Hemos ido a comer y la comida estaba increíble. La atención de la camarera muy buena todo correcto y muy amable. El compañero que era el encargado nos atendió también con mucha amabilidad. La comida estaba muy buena y todo de calidad. El sabor de las costillas delicioso,el combo llevaba una cebolla frita que era una delicia y nunca habíamos probado la cebolla así cocinada. La ensalada un espectáculo también. Muchas gracias por la buena experiencia que hemos tenido hoy y repetiremos. Recomendadisimo el restaurante.

Great, friendly service from David. Helpful regarding a gluten intolerance, and made sure we were happy throughout the meal. The food was good - superb ribs and the burger was fresh and cooked very well. Perhaps a little too much burger sauce and the coleslaw was basic/ supermarket style. We would, and will come back. First time eating here and would highly recommend. Nicely greeted at the door, sat in a comfy booth, lively atmosphere, great freshly made mojito and free style pouring vodka. delicious and very generous size sharing platter starter and main course. Our waitress Stefany was so friendly, bubbly and fun making it overall an even more enjoyable experience. Reasonably priced too. We will definitely come back and highly recommend

If you just have the onion rings you will definitely come back! Can’t believe the flavours and choice, warm welcome from the staff and reasonable prices for a main stream restaurant. We didn’t book, walked in on a public holiday and quickly seated and made to feel welcome. Staff polite and friendly, drinks order taken quickly and drinks arrived almost immediately, food ordered and let’s just say the starters are massive! You won’t go hungry…. Potato skins are tasty and crisp, steak is delicious and ribs to die for!

Great food. We had the shared combo and it was great. We were both really full. The service was great, but at no fault of their own, I would say the staff were a little young and it showed they weren’t really experienced, but still very friendly and attentive. Plenty of choice and a great option away from the bars and cafes on the beachfront.

We (6 in party) shared 2 sharer starters with a mixture on, was lovely. My main was a chicken salad, wow there was a lot, it was very tasty but unfortunately couldn’t eat it all, the others had a variety of meals and they all enjoyed theirs too. Would definitely recommend and if we ever return we would definitely head back there.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We ended up coming here 3 times on our trip to Benidorm which was a nice surprise. Our first time I endorsed in a steak and fries whilst my peer got the spicy rib rack, the steak was 100% the best I had in a long time, upon trying my peers ribs i realised they were the best ribs i’d ever had! So of course the next time I had the spicy ribs! We then had a late lunch in here on our last day in Benidorm I had their seafood pasta and my peer had some loaded potato skins! Everything was beautifully cooked my only complaint is the ribs the second time were not as spicy as the first time! But overall I cannot wait to come back and have some more food here :))

Large, air conditioned American restaurant with literally something for everyone. We had a pasta dish and one of the many burgers cooked medium and to perfection. Reasonably priced. No bother!

Las mejores costillas que he probado, es el plato estrella del restaurante y aunque no es muy grande, tampoco tiene un precio elevado. El resto de plato se merecen un bien bastante alto 7/10 Reseña especial también al postre de cookie de kitkat. En verano no cierran la cocina.

Vamos todos los años a comer costillas, su especialidad y os aseguro que están espectaculares. Nos gusta el diseño americano del local. En las paredes hay fotos en blanco y negro de Tony Roma´s y notas contando su historia.

Lugar que siempre visitamos con amigos ya que para ir con los peques está bien calidad precio, lo suelo comparar con el foster’s y aquí me gusta más por la calidad de la comida. Siempre repetimos.

Very nice American bbq themed restaurant in the heart of Benidorm’s Levante beach area. The food was good, lots of it too, the service was also good, the prices are a little high, but ok for a treat. The Roma burger is recommended, as are the loaded nachos and the onion rings.

Tony Roma’s has a really nice atmosphere that makes it a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The service was spot on, very attentive without being overbearing, and the food itself was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, so no complaints there at all. The only downside is the price. While the quality is great, the portions are on the smaller side compared to what you can get elsewhere for the same or even less money. If you don’t mind paying a little extra for the overall experience then it’s worth it, but if value for money is a priority you could find similar quality at a better price.

