A quick stop for lunch with my daughters. A very warm welcome. The staff are friendly and smiling. There's a good selection of pastries. We had spaghetti carbonara. The place is quiet and pleasant. The staff are very attentive.

I love their terrace, it’s located in the middle of clean and quite building compound. Staffs are very friendly and cheerful, it’s not always easy to find a welcoming place when you are with a baby but we felt very welcomed here!

The hot chocolate is great! And the deserts are the best I’ve ever tried in Italy. Because the traditional pastìccini are very sweet, maybe too sweet for me. But here is different, their desserts are tasty but not full of sugar.

Bar luminoso ed accogliente con ampio spazio sia al chiuso che all'aperto. Abbiamo consumato un'ottima colazione al tavolo. Barista cordiale e professionale. Musica gradevole e non troppo alta. Prezzi buoni, considerata la posizione centrale ed il servizio al tavolo

Complessivamente buona qualità sia delle bevande sia del cibo ma senza che nulla sia eccezionale per poter trasformare la vista in una "esperienza". Servizio cortese e attento. Locale rumoroso e con poca privacy (potete sentire facilmente con conversazioni a diversi tavoli di distanza) manca evidentemente un isolamento acustico appropriato. Prezzi in linea con il centro città: non economici. Meno affollato di altri locali nella stessa zona nella stessa categoria. In estate piacevole terrazza esterna. Se siete in zona "tribunale" è una buon opzione.

Exquisite food, both brioches and biscuits, such as Bacio di Dama; even the decaffeinated macchiato is truly delicious. Quiet, welcoming, and retro atmosphere; friendly and helpful staff. For a breakfast in peace and harmony.

Fa gli orari che vuole….ma non dovrebbero essere regolamentati??? Invece il più delle volte è chiuso mente dovrebbe essere aperto..quando c’è il titolare è meglio non andare….si vede che non ha più voglia… Molto simpatica invece la moglie…. Posizione ottima ma assolutamente mal sfruttata….

Come perdersi in un bicchier d’acqua: andiamo a pagare due spremute (troppo dense tra l’altro…!!) e un caffè. Non pensiamo di citare il mini bicchiere d’acqua, non una bottiglia o bottiglietta in accompagnamento al caffè e, dopo aver chiuso il primo conto (12€!!) e averlo pagato, il solerte cassiere ci tiene a precisare che c’era anche un bicchiere d’acqua..e.. è servito integrare con 1€ extra… va bè….non ci torneremo mai più

Oggi Sabato 28 Dicembre sono stato in questa caffetteria con la mia famiglia. A fine consumazione al tavolo, mio figlio ha pagato il conto e ha voluto regalarmi una bottiglietta di Olio "affumicato" in vendita nel locale. In serata, a casa, leggendo l'etichetta mi sono accorto che nella indicazione di limite al consumo c'è la data del 28 Aprile 2024. Ecco, un locale come questo, di un certo prestigio e in centro a Bergamo, non può assolutamente permettersi di vendere prodotti che abbiano superato i limiti temporali chiaramente indicati sulla confezione.

Salve, locale dall' arredamento carino. personale poco elegante e prezzi alti. Un bicchiere d acqua della bottiglietta da mezzo litro in plastica già aperta e sgasatina al prezzo di 1 euro? Altre attività commerciali simili del territorio, a un prezzo leggermente superiore, propongono elegantemente una plose piccola in vetro . È stata una pessima esperienza.

Simpatici come un calcio nel di dietro e aperitivo non buono e scarso pur costando 8 euro!

