Nice little cozy place. It had an inviting atmosphere. Loved the authenticity of their burger stacked with either a single or double crispy patty. Should've gotten some fries, so definitely for next time! :D

The burger sucked the buns are all gummy and thick ruined the burger. The fries are great 👍🏾 no problems there. I'd go back just for fries 🍟.

Burgers were freshly-prepared and tasted good. We had cheeseburger and with bacon, but it is quite pricey considering the size is small. First time here so not sure what to expect. The staff could have been more helpful as we did not know there was literally nothing in the burger except a slice of cheese and patty and the buns. Cleanliness is ok

The food was better than the service yesterday. The young lady who took our order wasn't rude; just very dry and unpleasant(The employee name on the receipt was Marlene L.). The young man who works there was the same exact way. Not rude, just very unfriendly. The hamburger and fries were excellent. I ordered the classic combo for $13.99. Hopefully next time when I stop in the staff will be in a better mood. Would have given five stars across the board if the service was better⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Went on my 30 min lunch break. Very fast and polite staff. My burger??? No seasoning. No flavor. I ask for barbecue sauce drop of sauce on top none on bottom. Bacon BITS were on bottom of my burger. bun felt like the sat it on counted to 3 took it off. Cheese wasn't melted into my patty. For $8 and some change I seriously could have just gone to Whataburger. based on the other reviews I expected a phenomenal burger. Also my burger was cold?? If I had the time I would have had it made over.

Terrible service and very unfriendly staff. The beef in the burger was not cooked well. Do not go here. Better to go to another location.

I'm so disappointed about this place, the service was terrible specially a women who don't understand English very well she was giving me a attitude when I told her that my French fries were so greasy and I ask to talk to the supervisor and she says that she was the supervisor when she don't even know how to used the cashier but whatever, I will not go back to this place and I hope no body else waste his time in this place

We don’t eat often at five guys. Tonight I was reminded why. Nothing to do with the staff. They were great. But let’s be honest. We come to eat. We got our order to go as we got in late but stayed at the hotel right around the corner. I don’t mind a burger that isn’t perfect. Sometimes the “filling”falls out. No problem. But when the bread is beyond soggy(almost uncooked) and filled with topping I did not order, come on. Nice people. But quality sucked.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Five Guys location that I feel compelled to share. I placed an online order with an estimated pickup time of 7-10 minutes, but what should have been a quick pickup turned into a 25-minute ordeal. When I arrived, there were 7-8 people in line ahead of me. Despite being there for my pre-ordered food, I watched every single person who had ordered after me receive their meals first. This was clearly a result of poor order management and organization. When I approached a large hispanic guy claiming to be the manager about the delay, the interaction was unprofessional and concerning. He was wearing a red shirt (managers typically wear black), and when I politely inquired about why my order seemed to have been overlooked, his response was dismissive and rude - essentially telling me to take my food and leave because I was "wasting his time." Beyond the poor customer service, I observed some concerning food safety practices. The same employee was moving between the register and food preparation without proper steps, which raises legitimate health and safety concerns as well. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the large fries were clearly skimped on - nowhere near the generous portion Five Guys is known for. It was clear that my order had been missed or misplaced, and rather than acknowledge the mistake and apologize, the staff became defensive and unprofessional. The lack of accountability and basic customer service training is evident. I understand that busy periods can be stressful, but if someone can't maintain quality service and food standards under pressure, perhaps they should consider finding work in a less demanding environment. Five Guys is typically known for quality food and service, but this location falls far short of those standards. I won't be returning to this particular restaurant, and I'd recommend others consider different locations if they want the Five Guys experience done.
