Platos abundantes y muy buenos. El personal es sonriente, amable y muy atentos. El restaurante tiene diferentes comedores muy amplios en el interior y una gran terraza exterior. Al terminar, durante la sobremesa, el chef se pasó por cada mesa con una sonrisa para preguntar si todo había sido de nuestro agrado. Detallazo! Está a 5 min de la playa de Gandario y al lado de Betanzos. Recomendable 100%!
Hoy comimos en San Isidro y todo genial, como siempre. Antes de entrar nos pusieron unas cervezas con unos callos muy buenos. De primero pedimos almejas a la marineda y zamburiñas, y de segundo entrecot de vaca vieja. Todo riquísimo. Aunque había mucha gente, el servicio estuvo bien y no nos hicieron esperar mucho. Calidad-precio muy buena, tienen buena variedad de carnes y pescados a la brasa. Llevo yendo años y siempre igual de bueno. ¡Lo recomiendo!
Estuve allí el martes, una experiencia increíble, a nivel gastronómico no tengo ningún pero. En cuanto al servicio no pudo ser más eficaz, agradable y acogedor. Repetiremos sin duda. Si tengo que quedarme con algo es con el asado lento, notamos la dedicación y esmero en cada bocado.
You can't go wrong here; the meat is excellent, the fish is delicious, and everything in between is great. With the recent renovations, the premises are huge, so there's practically always a table. In my opinion, it's lost a little of its charm. It's not as cozy as it used to be. But in return, you can always find somewhere to eat.
I've been here several times in recent years, as I live a bit far away. This restaurant is one of those places where you not only leave with a great taste in your mouth because of its amazing desserts, but also delighted by the atmosphere, the service, the quality of the food, the portions, and the prices. It's one of my favorite restaurants, and every time I've been here in recent years, it has never disappointed. Just thinking about coming back brightens my day. Thank you for the wonderful way you treat everyone; your empathy shines through.

Everything was amazing: incredible food, huge portions, and outstanding service, both in terms of advice and attention. We ordered two set menus: churrasco and grilled monkfish from the regular menu. They replaced the monkfish as it was a little tough, without any problem, and explained why. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!
I sincerely believe that, without calling it that, this establishment is a pioneer in what we would call today's "feeling good," as the attention of Miguel and his team, the quality of the selected ingredients, the generous portions, and what they ask for in return create a balance with a very high price, within the framework of a traditional cuisine. It's not just about highlighting the churrasco—juicy, especially the pork one—a signature of the house, the T-bone steaks, the salmon, or the cod and pepper omelet; everything is cooked to perfection and will leave a pleasant aftertaste on the palate. I also want to highlight the espresso, something important for a coffee lover like the one writing this article, which doesn't need to be elaborated on, as I believe it is sufficiently explicit.
This is my first time here. It always caught my attention when I passed by, seeing so many people waiting outside. I went with my children for lunch. The truth is, I'm not much of a meat eater, but my children did like it. I had a hake casserole, which, while not fresh, was very well prepared. It was quite busy for a weekday. I get the impression that a lot of people from the Bergondo industrial estate come to eat there because they work there. The truth is that it has a very good group of people, including the staff. A guy named Patricio served us, and the owner was also very pleasant and friendly. As for the desserts, they were delicious and very homemade. But if I had to give it the highest rating, it would be for the preparation of the octopus and the quality of the octopus. You go there and the octopus doesn't taste like anything, and the truth is, eating it here is a pleasure. As for parking, we parked perfectly, but I don't know if it's more complicated on the weekend.
A place like no other. With courtesy and kindness from all the staff and spectacular food. We went for my mother's 65th birthday, and the food was fantastic. The clams in green sauce were outstanding—we didn't even have time to photograph them! Then we each ordered a main course and a few desserts (all homemade and delicious). We couldn't finish everything, so we took some home, which was great for lunch during the week. Special mention to the waiter, who kindly brought us a bottle of cava to toast the occasion. A shout-out to the owner, a truly admirable person who always comes out at the end of service to say hello and make sure everyone is satisfied. We'll definitely be back.