En general me gustaba bastante, pero he decidido cambiar de opinión después de las últimas veces que he venido. Cada vez es más aleatorio que salga bien. Las costillas salen secas o frías aunque lo comente antes al camarero. La cesta de las Pic Nic esta vez estaba rancia (es la primera vez que me pasa) y el chocolate de la Stilled Cookie estaba ácido. Llevo años viniendo varias veces al año y es la misma tónica. Espero que podáis hacer algo desde arriba, porque estas cosas a los camareros, e incluso encargados, les da igual. Actualización a sept 2022. Muuuuy lentos, pero costillas muy bien preparadas. Han cambiado algunas cosas del menú. Hecho de menos los jalapeños, los sticks son más gordos, la ensalada cesar algo fuerte. Pero muy grande.

La comida no estaba mal, pero nada espectacular. El costillar es de 1kg, pero parece algo más pequeño. El postre era una Apple Pie, eran trozos de manzana en lámina, nos resultaban duros, acompañado con una bola de helado, en el fondo una lámina muy fina de algún tipo de masa, pero nada que ver con una Apple Pie tradicional. Por todo eso, dos Coca-Cola y una Fanta han sido 63€, se pueden encontrar sitios más interesantes por ese precio. En cuanto al trato muy bien, el señor que nos ha atendido era muy amable.

We were seated promptly, and there were plenty of tables available at the time we arrived. Approximately 7pm. We placed our order and waited 20 minutes for our food. In that time, the restaurant began to fill up. As mentioned, our food arrived in good time. However, once busy, people were waiting 30-45 minutes for their food. The food itself was okay, it was nice but nothing special. I ordered the BBQ grilled chicken, and my partner ordered the Empire State Burger with onion rings to share. Followed by carot cake and cookie skillet for dessert. The price for Benidorm is on the higher side. You would expect bigger portions for it. The quality almost makes up for it. The restaurant it's self presented well. However, there lacked any real atmosphere. The level of service was non exsitant. There was minimal interaction, which left you with the feeling of them trying to get you out as fast as possible. Overall, it wasn't bad. It left a lot to be desired, and i would maybe come again but not in a hurry.

Por donde empezar, primero que estamos en España, a no ser que los Tony roma's sean territorio americano, pues entras y no tienen carta en español, cuando se lo decimos a dos camareros por dos veces distintas, no te creas que te ayudan, en fin.... Pedimos costilla baby y hamburguesa doble, me tengo que reír, la hamburguesa fina noooo lo siguiente, para descubrir que van dos hamburguesas, me río, las costillas tengo que decir que estaban buenas, pero frías, patatas congeladas que con el precio que pagas hay máquinas que te cortan patatas, venga seguimos para bingo, todo esto por supuesto con unos tiempos que parece que estaban matando a la vaca ellos y eso que no estaban llenos, el postre cuando pudimos pedirlo 20 min, estaba rico, pagamos 70€ para dos personas. Se me pasaba decir que los ketchup estaban caducados, no lo recomiendo, hay sitios de hamburguesas más ricos.

Tras pedir las típicas costillas y una ensalada, nos animamos con el nuevo postre SKILLET APPLE PIE, que prometía una “masa hojaldrada y horneada justo antes de servir”. Nos advirtieron de que tardaría unos diez minutos, que finalmente fueron veinte. Habría valido la pena esperar si lo que hubieran servido hubiera sido el postre prometido. La realidad fue una masa de hojaldre literalmente cruda sin hornear y unas manzanas apenas tibias por encima. Cuando le indicamos nuestra queja a la camarera, que pareció no entendernos al hablarle en español, está no se lo trasladó ni al jefe de sala, ni al cocinero ni a ninguna otra persona y por supuesto no hubo ningún tipo de disculpa. 7€ fue el precio de ese postre crudo y realmente incomestible.

The food looked good, but it tasted greasy, and for over €30, I expected better. Ended up wasting most of it. It didn’t taste as good as it looked. Ps the best part was the domestic in the background as we had front row seats 3 police cars and 6/8 officers for a couple in the restaurant.

Seating to close to each other, didn’t get a choice of where I would like to sit. Food expensive and poor. Too much cheese and sauce on everything. Only 2 small bits of chicken on salad. He cenado con mi hija , ella hamburguesa y yo pasta, mordiendo la hamburguesa mi hija saca de la boca el cierre metálico del paquete de los panes, afortunadamente sin hacerse daño y mucho menos sin Tragarlo. Se lo digo al camarero y no se acerca nadie a pedir disculpas y alguna explicación. Conozco al encargado lleva muchos años, si alguien por encima lo lee, le recomiendo pedirle explicaciones.
