Visit Bodegon Gallery - you'll be so glad you did! Family run business serving Excellent Food made made lovingly from Fine Ingredients. The restaurant is quaint - but the food really is the star here! There's a good wine list too. Also I was pleased to have Fever tree tonic with my gin - as so much of the Marbella scene is still serving Schweppes. Dinner on the terrace with a view made it special. High food standards without formality or pretentious makes for one of the best nights on offer in the area. The service was just right - its helpful and enjoyable to share the experience with them. We loved it and definitely recommend it. We'll return again very soon.

This has fast become our favorite place to dine in Benahavis. The food is prepared with such loving care & attention, and everything is delicious. Including the wine of course. We often have the tasting menu as it gives us the chance to try things we wouldn't always choose and we are never disappointed.
Wat een gezellig restaurant. Uiterst vriendelijke bediening die vooraf eerlijk zei dat omdat alles vers wordt bereid, zoals ravioli, het wat langer kan duren. Geen probleem op dit fijne terras boven de straatjes van Benahavis en weg van de rokende fast food etende mensen drie straten terug. De pepersaus bij de mooi gebakken biefstuk was heerlijk. De tomatensaus bij de ravioli verser dan vers. Aanrader!!!!
Wir kamen spontan zu acht und der Chef bat uns ein klein wenig zu warten, bis ein Tisch für uns gerichtet wurde. Das Essen war grandios und es schmeckte allen. Alles homemade und das schmeckte man. Super Service und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Herr Jorge und Team!
Authentic Spanish restaurant, family owned, located 15 km from Marbella. I recommend you to visit the restaurant which is run by Jorge and his wife Anna. They are very dedicated to giving the guests a unique and special experience. They cook super nice food and have a fantastic selection of wines. They even have their own wine club. Besides enjoying great food and wine, you can buy Spanish ecologic olive oil.
One of the Best Restorante in Marbella area. Perfect cuisine, best wine list and very good service. It's family Restorant, the owner is very good in wines, so follow his advise and you'll be really satisfied. During the winter first floor is very warm especially in front of fireplace. Very romantic. Me and my wife have visited it many times and never disappointed. Recommended for gourmands.

Amazing restaurant. The food is great! You should definitely try the homemade white chocolate brownie. Service is friendly and thoughtful. The ambiance was just right and this all for great prices! Definite must-eat when visiting Benahavis.
Wonderful experience on our third night in Benahavis. Food superb, owner very attentive and had a great knowledge of wine and his suggestion of a Ribiera Del Duero excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Benahavis.

This Restaurant is definitely one of the top places to eat it in Marbella as a whole, nestled in the beautiful Village of Benahavis, the food is delicious , the ambience amazing and the Owner Jorge (amongst his staff and his amazing chef…whom is his wife!) is always at hand to make you feel welcome. A totally fantastic experience a must visit when in Marbella.

We had a full tapas include Brazilian empanadas chorizo with caramelize onion olives, bread, cheeses, board of embuti for dos foie gras…. We had a rose wine cab house special. It was just delicious so was the food was all so well-made and well present . The owner Jorge is such a polite nice person so is his wife. It’s jewel in the kitchen. I highly recommend. Paul & Maggie

We've visited most restaurants in Benahavis, and this is the best one. Food was well prepared and did not feel "touristy" at all. Good value, friendly staff and a lovely backyard that is cool and quiet. The restaurant is run by a family, and you can tell that in the attention to detail and quality.

WE LOVE Bodegon Gallery - We have a house here and every trip we come to Spain we ALWAYS make sure we come for dinner here. The staff are so passionate about the food and drinks they serve. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The whole dining experience here is just PERFECT. If you get the chance to go here please go. The setting is also lovely, true Mediterranean experience Thanks so much for a perfect dinner.
Came for drinks after a good dinner. The waiter was welcoming, friendly and funny. We fell in love with the place immediately. Soon we saw the next table getting some cake which looked lovely. We just had to get the same, so asked the waitress what is was and ordered. It was feta-cheesecake, and OMG it was good!!

One of the very best places to eat in Benahavis. Jorge and his family are passionate about food and wine and it shows in the extensive menu and in the thoughtful preparation and presentation of the dishes. The food and wine tasting menu is a good bet if you're not sure what to choose from the main menu. All the dishes are regionally inspired and cooked to perfection in creative ways. Look out for speciality oils and vinegars which are available to buy and take away.

Continues to surpass my expectations!! I love the tasting menus ... The food is consistently amazing, I always learn something new about wine and the service is exceptional. The perfect setting.. in winter with the open fires and summer on the terrace. George is welcoming, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Zeker een keer eten. Het terras is erg leuk, wel warm. Het personeel en zeker de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Voor de kinderen een leuk kindermenu met drankje en toetje. Prijs kwaliteit is goed.

Toujours un bon moment sur le toit terrasse de la rue principale de Benahavis ´ Le patron est amateur de vin et ses conseils sont éclairés ! Cuisine influencée par Madame avec quelques touches méditerranéennes ‘ pastilla excellente ´ L’hiver le feu de bois crépite au milieu de la pièce ´ on adore 🥰

Quiero pensar que no fui un buen día. Hice una reserva las 14.30h y cuando fui a resulta que se habian equivocado y mi mesa se la dieron a otros. Nos hicieron un hueco en la segunda planta que genial porque estabamos solos. Pero tardaron como 30 mint en ponernos las bebidas y 1.30 en traer los aperitivos. La comida estaba rica pero no para los precio que pagas. Salimos del restaurante a las 6 de la tarde porque ya cerraban y no nos dio tiempo a comer el postre. Yo no volveria a repetir experiencia.
Es un lugar bonito pero demasiado caro para la cantidad que ofrecen. Comimos pastela moruna y pulpo. El pulpo fue muy caro y tampoco es de mucha calidad. Por 4 bebidas, 2 botellas de agua, un pulpo y una pastela pagamos 80 euros. Claramente, no volveremos más.
Es un lugar bonito pero demasiado caro para la cantidad que ofrecen. Comimos pastela moruna y pulpo. El pulpo fue muy caro y tampoco es de mucha calidad. Por 4 bebidas, 2 botellas de agua, un pulpo y una pastela pagamos 80 euros. Claramente, no volveremos más.

We have just finished the most bizarre meal and the worst service at this restaurant. We read all the good reviews and wanted to try this place - the first waitress who directed us upstairs was not the most welcoming but when we sat down to order the waiter was lovely and we ordered a mixture of tapas and a steak and asked for it to be brought when it was ready. Well the food was great but the service went really downhill. Our wine was never refilled, two of our dishes were forgotten and then they charged us for one on the bill. I questioned it and they got really confrontational and said because I had ordered it then I have to pay for it. I asked for the manager and he shrugged and shouted “you pay what you want”. It was a complete change of character and strangely never commented on the other dish that was forgotten. I wouldn’t go to this restaurant again and really don’t recommend it purely due to the staff!
