Wendy’s Franchise at this location is everything!!!! For there to be so much construction at all directions they get you three the line quick! Mark & Jaden had the best customer service at the window and even give you EXTRA SAUCE =))). STOP BY people, you’ll enjoy the fresh foods quick stop and be right on your way 💕😁💕
Good food but some employees need to watch how they talk to other workers in front of customers whether you or new or old.Be careful how you treat fellow employees.
I do consider this facility one of the "better Wendy's". Every time (so far) I have went to this location the food is consistently good! It so happens I usually just get the 4 for 4 but it gets the job done for a low price!
The employees are super great! Always polite and never rude! They make sure our order is correct. Food was great and at a decent price 😁
Order a 10 Nugget and Potatoe. Service was great. Food was hot and came out quickly. Was a little smoky in there but overall was great!
This Wendy's has gotten a lot better. The gal with the freckles was super nice and the guy with glasses made sure to double check with us to make sure it's alright. Good time!
I get cravings for a small chocolate frosty. Its always good. Fast freindly service and clean clean clean. They also practise the mandate - well- most do . one didn't when manager wasnt looking.lol.every little bit helps.
I love this Wendy’s my French fries were fresh, and I asked for extra mayo and lettuce on my burger and I definitely got my extra. They definitely exceeded my expectations !!!
Met with great service at the drive thru speaker, which continued on to 2 smiling faces at the windows for payment and to pick up my food. I only had a frosty, but just dealing with nice people was worth the review. That’s hard to find nowadays. Keep these ladies working there, they’re good! I wish I would have gotten their names.
Everything was accurate and the right temperature. They were slammed but the lady (I think her name was Shaniqua) acknowledged that I was waiting and apologized and told me she'd get to me asap. They seemed appropriately staffed just I arrived when they were taking huge orders so I understand and don't mind waiting under the circumstances of appropriate staffing and great customer service in simply acknowledging my presence as a customer. Honestly, I don't see enough of that these days. Other comments, it was clean, right off the interstate (a little difficult to get to if you're southbound but we did during rush hour so not impossible), and all the staff was friendly.
So hard to find fast food place that’s worth a damn. This Wendy’s is excellent. Portions were awesome and people working there were great. 5 stars for sure
I haven't been to Wendy's in years until recently and I'm not sure why. I'm so glad I came back. It's nice to find a burger that's juicy and fresh. This is the only fast food restaurant that I have been to in a while that the fries didn't taste like they had been setting under a heat lamp too long.
Just randomly stopped on a trip but we got the very best Wendys meal we’ve had in a Long time!!! I was 1/2 expecting cold food because no one else was in the drive thru but everything was hot, crispy & delicious!! 1:10 pm on Saturday 8/13 for reference…i tried to call to tell them “great job” but no answer!
Defiantly one of, if not my favorite fast food place to get a delicious burger. It's quality is always great. You can go to the drive-thru quick and never worry about your order being made correctly. If you enjoy bacon on your burger, this is hands down the best fast food chain restaurant that serves bacon always crispy, delicious, and plenty of it. Unlike some places you get a couple of soft, and chewy pieces. You can't go wrong here for a quick and delicious meal.
This location has an absolute ROCK STAR young lady behind the register!! Greets you and takes your order with the biggest smile. Such a refreshing change of the "usual" behind the counter person. Dawn, you need to ask for a raise!! For real...I hope the owner/manager understand the experience your giving their customers.

Nothing like a Wendy's on 30 minute lunch break I trust them every time and they haven't let me down yet so big ups to the drive thru
Awesome Wendy's location! Great service and excellent fresh tasting food. We had a small miss communication in our order and they fixed it immediately (excellent customer service and response). Really nice staff, thanks Karen for taking great care of us tonight. Food was very fresh. Great chicken (grilled) and perfect fries. Frosty was just right too. Drink station great too. Two Coke Freestyle machines and teas out (all refills easy and accessible to the customer--the way it should be logically). Restaurant inside was well maintained, clean and modern/new furniture. We also liked the extra two monitors early in the line to see the menu (nice helpful touch). Zero complaints, 5 stars!

