Very well run Pollo Loco. Fast service and the food is prepared perfectly and fresh. Their green avocado salsa is prepared very well with extra Cilantro and spicy. Not watery like some other locations.

Highly recommend using the app to order and pay. After spending $100 you get a $10 voucher. Also just used a $5 birthday voucher. I order then drive the 1 mile to EPL. If the drive-thru is busy I walk in for pick-up. The food is always delicious. Double-check your order before leaving as occasionally I get shorted an item. The one time I drove back and told them they gave me the item without question. The staff at Bellflower location are always nice.

Good service , courteous and prompt very helpful,this time the chicken was dry and my tostada salad looks like they used the last chicken available to them because part of the chicken was shredded and another part was cut as usual in small cubes taste was different I didn't like the chicken but to be fair is was not bad at all 😕 Maybe I will be back when I have a chance and ask for not shared chicken

Quick service! and the young lady answered my questions about the tea options! El Pollo Loco has been my favorite walk-in quick service food option during the pandemic because they still have salsas available on request, great fresh food, and, in general, clean stores and courteous employees.

I like this location because the turn around rime is pretty quick. The staff is not very friendly but I go there to buy dinner not make friends so I just blow the rudeness off. Always clean and have not had a bad meal yet.

Love this location! I had a coupon that would have expired in 3 day, $5 any plate. But Pollo Loco doesn't have plates in their menu anymore.... The manager (I think) was really nice and told me that he will honor the coupon, so I got a yummy enchilada with 2 sides and a drink. Other thing that this location has (compare with the one on Pioneer, next to 91 frw) is the HORCHATA!!!! And their avocado salsa had pieces of avocado inside!!!! Definitely this will be my favorite location from now on! 💓

The two piece combo was very good, hot and fresh. The service was expedient. It wasn't very busy inside and I was able to sit in a comfortable booth. It was an overall good experience and I will definitely go back.

My go-to spot at least once a week. Sometimes twice for their 2 for $5 tacos on Tuesdays. I am obsessed with their crunchy tacos and shrimp tacos. They are absolutely delicious. I also order their Classic Pollo Fit Bowl. That is my favorite. It is a meal in itself. Their salad is fresh and packed with protein. It's a pretty big salad. I eat half and save the rest for the next day. I love their avocado cilantro dressing. They should sell it in a big jar. I'd buy it for sure! The staff is always friendly. Minimal wait time too.

There are 3 pollo loco's close to my house but I'll travel the distance to come to this location. The place is always clean, the staff is super friendly and professional and their guacamole salsa is always the perfect consistency. All other locations I notice will water down their salsas. I'm picturing a double chicken tostada salad. They really pack it up unlike other locations. Definitely come to this location!!!

Finally, I asked them to just give me diet coke from their drive through despenser and they did. This coke was for my 92 year old father who is a diabetic and drinks Diet Coke. I had to go up to the front to have them refill his drink twice through the drive through despenser. Not good Pollo Loco!

We ordered 2pc breast and wing. With corn tortilla, loco salad and rice. They gave us flour tortilla. The rice was under done. Chicken was ok.

We visited the Bellflower location at Alondra and Woodruff. Everything was fine with the food and service but my issue was with the area the location is in. We went thru the drive thru and were asked to park around the side of the restaurant and they would bring our food to us. No problem! We parked and within minutes a homeless woman walked right in front of my car and squatted to use the walkway as a restroom... nothing against the restaurant at all but thought I'd let everyone know the area isn't the greatest... gotta love California right?! We ordered the new stuffed quesadillas and the chicken avocado was my favorite by far.. the beef quesadilla was good too.

The only thing they got right in my whole order was the 2 sides. I ordered a 2pc meal white (I recieved a 2pc dark) wish I had checked before I left. I ordered a HI C Fruit Punch ( received a Coke) tried to explain it, but that person just walked away. I then had to explain it 4 time to the other person. ( They kept pushing the Coke to me ) before I got my drink.

I don't recommend at all the quesadilla, I bought one, when I saw that tortilla I literally told the guy"I MAKE IT BETTER" the guy who help me was mad and told me, "that's the way we always make them" $2.39 dolls, with that much I bought a full bag of tortillas and make many 100% much better that the one I get there. Almost all the food was bland. The chicken, the rice, the beans - there was no seasoning at all, not even salt. The only thing that wasn't bland was the churros which were very cinnamon-y, and the salad that comes with the family feast meal was also good. They do give you a hard time when you ask for salsa or ask for the dressing they were supposed to give you for the salad. Not the best experience I've had at this pollo loco and the chicken has severely gone done in taste since the last time I ate here.

