Visited this bar all 3 days whilst I was in the area. Was treated extremely well by the tall friendly waiter, Antonio (I believe). Had the best Prosecco based drinks in my life. Antonio even made me a couple of drinks which were off the menu and they were delightful! The bar is small but cosy and has a great view of the few docks and lake. Miss this place very much. Continue to serve with excellence! Hi Antonio, if you’re reading this I’m the Asian guy who drank lots on his first seating!

We came here for breakfast and found a table with lake view very quickly. They were very busy! We ordered a cappuccino (w/ soy milk), a macchiato, a croissant w/ apricot filling, scrambled eggs with prosciutto and cheese, and a blueberry muffin. I was surprised by the scrambled eggs because I’m used to “scrambles” in the states with everything mixed in. Here, the prosciutto and cheese were placed on the side of the scrambled eggs, which was fine because everything was delicious anyway. The muffin was the best blueberry muffin I ever had. For a premium location, I thought the prices were fair and reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks. I highly recommend, but be patient with the staff. They are busy!

Simpatico vecchio bar, sempre pieno di turisti e ospiti, soprattutto il 3 gennaio, quando tutti i bar intorno erano chiusi. Siamo entrati e abbiamo trovato un tavolo per caso. La meringa era particolarmente deliziosa😋 Splendida vista sul lago.

Bar Pasticceria posto di fronte all'imbarcadero quindi, per forza di cose, molto turistico. Servizio corretto anche se un po' asettico, bevande (cioccolate + caffè) buone peccato che 2 cioccolate su 3 fossero appena tiepide (eravamo all'interno in una fredda giornata di gennaio), mentre la panna montata era veramente buona e non zuccherata. Costo conforme al locale e alla località. Avevo aspettative più basse ma mi sono ricreduto.

Posto carino lungo lago, ci siamo seduti ai tavolini all'esterno. Nonostante l'enorme afflusso di gente in quella giornata, i camerieri hanno fatto il possibile per sparecchiare velocemente e stare dietro agli ordini, cercando di limitare l'attesa. Prezzi in linea con la posizione. Menù abbastanza vario, piatti curati. Consigliato per un aperitivo o una merenda lungo lago. Le coppe gelato erano abbondanti e buone.

Bar pasticceria storica in centro a Bellagio, ci sono abbastanza tavolini sia fuori che dentro. Il servizio è veloce anche in orario di punta e con molte persone che aspettano per sedersi. Cioccolata calda con panna buonissima, fatta ad hoc senza grumi. Molto buoni i muffin e le piccole crostate. Prezzi medio alti ma consoni alla zona. Servizi igienici fuori dal locale, nel vicolo accanto.

Esperienza per noi molto positiva a parte le lunghissime attese (un’ora) per due panini e una piadina, ma già lo sapevamo lette le altre recensioni. Fortunatamente siamo stati accolti dal ragazzo cameriere molto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo evitato le grinfie della “signora” che gestisce il servizio all’esterno. Maleducata e arrogante con chiunque avessimo intorno che richiedesse informazioni.

A notable breakfast place in Lake Como. Plenty of seats outside so you can have coffee with a nice view! Ours had cars blocking it so that’s a minus-1 haha. But cornetto and coffee were good, pancakes- nothing special😊 Overall a great place to start before a whole day of getting around Como.

A smaller café in Bellagio at the lake Cuomo. The shakerato was average, the cappuccino quite delicious. Service was average, the atmosphere okay.

So why only 3 stars? A lot of room to improve the service. The staff seems to be always in a bad mood. No to mention that they argue all teve time between them in front of the customers.

Posto carino con vecchia arredamenti liberty in legno, ma pasticcini chimici e cappuccino mediocre. Mancanza totale di toilette per i clienti che pensavo ormai fosse illegale. A Bellagio non si può avere locali mediocri con il turismo che viene da tutto il mondo.

Che dire… un posto carino, affacciato sul lago, con un potenziale davvero notevole. Purtroppo, però, la nostra esperienza non è stata delle migliori: i due pasticcini che abbiamo ordinato avevano della muffa sui lamponi. Nonostante ciò, nel pomeriggio abbiamo deciso di tornare per provare una coppa di gelato. Purtroppo anche questa volta siamo rimasti delusi: il cameriere, piuttosto scortese con tutti, ci ha informati che ci sarebbero voluti più di 20 minuti solo per prepararla. A quel punto abbiamo deciso di andarcene.