I have to shout-out Francisco, the tall gent working late night Mar8. It's late, I'm on a very long drive, and I just wanted crazy hot salty fries, you know? I also got a wrap with a food allergy mod. When I opened my bag, everything was perfect, the fries were PERFECT. May your pillow always be cool in summer, and your iced tea be exactly as sweet as you like.
Went through the drive-thru and grabbed a quick snack. Which was the chili and it was awesome could not have asked for a better snack.

The young lady taking my order was very pleasant. However, it seemed like the manager on duty was having a bad day. All in all, my order was correct and the food was fresh and hot.
Hadn't been to a Wendy's in years but the lady that waited on my friend and I, sure would be a reason to come back. My friend ordered chicken nuggets, I believe, and when she asked what sauce he'd like, he said "surprise me". And she did. It was some spicy sauce and he enjoyed it. She joked with us some(it was late and we were the only ones there). She made it feel a bit like being at home. Thank you!
I recently visited Wendy's on an intensely hot day, temperatures soaring above 105 degrees, and the idea of cooking at home was out of the question. Seeking relief, I took my family to Wendy's for a quick meal, enticed by the $4 for $4 deal and the classic Wendy's chili. However, the highlight of the visit was Larry, the exceptional cashier who single-handedly turned around my mood. Despite the heat and my initial bad mood, Larry's laid-back yet professional demeanor and friendly vibe had an instant positive effect. His attentiveness and genuine care, checking on us during our meal, transformed what could have been an ordinary dining experience into an extraordinary one. Larry's outstanding service truly made him the MVP of Wendy's, and the only reason I felt compelled to write this review was to ensure that his exceptional dedication and professionalism receive the praise they genuinely deserve. I can't thank him enough for making our visit memorable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a superb combination of great food and exceptional service, Larry's presence at this Wendy's location is a must-experience.
I was traveling and stopped at this location going and coming. The food was hot and fresh everytime. The first time confirmed my teachings about counting you change. The cashier had shorted me 2.00. The manager corrected it after she told me that she was going to count his drawer. Hint...I purchased 2 drive through orders over 25.00...I wouldn't be making a big deal about 2.00..😜
Got my youngest her first ever chocolate Frosty and hadn't had one in years. It was so good. Not the best area or best staff but they were working hard.
Service was very friendly and we were served through the drive thru in a timely manner. Food was really good...with the exception that vegetables on the burger could have been a little more fresh. It was nice to be served by people with smiling faces... especially on a busy Friday afternoon. 😁👍🏼
My family of 5 walk in and the manager literally announced it like a bus of football players walked in. Seriously, dude. Then he acts put out the entire time he is taking our order, 2 4 for 4 meals, 1 large meal and 2 regular meals. Calm down. Everyone else was good and the food was good. Manager guy, you might need to change jobs if 5 people, 1 being almost 80, makes you panic.
This place is okay a little to dirty for my taste but I didn't eat there I had take out. The food was good, accurate, and hot. The employees were also professional and treated me like royalty.

The service was great I got my food right after I ordered it. The ice machine was empty so that was one thing that was bad about my visit. They are making great changes also with having healthier options. The Power Mediterranean looked good and had a balanced meal in terms of nutrition. The girl at the counter was friendly and took my order properly. One of the better faat foods in the area.
The four for $4 deal is great! However, I felt like this evening shift couldn't quite get it together. The person taking my order seemed to have a hard time understanding what I wanted. Somebody must have drove away because at the first window the lady started repeating a different order. Then when I got to the second window for my food they gave me somebody else's drink. After finally getting things straightened out I felt rushed off only to get home to realize they didn't put my bbq sauce in the bag.