Ordered hot chocolates and they were cold. They also weren't mixed at all, the coco mix was in chunks at the bottom of the cup. I had to mix the powder myself and warm it up.

The order was wrong and the workers did not understand English. They did not take the order right and the manager was very condescending. After confirming my order he just left . In front of other employees and several customer. I wonder ifall the workers doing minimum wage or less than 20 per hour have that horrible attitude. Beware Door Dashers! They discriminate based on appearance at this location, you will be forced to sign a receipt and if you don’t sign you will not be able to pick up, even after waiting. I know they discriminate since I would always be asked to sign (their reason was just in case the customer didn’t get their order) until one day it was busy and they didn’t notice me walk in. I waited behind another DoorDasher (middle aged women) and they did not ask her to sign. After she got her order and they noticed I was behind her, they didn’t ask me to sign since they knew I would ask again (politely) why I was signing. I know my face is young, but that is very rude to assume I’m a trouble making teenager who steals food. The only other restaurant I had to sign due to being discriminated for the same reason is at this Dennys, 5520 South St, Lakewood, CA 90713, don’t support these rude businesses.

Twice the chicken made me sick because it was undercooked. Tonight, I went for birrio tacos as the online menu has, but they don’t have it. I ordered the tostada and it actually smelled bad and tasted bad! I almost vomited trying to eat it. Threw it out and had to chew a piece of gum to get rid of the taste—kind of. It actually said “Add utensils” on the receipt but there was no napkin or utensil in the bag. Never going back.

I arrived before 10 pm at the drive-through and waited in the queue. Their hours say they are open until 11 pm. When I arrived, I was the last customer and the only one left in the queue, and I was refused service. I had already driven to another location which closed over an hour prior to their listed online hours. All in all I drove more than 20 miles. At $6 an hour for fuel, it’s too much. It’s incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers not to update your hours online. I also arrived prior to 10 pm, which is what they told me they had change the hours to. I was still denied service. They really need to get new management. You can’t drive all over the city. This is beyond unacceptable.

went about 40 minutes before they closed in the drive thru they ignored me for about 10 minutes with other cars behind us. I ordered through the App. Then, when I park in Curbside, I had to wait for 30 minutes before walking in to inquire about my order. I was told, they never got a notification that I had arrived and they didn't have my name for an order. I showed my confirmation # and order email and they STILL wouldn't hand my order over. I asked for a manager. The employee asked for my phone to show the manager and then fumbled and dropped my phone into the guacamole salsa!! 😲🤬 She pulls it out, starts wiping it off frantically and apologized. The manager comes over, confirms my order and hands me the bag and my WET phone. The next day, my phone stops working. Thank God I had an older phone laying around to switch my Sim Card into... I call to ask for a Supervisor and after taking my name & #, I was promised the General Manager would call me back. That never happened. I'm frustrated and out of a phone at this point. My next step is to call my attorney.

The employee Sharon H who took my order did not listen to what I wanted and therefore charged me something different and when I asked for lemon wedges I could see they were very old and smelled funny. I went thru drive-thru they were not busy with only 1 car ahead of us. I by mistake past the speaker to give my order. I stopped half way realizing I missed the speaker. I was going to back up but another vehicle drove up. So I proceeded to window. I apologized for missing taking my order at speaker. The lady told me I would have to go around and get back in line. She lied to me and said that my order could only be taken at speaker. I told her I've change my order at window before that they should be able to take my order. She said she'd ask manager. Who proceeded to tell me I must go around get back into the line. And that they can only take 1 coupon. There was two of us and I know working in the same business by giving 2 separate orders we can each use a coupon. Just the blanton lying to my face and not caring about keeping a customer who innocently made a mistake and the fact it was slow really was irritating. I ask for my coupons and went done the street. The employee there was very very nice and took 1 coupon for the two of us. This manager and employee are not good for making customers feel like they want to return or even stay to give them my weekly business. Didn't do a thing to retain the customer so I will not be going back. I hope corporation or the owner realizes how much business they must be loosing with employees and manager not will to accommodate my harmless mistake. The place wasn't busy.