Io e mio marito siamo stati oggi 8 marzo a prendere due caffè. Ci siamo seduti all'interno e dopo la consumazione siamo usciti pagando. Qui cominciano le prese in giro del signore (penso fosse il titolare) sul metodo di pagamento che a quanto pare non gli era congeniale: noi paghiamo sempre tutto tramite carta di credito e lui continuava a ridere perchè evidentemente pagare con carta di credito due caffè lo riteneva assurdo. A prescindere da questa cosa che personalmente trovo maleducata, ci siamo accorti solo a casa che ci aveva addebitato al posto di 4 euro ben il doppio ossia 8 euro.... ora ci può stare lo sbaglio per carità, ma visto il fastidio che ha apertamente dimostrato per il metodo di pagamento proposto ci sta anche pensare male. Detto questo lo sconsiglio vivamente: non è possibile che nel 2026 ci si debba sentire derisi per un metodo di pagamento che dovrebbe essere quello prescelto per qualsiasi cosa Aggiornamento in risposta al proprietario: Buonasera, Innanzitutto non le ho dato del ladro (può essere una sua sensazione), quando mio marito è venuto alla cassa a pagare 2 caffè normali lei gli ha detto "fanno 4 euro". Alchè mio marito gli ha detto "pago con carta", la sua risposta è stata "non avevo dubbi" a quel punto mio marito stava per dirle "ormai non uso più i contanti" lei l'ha interrotto ridendo e dicendo "ormai io non lo accetto". La cosa è finita lì, mio marito non ha voluto ribattere, ha appoggiato il cellulare e ha pagato senza purtroppo controllare l'importo. Lasciando perdere la sensazione di presa in giro che può essere personale, il nostro errore è stato quello di non controllare lo scontrino e la notifica sul cellulare che comunque le invierò su whatsapp. Lo scontrino lo abbiamo gettato subito e mio marito si è accorto solo a casa dell'importo scalato dalla carta.

We've rarely seen a bar run with such rudeness. We sat the children in the only four available seats, waiting for other tables to become available. They accused us of being chaotic, they didn't serve us coffees with water on the side, like all the other customers, and they treated us like second-class customers when taking our orders. Never again, certainly not just for us but for many others as well...

Sunday afternoon. The place was packed. Cappuccino and hot chocolate were served in "unloader" mode, and napkins, upon request, were literally thrown on the table, without the slightest hint of an apology, as if we were in the wrong. I suggest an urgent refresher on the meaning of politeness.

Hi everyone, I stopped by to ask for some information, please, I'm not from the area, I'm from New York and they immediately made rude gestures to me and told me look at the numbers, in fact I looked at them but I simply couldn't understand the difference in an address, I felt terrible, and I found a gentleman who was selling things outside and he had more empathy and more courtesy with me that I immediately felt better, believing in people who even differences in clothing, nationality must be treated with respect not as stupid as they made me feel in this shop!! I walked in one morning and asked if they were open. There was nobody, the lights were dim, and the owner replied in a rude and dismissive way instead of simply welcoming me. Even after paying, his tone remained unpleasant. The croissants are nothing special either. Overall, a negative experience—I would not recommend this place.

Terrible experience. I was insulted and attacked because I used an outlet to turn my cell phone back on. Swear words were also used while I was paying for breakfast, even though I hadn't eaten it. Avoid this place. I've never seen such rudeness and aggression. Bergamo has much better to offer. DON'T STOP HERE. I recommend the welcoming Caffè Tiraboschi on Via Tiraboschi, where the staff is professional and courteous, worthy of a city like Bergamo.

Had a terrible experience when we visited late this Friday with none of the servers or cafe staff having any interest in providing any tissues for the bathroom. The gentleman at the bar even told us it was our problem when we asked for help. To make matters worse, another woman at the shop questioned our presence and suggested we were not paying customers and, therefore, not eligible to use their precious and smelly bathroom. The tea selection was not bad, but I think the quality of any restaurant should really be judged by the state of their lavatory and hence the 1 star on this instance.

We pay 4€ for a cup of tea 2go. We ask to stay for 5’ because outside was raining. They rudely kick us out. Very disappointing! Right opposite we pay 3€ for a tea sitting inside.

Extremely expensive, and the service is absolutely abysmal. But what's really terrible here is the coffee, which is one of the worst I've had in Italy. Not sure how they can stay open given the plethora of awesome cafes around here. Good for hapless tourist and retirees, not much else.