The baconator was really good, was surprised it had a lotbof bacon. What really disappointed us was how messy the floor was, I mean your shoes were getting stuck to the floor, the softdrink machines, one you could only get ice because the soft drink was spitting out so we would get the softdrink from the other one that the ice maker wasn't working.
Went through drive thru, husband got a baconator, the wrapping was so hot it burnt his hand when he took out of the bag. Fries were overly hot as well, I know weird, we literally couldn't eat for like 15minutes till everything cooled down. Not great customer service either.
This particular Wendy's was a disappointment. I ordered a burger with no bun (on lettuce). The clerk looked at me like I was crazy. Also, she told me they had no lettuce. Then, we asked for jalapeños, she asked me if they could put them on the side, which was fine. But they weren't on the side, they were on the burger. However, the burger was good.
What happened to hot and juicy? I'm old enough to remember when they served it hot and the places were clean. Not that any fast food restaurant gives a good experience anymore.

Forgot my sauce and the containers are all falling apart. The food might as well have just been thrown in the bag. Give a heads up or something. Also made a scene bc I pulled to the second window because no one was at the first window.
Not bad for the price. The line was kind of slow in the drive thru. Did not give me a receipt. The chicken nuggets were barely warm and I've had better. The Jr Bacon cheeseburger wasn't very hot either but the vegetables on the burger were fresh and overall it was tasty.
We went here for dinner, the manager was not nice. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. The burgers were not tasty. I will say the store was clean as were the bathroom. The person who waited on us must have been new he didn't know that the #9 had onions on it. Says it on the menu the cashier said no onions on that burger. We didn't argue when we opened the burger sure enough crispy onions.
Everything time I've ordered from this Wendy's in particular they always give my son spicy nuggets with his kids meal. Never fails. Go there and order a meal with spicy nuggets they were literally dropped spicy nuggets and give everybody in your party spicy nuggets whether they ask for them or not. So disappointing.
I ordered a salad, sandwich, fries, and a frosty. The woman behind the till needed my order repeated to her three times, and still she forgot my frosty, didn't add all the ingredients to my salad, and forgot the tortilla chips to my salad. Had to go back to the counter three times to get my proper order. She also put my dine in order in a takeout bag and in takeout containers.

The parking is tight and at many times the drive thru is slow. They do try to make do with as tight of an area they have. The inside has a long wall fireplace which is perfect for cozing up next to your partner for a cheap or a short time consumed date. That may sound strange for a fast food joint these days, but it is one of the nicer fast food joints on the inside.
Foods is always hot and pretty good, service could use improvement, no one seems cheerful to.work anymore, felt very rushed and then got a few mumbles from the lady at drive thru window but no smile or short convo, just here, and window shuts.
Sandwich was hit but the fries were not fresh, the soda machine was out of two types of soda. The place was not clean several tables had trash on it and were not cleaned.
I don't go to Wendy's that often because I actually like good food but a friend of mine was hungry and was craving Wendy's so I agreed to go. I didn't get nothing but my friend did and the order went alright for the first part but after we got our total and went to the first window my friend forgot to ask if they had onion rings so when we went to the first window a tall scrawny white guy with glasses was at the first window and my friend asked him if they had onion rings and the guy at the window just flat out ignored him so when he was giving me the change back I then asked him if they had any and he just looked at me and said with a annoyed tone have a nice day sir and closed the window on me. When we got to the second window there was a sweet old woman and we asked her did Wendy's have any onion rings and when she said no it was no problem because at least she was able to answer my question and she is the only reason why i'm not giving this review a one star.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich has i always gotten when ever I go to wendys. But there was something definitely off about the one I got from this location. I'm not sure if it wasn't cooked completely or if it was just a bad piece of meat. But either way it was not what I expected
Staff at window said they had ran out of breakfast??? So I ordered three $5 specials to go. My Jr. Bacon cheeseburger was not a Jr. Bacon cheese-burger. It had only lettuce, a tomato end, and lots and lots of mayo. No kidding, no meat patty, no bacon, no cheese. I tried to call and speak with management, but no answer.....😢
Food is good but (im assuming) the male manager with curly hair is very rude. he said no words while giving our food and we needed a salad ranch so we asked nicely and he ,once again, said no words and gave us the ranch and dropped our cesar dressing we were trying to hand back and gave us the ugliest look like it was our fault. do better with employees.
