse. Super sad. A store isn’t made only by its products; what makes a place great is the whole experience customers have there. Krispy Kreme donuts I can buy at McDonald’s, Stop & Shop, or Walmart — so why would I come here if the service is this bad?
So I go in to get 4 dozen donuts for work I’m the only car in the lot @ 8:30 am and only customer. So you would think they would greet me and ask how they can help instead I said good morning & waiting to be asked what I needed in between the person texting on their phone! Then get annoyed at me when the price was wrong because it was get 1 dozen for $1 Terrible customer service!!