A restaurant with a long and distinguished history of serving food and drink. I've been a regular for about 30 years, and it has never disappointed me, under the same management. Every time I go, I'm already thinking about my next visit. The customer service is excellent, and the ingredients used are of the highest quality, so the dishes never disappoint. The prices are in line with current market rates, so I won't comment further. I've observed its evolution and can assure you that it has improved over time, as evidenced by its continued and growing clientele. Well done, Miguel; you can be proud of your dedication to the restaurant business. I'm not including photos; they're not necessary.
My recommendation is to book in advance, and if you don't, go early. The food was good, although I think the potatoes were just bad luck. The crispy calamari was delicious, but the potatoes were like bagged potato chips (they weren't actually bagged) and were overcooked and oily. The pork shoulder came with plain white potatoes (not very good), and the chicken came with mixed white and yellow fries (the white ones were cold). The rump steak came with yellow, oven-baked potatoes, which were good, but the only thing left over were the seeds that came with the peppers. The service was as good as it could be with so many people. The price was reasonable.
Good food, great service. But EXCELLENT tiramisu. Perfectly on par with the infamous Roman one. Only two things to improve: glassware and table cloths. They went from fabric to paper. Also, we weren’t asked for the steak cooking point, so if you like it rare, let the staff know before is too late! I keep coming back as it’s a staple.
A delicious and flavorful experience with friendly and attentive service. We went for dinner one night and enjoyed a superb beef steak, octopus, and some delicious croquettes. We liked it so much that we decided to go back for lunch two days later and discovered that their daily menu and combination plates make this one of the best places in the area in terms of value for money.
The salpicón was average and extremely expensive. The razor clams were the best I've ever tasted, delicious. The beef churrasco was average, and the picanha was delicious. The coulamb was obviously homemade and was delicious. Good service, good times despite being quite busy. And they have pota coffee 💚
Llevo muchos años acudiendo a este restaurante y siempre he sabido aceptar que, en ocasiones puntuales, puedan producirse errores. Sin embargo, lo ocurrido hoy resulta absolutamente inadmisible. El pulpo era incomible debido a un exceso de picante, y conviene aclarar que estoy habituada y disfruto de este tipo de sabores. El churrasco, que solicitamos poco hecho, llegó completamente pasado y con un evidente olor a rancio. Al comunicar estas incidencias al personal, no se nos ofreció ninguna solución ni alternativa. Además, fue necesario reclamar el agua hasta en tres ocasiones. Para mayor sorpresa, al abandonar el local se nos cobró la totalidad de la cuenta, sin tener en cuenta las deficiencias del servicio ni la mala calidad de los platos. Una experiencia muy decepcionante que dista mucho del nivel de los precios de su carta.
Hemos salido descontentos en las últimas tres ocasiones que hemos ido. El encargado es un repugnante, y tiene algún empleados MUY maleducados. Siempre nos ponen excusas muy pobres y mientras algunas camareras nos criticaban a nuestro lado. Y llegaron a poner un altavoz con música a nuestro lado para echarnos después de atender nuestra reserva tarde y querer echarnos antes con el precio que estamos pagando. Encargamos comida para llevar con más de un día de antelación y una hora antes de ir a recogerla nos llamaron para decirnos que parte de lo que habíamos encargado no nos lo podían dar porque lo había pedido más gente y a alguien tenían que sacrificar. En conclusión experiencia degradable, comida buena dependiendo del día y muy cara, personal desagradable y el dueño quiere ser extremadamente agradable a un nivel que incomoda.
Reservamos para comer 20 personas para un domingo a las 14:30 para celebrar un cumpleaños. Hasta nos habían ofrecido y reservado una tarta de milhojas con las velas incluidas con el número de los años que cumplía la homenajeada. Nos llaman a las 22:30 del sábado (el día anterior) y nos dicen que se se habían equivocado al anotar la reserva y que ya estaba ocupado por otro grupo de 30 personas... Nunca vi tal cosa... Literalmente colgados, estupefactos, perplejos...
We've been before and had good experiences. However, today we ordered octopus that was so spicy it was inedible. When we told the waitress, she offered no solution. After waiting 20 minutes for a bottle of water, a beef steak arrived that was spoiled. And all this for a price that's clearly higher than what they offer. When we went to pay, the owner did apologize for the octopus. But he still charged us for both dishes, without offering to replace the tapas even after we told both the waitress and the owner.