Front counter help has been terrible. Young workers that are poorly trained and just go through the motions. At the prices, they need to get things corrected.

So today is my birthday (01-13 I can show my id) and none of my fast food apps were working except for Wendy’s and so the reward said, “small frosty with purchase” they scanned my barcode thingy about 5 times and it never went through. The manager said it was THEIR internet and “there’s nothing we can do” verbatim. I’m beyond frustrated by the day and it’s the first birthday since my mom died so I’m already emotional as is and that set me over the edge. I started crying in the drive through. It’s ridiculous that when the manager saw my tears she rolled her eyes and was rude to her employee. I only purchased food because I wanted to get my reward and because I had already held up the line as is. The least she could’ve done was give me a discount or something. Do better.
Went through the drive thru. The girl taking our order did fine but the manager kept butting in amd correcting our order. We ordered 3 chocolate shakes amd he says we dont have shakes, we have frosty. Then our menu disappeared so we couldn't check our order. We still proceeded to place our order and the manager butts in are you still there. There wasnt anyone behind us.. what's the rush? We pull up for our order and the "frostys" aren't chocolate but now they are vanilla strawberry. Do better.

The fry's were over cooked. The bag had grease soaked through from fries. Hamburger wasn't how we ordered. Of course we were down the road before we noticed. One drink was supposed to be tea, on tasting it was iced coffee. The cashier took orders and interacted with money and then got our food without washing hands. The manager tries to make it right.

There was no toilet paper or hand towels in the bathroom. No napkins out where you could get them. When I told the lady she said yes we've been busy and we ran out of everything. We were so happy this Wendy’s was close by where we were making a travel stop. Unfortunately, for some reason, the dining room is closed, so we had to move on. We have a travel trailer, so drive through not an option. VERY disappointing. Was looking forward to trying the new strawberry frosty.😞

Let me say if this was the first time I went to Wendy's, I would NEVER go back. The staff was super rude, food was cold, did not get everything we ordered no sauces or condiments of any kind. Not so much as a greeting or thank you. But they were able to slam the window shut and walk away .. No one in line front or back of us. It was very bad!!
They seem to only care about the drive through. We stood in line at least 10 minutes. Their drink machine for the drive through must be broken, because one of the staff was running back and forth between the drive through window and the drink machine in the lobby. Only one register open, and what appeared to be a trainee, without supervision. We left and went to Taco Bell instead.
My boyfriend and I took a late trip to Wendy's tonight seeing as I didn't get off until late from work. I was absolutely starving & we decided on Wendy's. I understand it was late when we went through the drive through but we spent $17 all to leave and get home and realize they did not even give my boyfriend his burger therefore he is now going to bed hungry since we are both to tired to get back out and they also gave me a backed potato instead of the cheese fries I ordered. I'm normally not the one to complain but I myself work at a restaurant as a waitress so I was very disappointed and semi frustrated. I will be sure to check my bag from now on as I do when I leave McDonald's.
Went to Bellmead location drive thru ordered apple pecan salad, got home no blue cheese crumbles and no grilled chicken!! I live too far to go back and forth! Called location to speak to manager and no answer! Very disappointed
Long wait at drive through. I ordered a Dave's double with everything on it and medium fries..got to my hotel..settled in..fries were good...had a single meat with only tomato and pickles...I am going back in morning to get refund..that was the worst Wendy's burger I have ate in over 40 years of eating with this company...