Convenient location but that's pretty much the only positive. We had coffees, breakfast and beers whilst waiting for the ferry. The service in Bellagio was notably awful on the whole but this place had perhaps the worst. Understaffed, we had to wait over 20m to be served and even when waiters serve the table next to you they avoid eye contact and pretend not to hear you when you try and ask to order. There's no excuse to be charging so much for such simple things and not to be paying for enough staff. Our waiter, clearly stressed, was rude not only to us but to clients around us. Things got better when I went inside to complain in front of the boss. The omelette was bland and a ripoff, and the continental breakfast was even blander – both the bread and croissants being stale and tasteless. I genuinely have had better breakfasts on aeroplanes and this was the only meal we didn't feel like taking a photo of!

Bad experience today this 3rd Aug. 1) late service, 2) subpar food in relation to the price. And rude service from the woman in charge. Definitely disappointing.

Ero semplicemente in fila per pagare la mia consumazione, nulla di più. Non avevo bisogno di ordinare o fare richieste particolari. Tuttavia, la barista, con tono sgarbato e infastidito, si è risentita perché non avevo annunciato ad alta voce il motivo della mia attesa. Mentre stavo porgendo il denaro, ha continuato a punzecchiarmi con commenti fuori luogo e un atteggiamento visibilmente polemico. Ho preferito non rispondere, rimanendo in silenzio per evitare uno scontro inutile. A sostegno della mia reazione pacata, tre clienti presenti, quanto meno interdetti, mi hanno espresso il loro supporto con parole di solidarietà.

Quando siamo arrivati c’era un solo tavolo libero con due tazze dei clienti precedenti. Appena ci siamo seduti un cameriere con codino ci ha apostrofati scortesissimo “non sapete leggere? Non ci di può sedere ai tavoli sporchi!” Posto che non c’era nessun cartello in vista, abbiamo aspettato 10 minuto che liberasse il tavolo, ma co ha detto che per l’ordinazione dovevamo aspettare. Dopo vari tentativi ci ha preso l’ordinazione, evidentemente scocciato e guardando altrove. Un’ora e mezza per due aperitivi! Posto con vista molto bella, ma personale da cambiare!!

31 dicembre, bar pieno ma non troppo ci hanno cacciato malamente urlandoci contro “SIAMO CHIUSI” nonostante ci fossero tavoli liberi dentro. Se non avete voglia di lavorare o non siete in grado di stare a contatto con le persone state chiusi per davvero e fatevi un favore! P.s. se siete chiusi davvero aggiornate l’orario su Google e chiudere le serrande.

Personale arrogante, scortese e completamente inadatto a lavorare con il pubblico. Siamo entrati in 5 per un semplice caffè: il locale era pieno, ma invece di dirlo con educazione ci è stato urlato contro come se stessimo dando fastidio. Ordinare un caffè è sembrato chiedere un favore: zero educazione, zero professionalità, nemmeno un “buonasera”. Atteggiamento pessimo, come se i clienti fossero un problema e non la ragione per cui il locale esiste. Se non si ha rispetto per le persone, meglio cambiare lavoro. Assolutamente sconsigliato: fermatevi in qualsiasi altro bar, almeno non vi rovineranno la giornata.

Chiedo informazioni al bancone,mi viene detto " si sieda, verremo quando avremo un attimo di tempo". Dopo 20 minuti ancora nessuno era venuto a prendere l'ordine. Poi una signora,su nostra indicazione e dopo aver polemizzato,si degna di portare via i bicchieri sporchi dal tavolo. Il caffè è buono,le paste molto meno. Nel complesso lo sconsiglio.

Cappuccino non all'altezza del suo prezzo, il latte era montato veramente male, uno dei più brutti che abbia mai visto e assaggiato, super pieno di bolle, ed è un peccato perché il posto è molto carino, non ci si aspetta i disegnini per carità, ma almeno un latte montato bene...consiglio al barista del pomeriggio di fare un corso di caffetteria, perché ne varrebbe davvero la pena.

Scam Alert – Avoid this place! They tried to charge us €43 when our total was only €16. I even asked the lady if the price was correct, and she insisted yes. When we asked to see the menu, she got angry, said rude things in Italian, and only hesitantly gave our money back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Make sure to double-check what you’re paying – this place is a scam.

Pretty aweful service. Many Waiters having interesting conversations among them, I guess. But they Take forever to service the meals and bring the meals of 3 People at a different time. A mother with two kids left the restaurant complaining about the time they were waiting. Not very professional. They have a toilet outside the restaurant and it is used by everybody in the street walking by.... so imagine how dirty... pretty lamentable.
