For 1 late and croissant they just placed In the bag without warming up was 30 minute and the latte was too sweet and left a bad after taste

I am a mom who spoils the kids with DD and everytime its doesn’t miss my order is made wrong. They really dont read the place order, simple things are impossible to miss and they miss each time. I corrected them multiple times but when you on the go with the kiddos and just do a pick up we can’t wait for the changes to be made. So we just go and it just ruins the way you wanted to eat that meal. Example of my order just wondering where’s the bacon?

VERY POOR SERVICE. The guy gave me LOADED hashbrowns instead of REGULAR hashbrowns. The man working ignored me and the food was really poorly made. Additionally, i asked for water and he made no effort to give me. He also ignored me when I made an effort to respond after I said Thank you. I was very polite and none of it was reciprocated. Don’t come here!

This is the third time I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts and their food is not fresh and it’s really early in the morning. It’s before 10 o’clock so the food should be much fresher than what they give you. That’s why I rate their food a one..

This location gets 0 stars every single time we go there and now finally I’m giving a review after giving them so many attempts. We go there everyday because they’re closest to our house. If I order a donut, it’s always stale. I’ll usually order maple sugar bacon sandwich and hash browns - every single time it’s over cooked and hard and the croissant taste old. The coffee is never consistent. We usually order an extra shot of espresso and they definitely do not put it in. We just moved here from east Setauket and would always order the same thing there, when they made it, it was perfect so it’s really annoying getting such terrible food here. Starbucks is right down the road, you’re better off spending your money there instead of wasting it at this dunkin location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got 2 French crullers and a cold brew. The French crullers tasted like they were days old. So stale and hard. The cold brew tasted like bean water. I could barely taste the coffee.

The Bengali girl wearing Hijab was so rude and unprofessional! Being busy doesnt give you permission to roll your eyes at customers or yell at your co-workers. She needs to take some lessons on professionalism if she wants to work in the food industry.

Worker sneezed near hand off area without covering mouth. Workers do not understand issues with orders. Multiple customer waiting on drinks that they’re marking ready without actually being ready. Worker pours espresso shot on top and then dumps it out to make room for milk. Don’t waste your money at this location.

The staff here is terrible have bad attitudes and not accommodating. Got my order wrong numerous times and the drinks don't come out right. Stopped going to this dunkin months ago even though I live on the corner and literally drive to the next nearest one on Jericho. They give a better experience.

Worst customer service ever, the skinny tall Indian lady in the register she is the worst seem she is fed up with her life and taking anger at her customer, doesn’t have any clue how to behave or talk to customer. Tried capturing her name but turn her face other way. The person who own this place or whoever is in charge of this place need to talk this ladies, and teach them how to behave with customers, if they keep this up and behave nasty with customers soon this place will be 86 “out of business” it’s a nice place in nice location save the business hire new professional people to run this place.