My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite while on our way home. We had our 5 month old son with us and he needed a diaper change. When I went into the bathroom, to my surprise, there were no changing stations in this Wendy's. After our meal I went to the manager and informed him that they would greatly benefit from having a changing station to which he replied there's no room in there for a f****** changing station. There was plenty of room with in the bathroom for a changing station, this manager was just far too lazy to listen to a customer comment. I recommend you avoid this Wendy's as there are many other places to eat on the Strip that don't treat you like s*** for having a child.

Order -20033 -2:12PM Cashier needs to listen when people talk order was wrong there was not even a thank you or welcome in. Burgers where burned, concept of heavy mayo and prepping a burger DOES NOT EXIST! Burger was sideways. Terrible service.
I would give the Bellmead, Tx location zero stars if I could after the unbelievable poor customer service that my family and I were unfortunate enough to receive from the "manager" Kurstin whom after I politely explained to her that our order was missing three 4 piece nuggets and 1 french fry and 2 medium drinks (we ordered 6 $5 biggie bags). She turned and questioned the employees and then returned to the drive thru window and asked to get the bags back which I was happy to hand to her and asked to please make sure that when they correct the order to please see to it that the food is not just tossed in the bags like they were when intially given to us. She then retorted "excuse me?!?" as if I was being rude which I was not and then she said "I'm already making sure they remake your order properly I don't need you to tell me how to do my job!" with an attitude. At this point we decided to just ask for a refund due to her attitude and condescending tone at which she ignored the request and continued talking to the employees, I then said "excuse me ma'am, ma'am excuse me" trying to get her attention which she blatantly ignored me and when a male crew member approached the window to see what I was saying, I told him I requested a refund and am not interested in the food to please tell her that we requested a refund, he turned to tell her and she said "too late I'm already remaking it and he can wait" she then returned to the window with the food and I explained that I requested a refund and she visibly ignored the request even when she was again told by the crew member and she said "um we already rebagged your food and I am not refunding your money" which of course I would not accept that and insisted that she give me my money back and we would go to another restaurant which she said she will not. I asked for her name and title which she gave nonchalantly and I then reiterated my request for a refund and she still said no which I then asked do I need to call the police? We do not want the food and we would like a refund as requested which she replied "call them!" then as my spouse started to dial the number on her phone then the "manager" Kurstin asked "where is your receipt?" then I replied "it's in the bag that you have ma'am." She then said "give me your card" and I replied "I paid with cash," she then left and came back with my money and she said as she was handing me my refund "I will be speaking with my DM in the morning, don't ever come back to this Wendy's again!" Never in my life have I experienced such deplorable customer service! Kurstin should not be a manager at all in my opinion, at her position she should exemplify to her subordinates the great customer service that the Wendy's brand is renowned for and boasts on their advertising and should never speak to anyone the way she spoke to me and my family period! All this horrible lady exemplified is everything you should not do ever! This single bad experience was enough to forever tarnish the brand and their mission statement in which they pride themselves, we will not be back.
Ordered my hamburger and chocolate frosty. Waited 15 minutes for it only to have my order completely messed up and still missing my frosty. When I mentioned the mistake and asked about my frosty, the girl I was talking to turned around and started talking to another girl about the guy she was currently interested in. I continued to stand there for another 5 minutes before someone came to help me and they fixed my order and then got distracted and again, I didn’t receive my frosty. Stood there another 2 minutes before someone else came and asked me what I was missing. Very chaotic environment. Especially when you have two workers carrying at least 5 trash bags full of trash from the kitchen through the restaurant and having to walk around the customers while they are eating their food.
Me and my wife decided to try this place because she loves yall, i ordered a biggie bag and a triple only mayo with a strawberry frosty. The fries were cold and hard. My triple only had 2 peices if meat and it looks like it was leftover meat from yesterday and nothing else on it. I still had to put mayo on it when i got home. Keep in mind i live 5 min from restaurant. My main issue is while giving our order the order taker misunderstood what we wanted. When we tried to correct it. We were told " I don't have time for this". Then she proceeded with what she had and not what we wanted. We told them again at the window to pay and still we were ignored. We then told the lady handing out the food but we were told again what "we" wanted. She finally gave us the frosty instead of the lemonade but she was so mad she practically threw it at us and didn't even ask if we wanted any sauce for the nuggets. All this over the difference of a strawberry lemonade and a strawberry frosty. I will never go back again. The rude and ignorant people that work at this location need to be dealt with, otherwise I'm sure there won't be enough sales to keep it open for much longer.
