Best fries ever!!! I love the fact that they allow you an option to get a chicken and fry box sans drink. I love that they allow you the option to opt out of the drink without an extra charge.

We have a Rally's in Vegas, but I've never tried it. We found this spot while visiting Long Beach. The hamburgers were fresh and homemade. They over-stuffed the bags a little--but nobody's perfect. :) Also had some great chicken wings and shakes.

This has become our family spot the food is amazing. The apple pie is 💯

Ive ordered Rally's an embarrassing amount of times. To me it is the best fast food place ever! I always get the spicy chicken with fries and their apple pie with a sweet tea (online they change the name of the meal sometimes so I don't know for sure the name of the meal). Even when my food gets cold its still really good they never disappoint!

4/5 drive thru service slower than most, service provided per car approx 5 mins. I was 7th car, took half hour to get our food for 4 people. A LB police car in line waited approx 15 mins before having to leave the car line.

I'm a HUGE fan of Rally's food. Their Seasoned Fries are the best from any fast food restaurant I've tried. They have an extensive selection of (two items for X dollars). My favorite is the Two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches for about six dollars. They also have an incredibly wonderful Banana Split Loaded Milkshake. This milkshake is so full of fruit that it's sometimes difficult to just use a straw, but the energy you expend sucking all of that goodness through the straw burns enough calories to make the effort worthwhile. This is among the BEST fast food restaurants in all of southern California hands down.

I already three stars because I would rate it five I love Rally's but three stars because every time I ask for a slushie it's always halfway homemade it's never well well made it's always like not well mixed the ice is not well crushed and you can never go to this place without a bum asking for money or you can't even sit comfortable without a bum asking you or bothering you for some change it's always uncomfortable to eat your food while people are begging for money very unpleasant especially when they're at the cash register and you're about to exchange money to pay for your food and the bum is right there asking for change very uncomfortable

Good food fast . Even though i told the people in the drive thru speaker no cheese four different times. They still put chese on my food. Don't know how they fixed it. But almost ended up in the hospital. Service was good, except for the almost deadly food accident. Fries here are always good and keep me coming back.

This place is fast. Good quick service. They accept EBT and are open pretty late. The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The ONLY reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the tables used for outside eating do not seem to be wiped down and there is no towel for me to wipe them down myself. All in All, this is a GOTO place for late night eating or anytime using your EBT.

I had a really yummy Buford with BBQ sauce & fries. I never eat like this because I'm diabetic, so it was a real treat. I just wish they had some healthy options. That's the only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars.

There's no real atmosphere to speak of it's cold concrete seating outside. That being said it's very cheap for some tasty food. They have the best fast food french fries hands down in my opinion. The chocolate banana shake is my go-to that I would highly recommend it, I can't get enough of their fish sandwich it's much better than the competition with golden arches.

Can't beat the $4 meal deal. Drive thru had a recording answering which took my order wrong. Friendly personnel.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger deluxe thing and I specifically said “no sauce”. Why did they give me sauce? overall the food is pretty fire and the fries are bussin.

First time visiting this Rally’s. Waited in the drive thru line for a few minutes but it wasn’t moving so backed up to park in one of the 4 spots. The outside is really run down. Waited at the window for a couple minutes before finally being helped. They had a $6 meal that included a small Rally burger, a baggie of chicken bites, fries, and a drink. The burger was small but actually really tasty. The fries were super greasy but okay. The chicken bites weren’t great. But all that for $6 was a good deal. $1.49 for soft serve in a cup. actually got way more that I anticipated. It was more icy than creamy but actually very good!! I would get this again. This chicken strips were blah and the most expensive thing we bought. $9.49 for a small meal. Wouldn’t get this again at all. The guy who helped us was very nice and super helpful.

Havnt been to Rally's in over a decade. Pleasantly surprised by them. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked about different menu items. The food was affordable and tasted good.

Had a hard time understanding the person in drive thru but had my order on point but when I pulled up to the window to pay it took like 10 mins before they approached me to take the payment and I was only car at the time and it was like 2 AM. After payment it took about another 10 mins before I finally got my food. Service was slow especially at the time of order and with no other customers.

The city needs to clean up around the establishment so that the place can attract more people. This place has been here since the early 90's compared to other establishments that has disappeared and forgotten. Also brings back old memories getting our quick grub on after chilling with friends after games

Boneless wings were TOO crunchy. Can't beat their prices, though, and the order taker was very polite. There is drive through and an outside window for walk up orders. Outdoor seating only, picnic style seating with sunshade umbrellas. They mixed up my first order by putting the wrong sauce on the wings.

