A very busy area in the old town, full of locals all eating their favourite tapas. Very traditional, some outlets are more expensive than others, very very busy on weekends.

Only ate at one place which can remember name of but food was very good - ordered tapas off menu and went to pick tapas with the skewers. Downside to the place is every restaurant really try to get you in theirs - the one right on the corner asked us once and then ran infront of us to ask us again

I came here on my holiday and the atmosphere here is brilliant and that is what the 4 stars are for! I was offered a seat outside one of the many restaurants in Tapas Alley. I ordered a beer when I sat down. When the waiter came to take my order, he snatched the menu out of my hand and started tapping his finger on the front. He was trying to sell me the T-bone steak which I didn't want. I ordered calamari and patatas bravas, both badly cooked and so bland. The sauce on the potatoes was ok, but failed to deliver any real flavour. I asked for the bill and had been charged for two beers, just shocking! I was desperate to get out of there so left the money, but didn't take the receipt, so have no clue what the restaurant was called. I remember there being a tapas bar opposite with lots of dishes inside a glass counter and the place I'd gone had big padded chairs and a sign with the street name which I thought was the restaurant name. There are far better looking places to eat all around that look like they do some proper food/tapas with friendlier service!

Very quite this time of year so not quite the buzz has in the summer , had pallea at one restaurant which was ok , have had better Went to the braseria restaurant last night and that was awful food horrible prawns gambas looked undercooked potato bravos large chunks of potato covered in a horrid sauce, chicken wings again small and no taste 60 euros waste of money the only good thing the little electric robot bring out the dishes

You have to go really, but good food is rare as is good value. Recommend one or two tapa then find a decent resteraunt out of the tourist trap

The sirloin steak was good I personally would like more vegetables, the 2 filet steaks were overcooked, the ribs were good and the sea bass was very good. And the seafood soup was good. I would like to give 4.5 because it was almost perfect

This is a bit of a rip off. Not really authentic just trading on the tourist although there were Spaniards dining which makes me think that there are two prices 🙊

Everyone and everything was awful meatballs like cold cat food prawns like elastic squid like rubber. Rude staff even became offensive and intimidating when challenged about the food quality. Tourist trap. Please stay away. Even got the other customers to clap and cheer as we left. Paid and left can’t earn you enough stay away.

Map and picture don't match nothing at this location but apartments the actual one is closer to the sea front in the old town it's called La Cava Aragonesa.

Went to Restaurants Tapas Alley, and it wasn't even there. Google maps took us up a dirty road that seemed to just be the back of buildings, and no, it wasn't on the otherwise, we looked.

Don't follow these directions no tapas here. We walked 10 minutes to find this location and it was a back lane with roadworks. March 2025. Tapas Alley is near Plaza Mayor. Had excellent food once we found the right location but my friend who doesn't walk very well wasn't happy. Check you're going to the right place before you walk 👍

Un bote de coca cola,un zumo de piña y una cerveza estrella 13,50€. Por dos tapitas que ponen con las consumiciones nos metieron 4€. Todo fatal, no lo recomiendo

Hemos pedido la botella de vino con la tabla de ibericos. LA TABLA ridícula y el queso a temperatura ambiente, blando y chorreando Hemos pagado y luego hemos pedido 3 pinchos más. Pero lo peor estaba por llegar, cuando volvemos a pedir la cuenta, nos traen también la anterior, indicamos que se han equivocado, la camarera se lo dice al dueño y este dice que no. La camarera vuelve a insistir, pero el dueño no sabe español, no sabe inglés, solo habla árabe y no había forma. Hemos tenido que decir que nos íbamos son pagar, para entonces acceder a lo que le decía la camarera. No se puede trabajar en Benidorm, con alguien que no habla español ni tan siquiera inglés.. .Un despropósito. Espero que l Oficina de Consumo intervdnga