Food was quick and tasted good. However, manager was quite rude and upset that we had somehow broken into the dining room since “the door is supposed to be locked”. In fact, we had walked in through the unlocked door along with the 15 or so other patrons in the dining room. I informed him multiple times that the door was unlocked and if he wanted to close the dining room, he should lock it. No signs posted or local ordinances requiring the dining room to be closed. Despite being fully vaccinated, I had worn my mask to make others more comfortable but did not appreciate the treatment received. Next time I’ll go to Whataburger.

If you stop serving breakfast at 10:20, then dont advertise it until 10:30. Yes, at 10:25 I expect you to make new breakfast items. Or the reality is that you're not serving breakfast till 10:30. Stop falsely advertising.
This Wendy's is the WORST my wife and I came in 01/29/25 6pm. The cashier which I guess the receipt said is Duvina. Short girl with glasses and short black hair. When we ordered our food she was extremely rude when we ordered and said NO that DOESN'T come with tomatoes. You have to add it. It wasn't what she said it was how she said it. When we asked to swap a drink for a frosty she very rudely responded that they can't do that. This was not our first time ordering what we ordered this evening so we knew it could be done. When we left my wife asked the manager to handle the employees attitude and again the cashier interrupted rudely to try and defend her sour demeanor. My wife quickly snapped at her that she was not speaking to her and was speaking only to her boss. In addition to our experience with crap service our fries were cold as were our burgers. It is disappointing that in an era of social media people are still so rude. I guess next time we'll just go to Chik Fil A where customer service is the base standard. And everything is at their pleasure.
Pros: the staff was nice and polite. Not rude at all. No problems with the food or place. Cons: I came in to be the second group in line. The two folks in front of me seemed to take forever to have their order done. I think we waited 20 minutes to finally get to order. While ordering halfway through the cashier stepped away to go do something else. 5 minutes later finally came to finish the order. We sat down to wait. The wait time wasn’t too long luckily. However we went to grab the food and the lady literally told us to go back and see what exactly was missing and to come back for the rest. What the heck is that? They gave us an incomplete order and wanted me to let them know what they missed. Just ridiculous. Never had that happen before.
1st of all, the Hispanic lady taking orders has the worse customer service I have ever seen. She answered the intercom with what do you need? No hello welcome to wendys it was so rude. When I got to the window she never said one single word. Hello, thank you, would have been nice. Then I got home and part of my order was missing. I trued calling and let the phone ring 10 min and no one ever answered. The fries were cold and drink watered down. No excuses for this since I only live 3 min from Wendy's. I will not be going back here for a long time if at all!!!!
The cashier named Nicole is extremely rude and needs to get her attitude in check. She rolled her eyes multiple times and doesn't listen which caused the order to be wrong.
This experience was the worst experience i have had in a very long time, I simply told the lady taking my order i will like my food fresh, she continued taking my order and then I repeated again i will like my food fresh because the last 5 times i went there my food was old, then the manager got on the headset and yelled out WE GOT IT and repeated it again WE GOT IT, i pulled up to get my food and she came to the window and i tried to explain my reason and again she yelled out WE GOT IT, I said mam you dnt have to talk like that she replied Well im not gonna argue with you you want your money back? I will be there tomorrow to get all the information I need to contact corporate.
This location now charges for sauces, but won't tell you. They give a total, you ask for condiments, they add to your total, run your card, and say nothing. I saw I was charged more than total given to me, I asked guy in drive thru, why. Yeah we charge for sauces now. I said, you could tell ppl that before taking their money with no knowledge. He shrugged it off. Horrible customer service. To top it off the only item I ordered that was supposed to be hot, was cold 🥴 to greedy to worry about the food being on point.