The cashier was not playing around .. she was rushing me to order, and I totally would have stuck to the AI ordering if I had known. The food was good though. Just work on ur customer service doll. No one wants to be rushed to order especially when there was no line..

Well my wife and I first experience was we ordered 4 apple pies with our meal, and when we arrived home they only put 2 apple pies. When my wife called the location we went to.. the phone kept ringing and ringing. So we contacted the Rallies/checkers corporation and my wife explained what happened. Well the rep, credited my wife account and gave a $300 off our next order visit. Well we went a few weeks to a different location and double fish sandwich and a single chicken sandwich and 4 apple pies. On our way home i checked and 4 apple pies were there. But when we actually go home, my noticed the chicken sandwich looked like a burger patty.. but actually the chicken was over cooked that it was BURNT AND hard. I told my wife I would give her one of fish patties so she could have something to eat. Need less say, we're never going to Rallies/Cheackers afain.. too much of hassle for food there.

Food is great. AI taking my order, not good 👎. I would rather have a human being taken my order. The AI does not repeat your order back to you so you have to wait to get to the window to make sure your order is correct. I tried to order onion fries but was informed by the AI that it was not available. No explanation as to why, very disappointed. I have to say I'm really disappointed..I used to stop at this particular store to get a CHOCOLATE cone & was told they no longer have it. Then was told i couldn't use my coupon that just expired. C'mon u can't let a lottle thing like that slide?! This store has lost by business for good..

I use to love Rallys when I was a kid. So much has changed. Everything is so expensive!! I can't belive I just paid almost $40 for two Rally burger meals and it was so not worth it. Incredibly slow service for walk-ins. Decent service for drive thru. Somewhat dirty outside eating area. They tend to mix orders often. I have received the wrong food items or wrong beverage, missing items. If you are a walk-in for a place you want to regular at, I do not recommend this location.

The little fella in the drive thru overcharged me. He didn't demonstrate - Ask? Ask? Tell? He acted if he was in a hurry. So when I drove off and noticed that my order wasn't correct. I went back up to the same window and the dude still overcharged for another small instead of fixing his mistake and miscommunication. Like if you guys want to get some motivated employees who can listen and greet your customers sincerely then I say get a 2 year old and I bet she can do it better or better yet.. hire a deaf person. They no longer offer drink refills, have discontinued the RALLY BURGER (seriously?), and the fish sandwich had almost no tartar sauce. This location has gone seriously downhill. Additionally, the "Choose two and save" picture on their website shows the burger coming with two slices of tomato. The burger you get does not come with any tomato.

During this Pandemic , I try and adhere to all " safety protocols" , to keep myself and others safe ! So why is the Associate , at your establishment on Downey/Artesia , handling money at the Walk-up window , touching register , window , etc , have the nerves to help put fries in my order , which they touched , with the same blue glove from the register , window , money.... 🤮 . I politely advised the worker , that during this Pandemic, it's not a good idea to be touching money and touching people's food . Be aware of cross contamination. * MANAGEMENT: PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON SANITARY CONDITIONS . CHEAPER THAN A LAWSUIT , IF SOMEONE GETS ILL ....FYI. 😳🙏🏾💙

Didn't realize it until I turned the light on and was putting his food away. Moz sticks were old and all of the kids that were working this shift this night was playing , laughing, talking to friends at the window, every time I discovered something else was missing from bag he seemed to get irritated with me like u made the mistake. Wish we had the option to give no stars. I spend so much money with Rally's and this was definitely a game changer .

Waited for 30+ minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me the entire time. I was given 2 excuses by 2 employees. The first; we're understaffed. After i and several other customers complained, another employee stated that the system was down. Either way, i ended up with a cold burger and no ketchup. So lame.

Where do I start, I actually gave it 2 * but now... 1. To start this place takes FOREVER! Drive- thru? More like parking-lot. They never have any ice treats as advertised. I ordered a ten piece and five piece boneless chicken and asked that it be MILD and they gave me the HOT one! I told the manager about it and she said it was the MILD and upon the smell it was the HOT one. We went back and forth about and I gave up feeling upset and cheated out of what I asked for. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 - 25 minutes waiting on my food. I knew once I got to the window to receive my order it would've been cold, this has happened to me before at this location. I suggest if you a big order just pull around and have the employee bring them there food once it's done all the while keeping the line moving no serving cold food.

The foods ok I usually go late night because it's right around the block. But every single time I go they get my order wrong or they claim they don't have products. I bought the xl $5 fries n was given mozzarella sticks I mean come on!!! I bought tacos and the meat wasn't not good, I got a strawberry soda and it tasted like cough syrup it was disgusting. I've never had a good experience and it's disappointing.