This Wendy’s used to good when Mark was here. Fries are stale or old , every once in a while you’ll get fresh. Got a fish sandwich tonight, fish was old and rubbery, guess I will eat an apple tired of wasting time and gas on a hit or Miss place, starting to be like McDonald’s
I can through the drive thru around 12 it was packed we were last in line then this white girl in a ponytail a worker and proceeds to tell us thru the window to leave n doing shooing with her hands with a ugly face and is staring directly at me like she mad she got a do her job and then at the window tells me she can't do two separate orders like we're not right there and I ask do I gotta pull around and she doesn't respond n whole time I'm ordering act like she can hear me the whole interaction was horrible and then we get to the window it's another worker and her but she goes back to make our food and then she proceeds to give us our meal I order a 10-piece and she proceeds to give me an eight piece and I also ordered Fuego fries she proceeds to not even give me half the bag you're supposed to fill it to the line she didn't even do that she didn't even give me 1/3 of fries I probably got like 20 fries I got pictures and I'm going to put them down below if I can it was a sad excuse like I'm sorry you chose to work there and are mad because you're backed up I worked in fast food I know how it is that still doesn't give her an excuse
Sent my employee in to place 5 meals for all of us at work. The man placing the orders was rude to her and complained that she "ordered to much damn food" . he talked ugly and acted bothered by her the entire time. then he proceeded to yell at one of his own co-workers and said she doesn't understand anything because of her broken English while yelling at her. Which I know that lady, she has worked there for a while and is very kind. she doesn't deserve that kind of treatment. if making an order of of 5 meals is an issue then I don't see how this place is still operating. My employee called me very upset, I have never had an issue with this location before so I'm pretty disappointed to hear they have such an abusive and inconsiderate person working there. I cant imagine how he is treating people on a daily basis. Do better Wendy's.
Ordered online and put in to have them bring to my vehicle, which they have parking spots marked for that. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, I went inside. In which the employee said I was required to come inside or go through the drive. Which is not the option I opted for on the ap. And when I got home. The order was wrong.
I purchased an order of over $30. Checked my food in the drive thru it was wrong and the manager wanted to argue with me. She took the food back realized it was wrong proceeded to touch my food with her hands. She corrected the order for all my burgers to be made wrong. Got home all the food was cold and wrong again. Tried calling no answer. Still calling and can’t get an answer
I couldn’t get a response at the Drive-Thru speaker and after waiting for about 10 minutes without anything being said, I went ahead and pulled through to the window. The first window told me to go ahead to the second and the woman at the second window who apparently was also running the drive thru speaker decided it was appropriate to scold me for not having said something at the speaker that I couldn’t get a response at. Oh and the bag practically ripped open the second I got home. I also tried to call about this experience and they weren’t answering. They also messed up our order, had to remind them twice that I had two drinks, and we were missing one of our nuggets.
Didn't know Wendy's hire people to actually work..... Walked in to this location, only saw the cook. Who btw had shaggy hair(cool), no hair net tho, and no gloves. Never saw another employee so... Couldn't tell u anything about them. As we walked out from waiting a good 5 mins, some customers sitting down was complaining about there food being cold. Glad I left. Came to another Wendy's.... And food is cold here!( Cheese ain't even melted) WTH WENDYS!?? GET IT TOGETHER 😡😡😡 Oh and psssst, your drink machine is spitting ice out by it's self and your employees are just chalkin' it up...
This place was a pigsty the bathrooms were nasty pee all over the floor. The dining room wasn't clean at all. Did not want to take any pics of people with out permission. The order was so messed up. They new they were out of things but they charged me anyway. Like a large drink so they give me a small cup and a medium cup because they were out of the large cups without telling me that they were out of the large cups like i want to drink out of two cups. Then they messed up my order....wow not coming back for a long time....