I am parked at this location right now. It is 9:19pm and my boyfriend ordered 2 shakes at the walk up window at 8:55pm. How long for 2 shakes??? This is insanity. I've watched many cars come and go and we are still waiting. I told my boyfriend to cancel the order. Now he's waiting for that.

I went here with my grandma for her last few days of cancer recovery two days later she died of cancer I came back to this place and thought I could relive that sentamental moment with myself but the employers made me feel like I wasn't anything and my order took forever to get and to order. I hope no one experiences this harsh experience that I have I give you full credit for this one star because you'd never understand the look on my face when my grandma died and I said I'd go here to remember her.

Went to rallys last night ordered a 4 dollar Bacon Cheddar Crisp meal. Got to window the gentleman repeated back the wrong order. Got the meal and then they forgot to give us the drink after giving us the meal. Sandwich smelled and looked like it was 90% onions and nothing else. Sandwich was a complete waste. Was not pleased at all regarding this meal.

Ordered a large strawberry milkshake and was told that this was a large and I paid 5.51 for this.

Super disappointed by this place. Trying to get the meal combo ended up being charged $15 because I wanted large fries. Drive thru is automated and was a little frustrating ordering , combo's were ordered small and while at the window manager refused to add a large fries on top of my order her explanation was was that there was a line so I wasn't able to add a large fry even though I tried explaining the issue with the automated system. I went to the ralleys and bellflower, California on Downey and Artesia Boulevard this morning. I had coupons wanting to get to fish sandwiches Cabos for 429. The manager there was very nasty to me first of all I think that he was very racist. He’s Hispanic and I’m black that’s why I think that he was nasty, he’s gonna tell me that I can only use one coupon so I said fine I tried to order something else then I had a coupon where if I spend four dollars I can get Four Mozzarella sticks free he began to tell me that I have to buy them for a price I told him that’s not what the coupon said I even read the small print to Vinny started yelling at me and then all of a sudden he slammed the window in my face. I literally thought the window was going to break, that is the worst customer service ever. I did call corporate, and I hope that he is dismissed because you just do not treat your customers that way I was very disappointed and very shaken horrible place.

It was my first time going to Rally's restaurant, and it will be my last. A young man served me and my family. We had coupons and wanted to try the burgers. My family barely speaks English, so I helped them translate, but the young man acted like he couldn't hear us. He said the machine wasn't working, which was fine, but when we were about to say something else, he had already closed the window. Something to mention is that he spoke Spanish but he acted like he didn’t. Overall, I'm not saying the restaurant is bad; I didn't get to try the food, but the staff definitely left something to be desired. Try it, but only if the young man is in a good mood, and hopefully your experience won't be the same as ours.

The food wasn't edible at all!!! The Big Buford looked as if I it had been sitting out all day, the burger patties were as thin as paper. I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. Disgusting!!!

I BOUGHT a 2 for $6.50 I ordered a deep sea fish with cheese and a rally burger with cheese no mayo. The fish sandwich seems to be really old. It is un bite able. Food cost to much for the customers to buy food get home 10 miles and the food is not editable. THESE RESTAURANTS WONDER WHY PEOPLE CONTINUE TO SHOW OUT AT THESE PLACES. BEING SERVED FOOD LIKE THIS IN THIS DAY AND AGE IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY RESTAURANT.

Food cold and moist my Chili’s cheese fries fell through container, separate order of fries cold my drink had one ice cube in it, they had an attitude I switched my meal to a $4 dollar bag that was not on the menu and the robot operator was not understanding me. Ketchup packages had dried up nasty stains on it I couldn’t even eat my food I just thru it away from losing my appetite and they stuffed everything in one bag.

First time going to this Rally’s branch. Ordered 5 pc chicken wings, parmesan loaded fries, honey mustard and ranch dip with a medium iced tea via drive thru. I was told I have to wait 12 mins for the chicken and after paying, was told to park (i figured since i had to wait and another car is behind me). 30+ minutes later, I see the staff just talking to other customers standing by the window and people that ordered after me had already left with their food! i went back to the drive thru window and i asked about my food and this person started acting like they didn’t know what I was waiting for and I had to bother them. After telling them my order, another staff started shaking a paperbag to the person by the window. Turns out it’s been ready all along and the food’s already cold! When I opened the bag, there’s two ranch dips, the cold fries (looks different from the image advertised on the menu - see attached photo), the cold chicken wings, 2 pcs of napkins and that was it! Then they tell me they wouldn’t tell me to park because they are not allowed to go outside! How the heck will the customer know if the damn food is ready? ESP? And the attitude! Not even a hint of remorse for the bad customer service. I hope they train their staff of appropriate customer service or at least good manners! Worst experience from a “fast food” ever!
